My radiator busted while I was in town for work on my 05 excursion. I towed it to the nearest shop which was Firestone. Let me say. I was amazed how fast they got me back on the road. I was expecting it to take at least a day or two. They had me on the road in about 3.5 hours. The advisor was extremely understanding and with the technician blew me away with the speed and professionalism they gave me. I will be working in town for 6 months. I will be bringing her all my cars needs. It s a high mileage car that I have not owned very long soa lot of preventive repairs. Such as belts, and whatever else it needs. Bella earned my business in the future.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Always courteous, and always able to explain any work needing done in everyday language, not mechanic-speak. I also like the numerous locations if needed, and staffing that is often there for numerous years, not someone new everytime you go in.

Service always deserves recognition. Unfortunately this business is little more than a K-mart auto repair in a good location; they ll always get walk-in traffic, not a referral of great performance. 9am Saturday, I call to see if they can repair a massive fuel leak. Understandably busy, they agree to at least look at it. 9:30a the truck is dropped off. 1:30 I ve heard nothing, so I call. I m told the same script except I m told they WILL have a look at it today. 5pm still no call, 5:30 (30 min before closing) still no call. 5:40 I arrive to grab my truck, and told they should look at it soon. 20 minutes to do anything before they lock up and I m still fed the same BS?? It s obviously the standard response to everyone regardless of the circumstance. It s dishonest from a business you re supposed to entrust your vehicle to; how can anyone believe, in their WILDEST DREAMS, this shop is going to make the right diagnosis, AND perform the correct repair, at an honest price?? Keep dreaming, and keep driving to somewhere else. Nice a/c in the waiting room though.

The awesome BEARD dude was so professional, respectful and polite, gives your fave grandpa vibes. And the long braided ponytail lady was so kind and smiled with her heart, hard not to tell she absolutely adores her career.... best brand new visit I ever had, and to me either u make it or u break it. This was definitely a big winner. I'm returning back for professionalism and kind hearted smiles!!!

They were not very busy. I went there because the Mesquite store that I had an appointment with told me that it would be at least a 4 hour wait. When I got to this store, they got me right in, but then, 15 minutes later, they said that they couldn't do the alignment because my strut was bent. They said that it would be $695 to fix it. Then they got upset that I didn't want them to fix it. I went to my regular mechanic and he told me that there was nothing wrong with it. And even if it did need to be fixed, it wouldn't cost more than $450 to $500. I have had 3 bad experiences in a row, with Firestone. 3 different stores.

I will NEVER come to this location! The little white girl has an attitude problem OUT of this world! If this is who they have representing their business, I m not sure how they are STILL open. Not only will I not comeback, I m encouraging everyone in my area not to come there. I hope your business suffers greatly for having such an AWFUL person working there!

Great service! Went in for a battery replacement. Called prior to let them know I'm on my way and of availability of parts, price and service. Got a complimentary free battery check to make sure I really did needed the battery replaced. Fortunately, I had a warranty on the battery but it had just lapsed, so I got a new battery at a prorated price which is great!As a side note: Always try to negotiate a good deal, check at least two locations for any car issues, you will always find a better deal.Exceptional customer service, clean waiting area and currently following social distancing procedures. Spent about an hour for service. Overall a great experience.Side note: I find it quite odd but interesting why some automotive service place charge to use their equipments as "store supplies" I would imagine it should be under parts and labor fee already charged but oh well. Keep this in mind when shopping for your service place. Cheers!

By far the worst Firestone I ve ever been to. My car was there for 3 days. There was no type of communication. I would call just to check the status and every time I d be told it s getting worked on or the mechanic isn t there. I called yesterday at 5:30 and Bella told me I could come get it because they wasn t able to complete the ECM update. Again No communication! Now it s new years and nothing is open!!!!

I'm not sure if it s just this Firestone Location (903 W Centerville Rd, Garland, TX 75041) or all of them but they move extremely SLOW!!! I dropped my vehicle off at 8:20 AM on a Saturday. There was only 2 customer in the lobby waiting to be served when I went.I dropped my car off for a diagnostic test for my check engine light and left my vehicle there. Hours passed and I never received a call for an update on anything so I called back around 12:59 PM. The gentleman informed me that my car hadn t been looked at and it would be around 4:00 PM when someone would be able to run a diagnostic test only. Mind you the location closes at 6:00 PM. A Firestone associate later called me at 2:00 PM telling me they most likely wouldn t be able to look at my vehicle and I would need to bring it the following Monday or Tuesday. I ve been to this location multiple times and I know for a fact if I would have stayed in the store and waited for my car they would ve looked at it the same day I dropped it off. This is extremely frustrating because they wasted my whole day when I could have taken my car to a different auto shop for a freaking diagnostic test that shouldn t take a full day. What am I supposed to do if my damn car breaks down because they failed to let me know to go to a different shop??? It s an inconvenience and frustrating.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Scheduled an appointment 2 days prior to bring my car in this morning at 8am because it was blowing hot air. Car sat in the parking lot until 11am for them to finally check and tell me $980 to fix AC suction and fill with frion, 'All your problems will be solved'. They called me at 6pm to tell me my car was 'ready'. I walked back in only for them to tell me there was a second hole in the discharge that would be an additional $1300 and would take 2 days to order and repair and that after spending ~$1000 I would be leaving with my car still blowing hot air. I have been getting preventative maintenance and service from this location for 2 years to avoid this situation, only for them to completely live up to the shady mechanic stereotype. Never using firestone again. 0/10 recommend. Would give 0 stars if this was an option.

To be honest, I have only been to this location but the service is impeccable. Lee and Carl are some of the nicest people you ll ever meet. When I first stopped by (nearly a year ago) for a diagnostics on my minivan they came back with honest answers. They told me the big issues and some of the smaller issues. Carl & Lee didn t try to push any extra parts or services on me and only told me what needed to be done and the price they could give me. He didn t badger me to make an appointment or pay for the repairs from them but gave me my ticket estimate and told me they hoped I came back to see them. I left and got second and third opinions, all had similar feedback about the condition of the vehicle. After the initial repair when something still wasn t right they gave me an entirely new and free diagnostic check. Carl humbled himself and openly admitted they must have missed something. Of course, that made me mad, but we are human and make mistakes (I know I ve made plenty) but I m often too proud to admit it.The problem was rectified and we just keep going back for regular maintenance because of their honest service & their friendly attitudes. Lee made the lengthy stays at their shop more comfortable for me and my three young kids by tuning the TV to cartoons, giving out balloons and stickers & overall making me not want to pull my hair out as a mom. He has gone above and beyond to make our experience nice.

I've been using them for 2+ years now. This is the only place I will bring my vehicle anymore. The staff are very professional and polite. They are also very honest about what the issues are, NONE of that "bs" of hyping it up or trying to get extra work out of you. I highly recommend them. Thank ya'll for always getting my vehicle taken care of.

Hello, today was an excellent day at Firestone. Went to replace my ABS Module on my car, and everything went smoothly. The price was pretty steep but I was able to manage with my Firestone Complete Auto Care Card by CFNA.

Needed battery charged. They charged it and checked it and even let us pick it up after they closed. This place is far better than Rowlett without even trying. Will definitely reuse and return business here.

Took my car in on Monday at 9:30 for check engine light. I was asked if I had an appointment I said that I did not. Mark said it would be at least a 3 to 4 hour wait. I asked if I could make an appointment for Tuesday so that I wouldn't have to wait so long he said I could. Made an appointment for 8:15 AM. Dropped my car off at 8:00 and was asked what time did I need it ?. I said by 2pm he said having a time helped to expedite it.. By 12PM I called for a status was told my car had not been checked yet. Bella said you stated you needed it by 2. I said I thought it would have been checked by now she said no. She didn't offer anything else. 1:45 I called again Bella said Honda Civic still hasn't been checked. I said what was the purpose of making an appointment if it still hasn't been seen. She didn't respond. I said I will come pick it up. Bella said you're welcome to come and get it! I did. I'm deeply disappointed in the service. I became a Firestone customer in 2019 and have always had great experiences with them. But I didn't feel like a valued customer today at all. Although this location is close to me I won't ever go back. Oh Bella did tell me that they were still working on cars from over night and that takes priority. I should have been told that on Monday.

Alonso and Jason were awesome. They got the work done. With a delay of a delivery part, still managed to get it done. They stayed over to make sure there was no inconvenience to my schedule. They are professional and top notch. I thank them so kindly for there dedication.

Great service the work on my car is done right the first time. I can drop my car off at 7am go to work and at noon my car is ready for me to pick up. Im sure there are cheaper places to get service done on your car but cheaper is not always better. Been there done that.

Mark and Bella were extremely helpful on my visit to Firestone. They were professional and knowledgeable about the issues my car was having and were very courteous. I really appreciate all of their help and will take my car to their store for any service in the future

I have only used Firestone once before and was not impressed. Today I went in at 4:50 needing to get an inspection. I have been running crazy all day and I don t like to be the customer that causes anyone to have to stay a little later on Friday, but sometimes it s what fits the customer s schedule. I waited behind a customer checking out for a few minutes. When it was my turn, the employee asked if he could help me. I made a joke that I m that customer that comes in close to five because I was trying to lift his spirits. He proceeded to tell me he was not taking any new customers without even hearing what I needed. I was shocked. He was extremely rude in his attitude with me-no apology, etc. the doors were open and it was NOT 5. Why would he allow me to wait behind the other customer for 6 minutes!?!? Could he not have the common courtesy to say something when I walked in? I didn t want to got there to begin with and now I am sure I won t return.
