UPDATE: Owners have changed; Mr. Tim is no longer present! Also, the majority of repairs are through customers' insurance companies (not directly with the customers). Repairs are estimated and completed at their discretion. Previous review: Elite Auto Werks is a well-distinguished auto repair and body shop in the Dallas County area. Being without professional knowledge in car repairs, I often felt scammed after I dealt with various auto shops. Not here though. Mr. Tim and his staff were usually on one accord when it comes to the results, attention to details, taking responsibility for contingent errors, and willingness to please and work with you if you have or lack full coverage insurance. After a recommendation a couple years ago, I have visited Mr. Tim s full service shop for majority of my needs & questions, and any issues regarding my car. The shop specializes in servicing a variety of luxury and high-end performance. Previously, my vehicle was virtually totalled, but the technicians at Elite Auto Werks were able to thoroughly repair it, thus saving me time, expenses, and the hassles of obtaining a new vehicle. My Front Bumper, Bumper Reinforcement Bar, & Energy Absorber were replaced. My Hood and Quarter Panel were aligned. Lastly, my slightly bent Frame was straightened and aligned. Both OEM or quality aftermarket parts were a possible option upon request. Now, my car looks and drives considerably great. Furthermore, Mr. Tim s shop did not undercut their performance or the price. I was happy to be a loyal customer.

Was involved in a hit an run where my car was hit from the front side. Steering and suspension were completely gone on one side with all sorts of lights turning on in my dash, had to get my car towed. Elite Auto Werks were the only ones that provided me a quick response and able to inspect my car immediately. Other collision centers estimated a month lead time before they could even inspect my car. Chris and his team were snappy and to the point, had it back to me within the month. They handled all correspondence with my insurance and communicated all their findings and estimates. Getting parts shipped and waiting for them to arrive was what took longer but doesn t fall on Elite Auto Werks since those are the lasting effects covid had on the industry. They worked on my suspension, steering, bodywork, and paint. The car looks better than how it was before the accident. They are very professional, to the point you can just sit back, relax, and wait on their call to go pick up your vehicle once it s ready.A big thank you to Chris and his team!

These guys do great work! I sustained hail damage on my brand new Bronco Sport and not only did they eliminate the hundreds of hail dents, they detailed my vehicle when they finished the work. It looked better than the day I drove it off the Ford lot! My baby is back to being perfect. I highly recommend Elite Auto Werks.

Would recommend anyone to use Elite Auto Werks for any type of car trouble. I had damage to my car from an accident at the beginning of December; I couldn t find a single auto shop that would take my car before 2023! They took my car THE NEXT DAY! After getting my car back only a few weeks later, still before any other auto shop would ve scheduled me.I was over the top amazed about how my car looked, it was even better than how I had bought it. Very fast service and an incredible team! They were all very friendly and kind through the whole process. I will be taking ALL of my cars there in the future!Service: Body & Trim

I would give six stars if I could maybe seven. Can I give 10? Elite Auto Werks is a wonderful place to get your car repaired. The best auto body place I ve been to. The service was excellent. Chris is a great guy. Very respectful and only want the best for you and your car. The work was done fast and Excellent. My car looked brand new when I picked it up only 1 day in a half after I dropped it off. If you need auto bodywork done on your vehicle, go to Elite Auto Werks. I will not go anywhere else after my experience there.

I couldn t be more happy that I decided to take my vehicle to Elite , Chris and the rest of the staff are definitely very nice and caring ! My car came out looking brand new and with the paint color matching they had to fix the bad paint job prestige ford did previously. I don t hesitate to recommend this body shop to anyone . This place is LEGIT, first time having to deal with the collision repair situation and they made it a BREEZE. Took my BMW from broken to perfect so fast it is insane. Hopefully I never have to do this again but if I do you can bet I ll be coming to this shop again without a doubt. If I could give 10 stars I would. They even sent an employee to pickup one of my parts to avoid delivery times and to ensure it would be done when I needed it done, this place is beyond amazing.

Elite Auto Werks has repaired two vehicles for me and each time I have received excellent service! Tim and staff are very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions that I had. They took the time to go over every detail and made sure to keep me updated along the way. I highly recommended Elite Auto Werks for any service work you may need!

Elite Auto Werks AKA Elite Customer Service.I CANNOT mention enough positive elements regarding Elite Auto Werks (EAW), but more importantly, Tim, the owner. Tim s customer service is OUT OF THIS WORLD; this is not an embellishment nor an exaggeration. There s a reason EAW is rated 4.9 stars on Google with 200+ raters. I grew up in the DFW metroplex my whole life and currently live in Frisco. I can confidently state there is no body shop that offers this type of TOP quality AND customer service Tim provides at EAW in Garland, TX.I own a black 21 GMC Yukon, and EAW did a painted chrome delete. The job was quoted as a week-long job, which was completed within that time frame. They also took all the plastic parts off my vehicle and painted them to match the rest of the body.So, I ended up booking my appt while traveling out of town for that week. Throughout the week, Tim sent me several progress photos and videos of my vehicle and the process to keep me apprised. On my initial consult, I happened to casually mention I was excited about the chrome delete and stoked about some new aftermarket rims and tires I ordered once the chrome delete was completed.Tim went above and beyond: he coordinated for my rims and tires to be picked up from a totally independent shop 30 mins away from his, ensured they were balanced and installed well, and had the vehicle delivered to my house that s about 1hr from the shop. He did not charge me a dime for this service and had no skin in the game pertaining to my rims being installed. In fact, he did not even hesitate a nanosecond and initiated this service, making everything absolutely turnkey upon delivery.I m telling you, this was a level of customer service I never experienced from the shops in your affluent areas of town that sadly inadvertently demand this type of service.Tim is diligent, humble, and extremely knowledgable. He operates with a servant heart and finds joy when his client base is satisfied. I m proud of the job EAW did but more proud of his business growing exponentially with his work ethic.

I bought a spoiler that came pretty rough, uneven, and chipped in a corner during shipping from the manufacturer. Elite Auto Werks managed to sand it smooth, paint it, and install it to look great. I've had a scratched bumper colormatched with new paint, the hood n trunk painted black, and exhaust work done by Elite too. They are very skilled and do great service.Services: Exhaust, Body & Trim

Elite Auto Werks in Garland is amazing!! Chris is true to his word and so accommodating with everything I need, as well as my time. I needed my car before going back to school and he got it back to me on time and maintained communication throughout the whole process.Overall, Elite Auto Werks is an amazing place where workers are knowledgeable and seem to enjoy their service to customers. My automobile has been the victim of two hit-and-runs, and the first time, my insurance representative suggested Elite Auto Werks. They made the claim procedure simple, and my car appeared to be fresh new. I have never met a group of people as welcoming as the staff. They give you the impression that they have known you for ages. Anytime I need auto repair, I'll bring my car there immediately!

"I had an exceptional experience with Elite Auto Werks. After I called, they promptly took in my car and attentively listened to my concerns regarding the damage from the accident. Throughout the process, they kept me informed with regular updates. The end result was outstanding, all the repairs were executed flawlessly. BMW had quoted me a 2-4 month wait time, but Elite Auto Werks repaired my BMW in just a few weeks. They went above and beyond, even fixing my yellowed headlights and applying a layer of clear coat. I just want to share what an incredible experience I had with Elite Auto Werks. I had a minor accident in my Toyota Tacoma and had gone to check out a few places before stumbling upon Elite. They had great reviews and they completely lived up to the hype. From the customer service, to drop-off, to continual communication and finished product. It was a phenomenal experience through the entire process. The work they do is seamless. Thank you to the entire staff, and to anyone looking for a collision repair center, I would highly recommend you look into Elite before going anywhere else, I promise you will not be disappointed.

This place did a great job! I also appreciated that for a extremely stressful situation of dealing with insurance companies and so on they are very helpful. Any time I called with questions I was helped quickly. The customer service and work are top tier at this establishment. Chris and his staff are doing a great job.

Chris was professional and honest about what it would take to repair my car after a minor accident. It's an older vehicle and my insurance actually gave me Elite Auto Werks information, I wasn't familiar with them.. He told me what to expect and gave me a detailed time-line. He answered all questions and was available anytime I needed Information.When I picked car up, it was amazing. First class job. Great experience, great customer service,great work over-all. This place is amazing! Since I step foot into the building Cassandra at the front desk was helpful and able to provide quick answers (even over the phone). Philip is AWESOME!! He was able to break down what repairs were needed for my vehicle and why. I had a bunch of questions as someone who doesn t know much about vehicles and Philip knew all answers and/or was able to find out for me within the hour. I even fact checked this recommendations and answers with a creditable car source and they told me he gave me the best solutions to repair my vehicle. I would recommend anyone come to this place for any auto work they need done.Not to mention the service timing is top tier. I expected to have a long wait until I regained my vehicle. That was not the case. This shop is quick, efficient, and dedicated to great service. They even remember your name and great you upon arrival.Service: Body & Trim

Elite Auto Werks is the only place I will take my hellcat for any additional work needed from body kits to tires to engine work. I was having a hard time getting ANY shop to balance my tires/rims and went to literally 6 different place before reaching Tim at Elite Auto Werks. He got me in and was the first one to let me know my tires were worn which he found out using the Road Force machine the correct way. Once they were done, I didn't have the issue any longer. Hats off to Tim and team @ Elite Auto Werks.

Elite Auto Werks provided excellent service to my car and upfront, honest communication throughout the entire repair process. My car door needed a replacement after sideswiping a pillar in my garage and after a three week turnaround, my car looked better than it did before. My 2012 Mazda 3 had a lot of sun damage to the paint/clear coat on the roof, hood, and deck lid. The Elite team repainted these sections of the car, and now it looks amazing! It completely matches the rest of the factory paint job on the car... the car looks 10 years newer. Everyone from Chris, Cassandra, Arthur & Philip were super helpful and professional. I got 3 other estimates from other body and paint shops around the Dallas area, and Elite was by far the best experience and value.Service: Painting

I had an accident and Elite Auto Werks repaired my Corolla bumper. The work was fantastic/perfect. Every person I spoke with there was so friendly, informative, caring and with the best customer service I have experienced in many years. My car was ready when they said and they even cleaned it to look brand new. I hope I never have another accident - but if I do - I would not go anywhere else but here.
