These guys were amazing and stayed open late to fix my puncture. I needed an urgent repair so I could get to the airport early the next morning. Great service and highly recommended!

I recently visited Firestone complete auto care for my vehicle state inspection and unfortunately, my experience has been less than satisfactory. Especially one of the employees was rude. they said the state inspection will be done in 45 min and I waited for long time to be get it done.I definitely will not visit this place again.Address : 4570 W Buckingham, Garland

Seems like they have a new store manager because the place has improved so much. Two people helped me that day - Kacie, who checked me in, and a gentlemen that checked me out. Both were extremely courteous and professional as well as was the man who did the actual work on my car.

The stupidest tire shop ever. They took an hour and a half to do nothing. I came in for them to check one of my rear tires. They opened the hood and kept the car up doing nothing until I came back to check on it to just find them roaming around with a bulb and say they can t fix it. Why would it take an hour and half to say one can t work on a single tire? Also one of the techs says they check things they re not asked to while the front desk lady says it s an open hood policy. They waste time and can t even answer in unison. Other small local tire shops do way better jobs and anyone is better off somewhere else.

This store is absolutely incredible & efficient. Big thanks to James for getting me everything I needed in order to get to my emergency in a timely manner. Its great to know you have a Firestone who puts their customers first. I will be back & highly recommend. Btw, great tires & quality warranty.

Came for a tire change and the guy was sitting against my car for almost a whole hour before he started. Was here for 4 hours waiting for my car to be done. Only good thing was the receptionist who was really nice and helpful

Paid for tire rotation and they didn t rotate the tires. And on top of that they drained the battery so we had to jumpstart the car just to leave the lot. Tried to sell us new set of tires and new battery we didn t need after spending over $100 on oil change and tire rotation. Wish I could give negative stars.

I called before bringing my car in for an oil change. They said they were not very busy and to bring it in. I brought it in and two hours later they still had not touched my car. Please don t tell me the car will be done quickly if you are unable to follow through!

I had an appointment for tires installation at 10am at Buckingham location but they didn t even touch my car until 11:30. After that they took an hour to replace them. Took 3hrs to replace 2 tires. Don t understand the reason of an appointment if you do it on your pace. Not coming back again.Service: TiresService: Tires

Can by the shop 45 minutes before they close and just needed a patch. I realize the time and was willing to wait pay extra whatever it took to fix my problem. Instead the guy at the counter told me they would even look at it today. I have no spare or tire irons after my car was broken into a while back. So now I m stuck in a hot parking lot trying to pull a mail out of my tire while they sit in the shop and laugh at me. I ve never been more humiliated in my life. How long does it take to remove and patch a nail with the proper equipment? 10 minutes at the most. Pathetic. I ve never reviewed a business before but wow the gall. Show up at 4:15 to a business with posted hours til 5 and you will be turned away. I m actually worse off after I went by this shop.4570 Buckingham Rd Garland Texas

This shop mis-diagnosed my vehicles front end issues, ultimately selling us $1,200.00 worth of unnecessary parts and labor and have since been sent to the customer support department where we have been given the run-around for three weeks. DO NOT go to this or any Firestone. They re con-artists with non-existent customer service or support.

arrived at 10:30 for an appointment for an oil change. guy comes in at 1:00, and they start working on his car immediately. I ask and they tell me yours is the next one. I decided I did not want an oil change here. Especially since they are more expensive than the dealership.

Really great customer service especially from the young lady that works the front desk. We decided to go with a used tire instead but she was exceptionally kind and patient with me and my two children - even turning on cartoons for my toddler who is very active. The gentlemen fixing and replacing tires was extremely hardworking and friendly. Would definitely use them again in the future for tire repair or replacement.

This place almost cost me thousands . I was told I would get a refund (account doesn t reflect), and was told high management would teach out in 2 business days (twice). It s been over a week and no one has reached out yet! I am beyond upset. This is unprofessional, disrespectful, and insulting.I had my car serviced on 2/26 for a tune up. While I was there, I wanted them to check out a noise my engine was making. They said they found a loose belt/tensioner and got that fixed (my car was there from 9am to 4:30pm). Said that s where the noise was coming from. The next morning, my car was making the same noise. I took it back in and talked to James, the manager. After about an hour, he said he listened to it and looked it over himself. Told me it was a vibration from the dash, don t worry about it. Said I could take it to dealership but they would make me pay a ton just to rip out my dash and tape up something small. Said my car was perfectly fine and safe to drive. The noise continued so i trusted my gut, I took it to the dealership on 3/13. They found my oil was 2.5 quarts low, and I had a gasket valve leak. I called and asked James why this wasn t found during the tune up or when he looked it over himself?! All he could say was I m glad they found the problem and had no solution. We rely on car techs to keep our cars maintained. If I trusted James, I would have been in a whole lot more trouble with my car that could have cost me literally thousands ..I sent in this complaint Monday, was told on Tuesday morning that the area manager would reach out Wednesday as he would be in meetings all day. Okay, no problem. By Thursday afternoon, nothing. Sent another email. Told me this was unusual and it would go up the scale to the regional manager, and to give 2 business days. It is now past end of the day on Tuesday, over a week since the complainant was sent, and I have yet to hear from anyone.

Be careful and use your common sense.Mechanics are not easy to find and repair shops are the same. Mainly because lack of trust. I went in for normal check up and synthetic oil change with some knowledge that I might need to spend more for my drive back to Chicago. I didn't go into the appointment with the expectations that I was going to spend $100. The problem as usual is trust. After the initial phone call by the sales associate who more than likely is "up selling", I was quoted a new rack and pinion set along with power steering pump replacement which was over $2000 in parts and labor. (The car has over 260k miles and all of a sudden needs this....?) Trust.....is it necessary or are they attempting to add more services to the bill? We all know the answer. As a leader of maintenance crews for many years, I requested that the used parts be placed in the trunk and not thrown out. This is really the only way to confirm that the parts were changed. This was not followed and makes me think the parts may not have been changed. Again, trust issues.I had them replace the parts which they claimed and check others. The final bill came out to around $900. I noticed as well on the invoice that High Mileage Conventional Motor Oil was used when I specified clearly 100% Synthetic. Back to trust. They grabbed my $900 this time but this business gets one star because my gut tells me that I can't trust them. There won't be a next time. Maybe $500 of that was legit, the power steering pump hose was replaced and was new. I cannot believe how shady some businesses are. Until I go in next time (somewhere else of course) my gut tells me they can't be trusted. Follow your gut instinct.

Changing my review because of this! Have you ever just watched a mechanic at one of these locations while they're working on your car. It is like watching TV in slow motion and the simple things take 60 to 80 percent longer than some other places. Almost a hour for an oil change is just sad. They stans around and talk about isht, the a lot of times when they pull your car in, raise the hood and I have watched them do work on my car, stop and do work on another car while, they are charging labor by the hour,so if one person is working on 2 cars at the same time it takes twice as long to finish both vehicles versus finishing up one and then the other. Just to cut down my stay I refuse the free inspection because it is a waste of time and most take at least 45 minutes to complete even though it is supposed to be free you are still being charged by the hour.

By far the slowest firestone I've ever been to. Do not go here. Took them 3hrs to put a set of 4 tires on my car. Mind you I had an appointment. Every time I asked how much longer they would tell me 10mins. Do not go here if you it is an option.

I dropped my car off for a wheel ailment at 8:30am and was told it would take 2-3 hours to finish the job. I had to call two times once at 1:30 & I was told my car was next in line and then again at 5:30pm & was told that they couldn t get to my car today.Seriously?! I would had appreciate a courtesy call. Super unprofessional! do not recommend this location at all!

Went in with an issue I haven't been able to figure out. They did a $10 diagnostic test, looked at my tires, suspension, and drove it around. They were not able to replicate the issue I described. That being said I know a lot of laces may have tried to push it to get some more money out of me but they specifically said "We don't want you to throw money at something if we can't confirm that is causing the problem". I very much appreciated that and will definitely be returning for all of my routine maintenance and any other issues that appear. Highly recommend.

This place doesn t sit well with me. Came a month ago for a slow leak in my tire. Turns out it was a nail in my sidewall. Understandable, so 100 bucks down. Ok. Well, drove my car home and my tire was still leaking, albeit a little slower. Took it back for an oil change, tire rotation, and mentioned the same tire was still leaking. I got another nail in the sidewall of the same tire!?! Not saying that isn t possible just very fishy. My main problem is it took three hours for all of this to occur. Didn t even tell me about the tire until they were done with oil and rotation (that took almost TWO HOURS). I was told three times it was almost done but my tire Sat on the ground for an hour before they replaced it. Why not look at the tire first and let me know asap so I don t wast three hours. This was the worst experience I have ever had taking my car anywhere. Came for an oil change and tire rotation (which cost 98 dollars!) and left 200 dollars lighter, 3 hours wasted, and a very bitter taste in my mouth. Not comIng back.

I have a plan lifetime wheel alignment with the company service center Buckinham. My experience is worst than I suspected by the sales and service advisor Charles. This is the same person who tried to write me off for prior booked appointments. I asked to speak to his supervisor and proved them that I have an appointment. Both were reluctant to apologize. This is again after 4 months returned to the store for service.I booked my appointment 3 days ahead and by the time I arrive he allowed to lift another car. When I approached him he was defensive, aggressive and rude, trying to give poor excuses and it will take me three to four hours or come back another day. This isn't his first time to be rude and impolite. I would recommend other stores than than go through with a poor, rude and disrespectful customer service at this Firestone service center.
