If I give a one star I could give them a less than one star this place is ripping off guys. Please be sure when you gonna drop off your vehicle. Make sure you re gonna be watching your car because there are couple guys people has been standing there, and they are just ripping you off to your pocket.Believe or not, they are charging over the price if you don t know, so basically, you come to the place which is ready to empty your pocket, and the one of the rudest people ever I seen from honor to the employee from employee to entitled of this place is nasty, rude people they don t even deserve a star guys be careful before you gonna go in this place or if you want to empty your pocket you go there and good luck to you guys, The rude guy never ever recommend this place, stealer, and Robber people working here

3starsFast and have great customer service but I came for one tire and I thought they ll air them all up after adding another but they didn t. My one tire wait was like 15/20mins

Came here a couple of times, would have gave it 5 stars but last time I came they took the tire off and I checked it, no nails, they guy takes it in the back to check if it's leaking and brings it back with a nail in it that was not there before and charges 5 buck to plug it.

Best service around, often tire checks with no charge and always friendly. It's hard for me to find a trusted tire shop, but this one I trust.

After having this bad experience, I decided to come read reviews and all the bad ones are true. I wish i read it before i went there. Im new here and just needed a mechanic. The owner Juma is a pathological liar, the smallish receptionist boy over there is rude and ignorant. They charged me 1300 dollars to fix a part in my car that had no issues and created more problems for me. Engine had no issues but the moment I left their the check engine light came on, the car was bouncy and shaky, the sound in the car was louder and unbearable and I took it back and they the engine light issues and sound . They don't know how to fix the bouncy issues which is a shock absorber in the car, so they claim the car had no issues. We test drove and the mechanic confirmed the issue and the owner said I should go pay for diagnostics in toyota to confirm if the parts he changed was okay or not. I told them I would sue them for been rude, disrespectful, liars and not fixing my car and that little rat of a receptionist asked me to leave the shop. They extort people and lie about their ability to do anything. I will make sure they pay.

Swing by to get a spare mounted and decided to get my faulty TPM sensors replaced while they had it on the lift. They not only comped mounting and balancing my spare, but also the rotation! This place is all right. They also let me know my rear brake pads only had about 10% life left (which I already knew from an earlier brake check) confirming their honesty.

Owner lied to me and said I need to replace the ball joints and bushings, which I had replaced 3 months earlier, with a different mechanic. I went to a new mechanic, who told me that the mechanic that had done all the work actually did a good job, and my front suspension was good. See lowest reviews, and then go find a more reputable shop. Run away from this auto shop.

Great experience today. Thank you to the manager and to Ahmed! I knew I had a bad tire and it was almost 6pm. So glad this shop was still open. They were able to put my car up on the lift right away and Ahmed showed me the problem. I got a great new tire at a good price. Was done and out of there in about 20 minutes! When I need new tires I will return.

Went in for oil change, brakes, rotors, and hub assembly. They broke both front hub caps that were perfectly intact prior to the repairs. Discount tire recently placed new tires on my car. Removed and placed them back on without a problem. I was told the owner would be in by 1030am to discuss it with me. I waited 30min and he never showed. The front desk then told me that he called him and he referred to the sign in the shop that stated "not responsible for damage to personal items". However, the damage was caused when they physically removed them for the repair. This was not a personal item. I've been a customer for a few years and will not be returning again. They refused to replace the damaged hub caps after I've spent $700 for repairs.

The owner and his team are truly some of the most trustworthy individuals I ve met. Have dealt with them on several occasions after getting quotes elsewhere and they always are honest about what work really needs to be done and are very fair in pricing their work. Not close to where I live and that s why I often get quotes closer to home, but the drive always ends up being worth it.They have a customer for life that will always be willing and confident in referring them to friends and family!

Had the most amazing experience friendly Fast efficient service! Blessings do happen. Went in for a tire change and ended up leaving with so much more! An amazing man blessed me by paying for my entire service. I visited this location for the first time hoping for a better experience after leaving another shop a few days prior for a tire change. The other shop gave me my same tire which ended up going flat the very next day. Walking into this establishment(DFW Discount Tires) I was already overwhelmed and frustrated with life trials and tribulations after losing my kids Dad I was beginning to feel lost and forgotten and that my struggles where going unnoticed like why is life so hard. then this blessing happened! I m truly grateful and feel so blessed to know that God is saying I still have you and that it ll be okay! Thank you to that amazing man that let God move through him truly helped me to keep going!

Great service, short wait, good price. Got in and got out on a Saturday of all days for a new back tire and I'm happy with the warranty. Location is not very big, so I could see parking being a bit tight but they sure operate like a well oiled machine so I'm sure it wouldn't matter. I sometimes find taking care of my car intimidating, but they made the process simple. I'll see you guys again for that oil change.

Very much satisfied with the alignment that was completed within roughly 45 min. Nice sitting area with excellent customer service and reasonably charged for alignment, I would definitely go back for my car works when in need.

I m not sure where the bad reviews are coming from but these are honest guys. I do my own work when I have time their prices are great and it s a family owned business. Plus the work comes with warranties.

I used to take my truck Hummer H2 to have it fix when i have mechanical issue on it and started felling uncomfortable when this specific mechanic in the shop his name is Pedro to charge me something that has nothing to do with problem that i took the truck in to shop. I remember one time i took my truck to him because the power kept getting off in the middle of the street. Pedro told me that was a starter problem and he have to replace it and charged me $300.00 but my truck continue to have same problem even after he claimed that he replaced the starter. When i took my truck to the other shop closer to my work, they told me the battery cable is not thigh and made it thigh for free.Again i have 2014 BMW 535, i racked it and damaged the passenger side headlight and body part, because the shop is close to my house, i took my BMW to the shop, this time i spoke to the owner instead of Pedro. however, Pedro got involved with a deal how to fix it. I wasn't happy at a time but no choice. two days later Pedro called me and told me that this shop doesn't have a body shop, they are trying to send it somewhere and charge you more money. He also said, "between me and you i have a cousin who has a body shop, he will fix it for you cheaper" i agreed with the deal, Pedro got my BMW towed and kept the location secrets from me for a month, when i call him about the location and request updates, his response was like he is ordering the parts and they are on the way. Finally i started getting advice from lawyers but no resolution. when i constantly calling him with demand to give me the location where my BMW is, he screen shot the pic of my BMW with the driver side body damage fix as a cover up, cheap fix and told me that the car is ready. He demands $3200 to get my car out. He mate me at AutoZone, in his truck we were heading to the shop where my BMW was, we arrived, the car was parked outside, the passenger side light that he claimed spent $1500 is not in placed. I paid $3200, he gave me the key, i got in the car and started to drive, less than a minute later my car made horrible noise and stop, the broken suspension was not fixed, nothing at all but he got my $3200 dollars for free after he spend less than $400 to the passenger side body work. i immediately called him but he blocked me immediately. Then i took my BMW to other shop and got it fix for $5000 and sold it. Mr. Pedro still working in DFW discount Tire and Auto, he uses that place to deceive the vulnerable customers.I told this story to all my friends, they all mad at me but more at him how he mischief me. My friends are going to write more to let other customer to be care full. I am also writing this to protect other customers from getting rob like me.

One of the Mechanic is rude and arrogant. He was mad that I didn't want to fix the problem and purposely left a screw for the valve cover outside. Good thing I checked it and told him to put it in. He tried to deny it saying, how do I know the screw was there! Has no shame!Oh and they quoted me 500 and I got it done less than half that price somewhere else. Be careful if you need something big done, cuz they will try to take advantage of you!

Had them throw 4 tires on my truck I had sitting in my garage, only charged me $80 (mount and balance and new valve stems), other places quoted me $100-$135 for the same procedures. Will be coming back. My only small complaint is I was told it would take an hour and they would call me when done, I never got a call 3+ hours later I called, I was busy running errands so I wasn't upset at all, maybe they placed a call to wrong number? But overall I am very satisfied! Thank you guys as it's hard to find an honest shop in today's day and age.
