Prices are a little high. Service was good. They have talk time text alerts with your car. I got a set of four tires brand new with warranty for $700. I guess that s a good deal.

I've always loved going to discount tires they always give the most amazing customer service. They proved it again today, they were a blessing was not even expecting. When you go ask for David he's awesome, they are about providing great customer service.

I was a bit of a butt this morning because i needed new tires. Scott was so helpful and kind, it totally made me feel better about everything! Discount tire has been and will continue being my place to buy tires!

I had a tire go flat right when I got home, I didn t have a donut that would fit my lifted Jeep or a full size spare. They were able to order the tires for the next day and even though they couldn t find the discontinued wheel I have on there for a full size spare they were willing to hold my extra tire there until the wheel arrives in a couple days. Can t ask for much more in customer service, so thank you Eduardo for making my experience a pleasant one, hope you and the team have a great rest of your day!

Eduardo was helpful with finding my issue. Service was completed quickly with very little wait time. I prefer this location over the one on Northwest Hwy!

Booked an appointment the same day online. Showed up 2 hours early and they had my vehicle done in an hour. Highly recommend booking an appointment and paying online before you arrive. Zero paper work.

I arrived here with only 3 cars in the parking lot. 2 bays were unoccupied. 9am. I needed only a tire replaced and put back on rim. I had warranty so it's just $20.00. 45 minutes later my car is still in the lot and the rest of the lot is filled up. They value new customers over 15 year customers who buy tires, use their service often. Had to edit review. They kept my spare and I had to return and ask for it. Then they "found" it...

My car had a TPM sensor that kept telling me to get service, and I had good history with this company at another location in the city, so I went here. I especially appreciate the complimentary service given for balancing the air pressure as a senior disabled person, it s difficult to DIY.After a couple trips to get the air pressure checked out, the attendant was very helpful with diagnosing an issue that should have been resolved by adding air. But at his suggestion I allowed him to get a tire tech to look at the wheel in question. In summary, I was losing air due to a cracked wheel and it required a welder to repair it, and they made a referral.I m very pleased that they were spot on, and that day I was able to get the repair done for my peace of mind. Since that day I am going to be a loyal customer for ALL of my classic vehicles.

Made an appointment day before, arrived well before my 8:15 appointment time. There was one customer ahead and one employee helping someone with their application. 15 mins into my wait time, the nice gentleman told me he'd be right with me, waited some more. It wasn't until i got into my car that someone ran over to see if i needed help. Lost my time and my business, was looking to get all 4 new tires and windshield wipers replaced.

Shout out to the guy who sat at a green light, ignored me honking at him, then road raged at me when I eventually went round him. Not a good look to act the fool in a company van. This was around 2:50 pm on Tuesday January 16th, turning left from Towngate onto Northwest Highway.

I've been coming here for years, and service and efficiency of this location have noticably improved. Really appreciate the additional value add of being a long-term customer (free tire rotation and balance, free tire pressure checks, etc).I wish their system would improve though as I apparently have multiple profiles under the same number, some without purchase history, and have to explain to them every time that the tires I'm getting serviced were purchased from Discount Tire.

I ve been a customer for years. I was going to replace a tire due to an unfortunate side puncture. The tire was still under warranty for a small discount. The manager said it had too much wear and that it was no longer under warranty. The only solace a had after I jacked up my tire was that discount tire would take care of me.

I was in need of new front tires. Close to work only reason I visited. I didn t like how Oliver was trying to suggest the priciest tires and different size after I told him what I wanted. I get you need to push for sales if I wasn t in need I would ve left. 2 stars since they had me in and out on my lunch break but still.

when I went in this last time it was discovered there was a seized lug nut. Which had to be broken off the entire process of talking to them in store and having pay for the repair was easy but their choice in repair shop could be better to say the least. They sent me to breaks plus in Rowlett. Tbh r repair was done and was told I would need multiple repairs costing over $2000, which was determined to not be the case by my mechanic that I trust over brakes plus. I strongly recommend that discount tire change who they partner with. But I know as well as the next person that probably won t happen.

They were busy but got me in and out. I had 3 tires with nails and they were fixed in no time. You never need to go anywhere but Discount Tire. Been a customer since 1985 or before.

Nice people, nice service. I got my tire pressure light flashing because I replaced the wheel. They reset the tire pressure sensor for me in minutes and that s totally free!

Terrible service..the guy refuse to fill the air because the tire is too low to the ground ..that s the main reason I want to fill the air ..doesn t makesense at all

OK I had to go out of town for a funeral a few months ago. Stopped in and was in a hurry and just ask them to replace my tires did not search prices because I trusted them. What made me look around because the sales rep was rude. I found these tires down the street for $700 less. if it would ve been two or three that would ve been fine but $700 I feel like I ve been robbed. sales person 700 Michael E. Very rude and busted a wheel cab and said he was going to replace and never did.

I ve been buying tires since 1996 my entire driving history. Almost had a situation, but Eric and his team solved it my problem. Eric s great customer service experience reaffirmed why i buy at discount tire and their warranty. I recommend this shop specifically

My first time buying tires at discount tires was a little iffy just because i heard bad reviews, but i decided to give them a chance , i paid $400 plus $100 installation & then they said my rim was bad so i bought a whole new rim & they didn t even put my tires right they were all loose thank god for my brother that tightened it up for me, & he even installed the rim right. I will not be returning customer. Bad service! For all that money, not worth the installation i rather been good going somewhere else, tires all good no complaints.

They checked to see if the tires that were on our car were under warranty but come to find out that the previous owner had not used them the last go round. Dang it, but we were in and out in 20 minutes with new tennis sneakers.
