EXTREMELY HONEST AND PROFESSIONAL. My family and I have been a customer of theirs since they opened over a decade ago. The three brothers who own this place are extremely honest, genuine, down to earth good dudes and will take you and show you exactly what (if any) problem exists and give you the best course of action for you to choose for yourself. They never try to upsell you anything or take advantage of you whether you are a man, woman, elderly, or foreign and don't speak good English. They give the best prices. They do tend to get very busy on some days so be prepared to wait, or call ahead and ask if they are currently busy. I'd rather wait and deal with an honest mechanic than not wait and get cheated and ripped off. Overall they are your best go to mechanic for oil change, inspection, and any other car maintenance or mechanic needs. 10,000/10 recommend

I have been at this place for 10 years. There are a lot of good guys here. Good service, fast, and friendly guys. I am lucky to have a place to trust for taking care of my car.

I strongly recommend then for any general need or maintenance for your vehicle. In my experience they've never tried to upcharge me or sell me on some I didn't need done very friendly and easy to ask questions with them! They can get pretty busy at times so it's good to come in early.

As a young woman I am usually cautious when I go to car mechanics. However, this place is honest and transparent and has earned my business.I came to this place briefly last year for an inspection and I was in and out quickly.I returned for this year s inspection and I knew I was due for some new tires. They noticed this and rather then try to convince me to replace all four, I was only recommended to replace the front two as the back had some life in them.In addition, my car was having some problems with overheating since March. I previously went to a different mechanic in Garland and replaced my thermostat and radiator fan, but the problem persisted along with a multitude of new problems after every visit. I brought this up when installing the new tires here and they resolved my problem, replaced the cap, and added coolant for no charge.Also, I appreciate the way they point out specific parts to me so I can see the wear or feel the pressure build-up.I ve made the drive to come here when I lived in Austin, and plan to continue coming so long as I am in Texas.

This is a great place to go if you need help with any parts. My lug nuts where damaged real bad and they fixed everything with no problem. They have great customer service and they will do the job right. So on that note if you need help with anything go to them you won't regret it!!!

BEST tire shop ever!! Sitar was such a pleasure to work with, had to go last minute for a tire plug and he helped me even before closing very efficiently!!! Love them!' They actually care about their customers and not just run on getting your money!! If I could give 10000 stars I would!!

Went in with no appointment to get a nail hole in my tire plugged and they got me in and out in about 7 minutes total for the whole process! Quick, easy & nice staff. Will be back

I've been taking every car my family owns to these guys for over 6yrs...I won't go anywhere else. It's family owned and operated. In the beginning, I would shop around and every single time they would come back with the best price. Having the lowest price doesn't mean you'll get quality service, but with these guys you get that too. They are knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy. If it can be fixed, they'll get it done...and done right.

I came to this place about 3 months ago because my oil was leaking and they told me that I had to change the valve cover gasket, damper seal, oil pressure switch and VVT unit for total $969.00 and I said ok and they finished it I came and picked it up but in the receipt it does not show the price for each item they bought for, it just show the total amount but not only that my oil is still leaking and I took it to different mechanic and he told me that any of the thing they chargers me for has not been changed. So I basically got scammed by this people here. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND LIERS. I would not recommend these people not even for my enemies.

I ve been taking my car to this shop for a few years now. It s the only place I will go. They do a phenomenal job and are always honest about the work they do and what needs to be done. The prices are unbeatable and everyone is friendly and super personable.

I ve been coming to City Tire & Service for years and they have always done and amazing job. The owner is friendly honest and takes pride in the work that is done at his shop. I wanted an oil change, and it was over in about twenty minutes. When I got home, the indicator telling me to change the oil hadn't turned off yet, so I went back and asked him to turn it off, and he said go to the dealer and check it out. When I said that I didn't change the oil, he insisted on fighting. In the end, I just threw the money and went to another place to change the oil, and the light went off automaticWhat is this? never again, never again, never again

I went there a moth ago because my steering wheel made weird sounds. They said it s rack and pinion and took $700 to fix it. It was good only for 2 weeks and the car started having the same problem again. And then I brought my car to another mechanic and they say you can t do rack and pinion without fixing power string which is the main issue apparently.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I was referred to City Tire & Service by my Son for windshield wiper blade replacement & state inspection services. He told me how good these guys are. I am so glad I went on his advice & decided to allow this wonderful staff the opportunity to gain a customer for life! Needless to say, Mohammed was so polite, and even though they were a little busy; they made sure to keep checking on me & updating me on time. This really made me feel comfortable, and I felt like my time was important. They took care of my car needs & got me out the door quickly. These guys are so professional and sweet as well as AWESOME! My Dad was a mechanic for years and passed away but he taught me a lot about cars. I know how to do a lot of things but honestly it s hard work and when it s cold outside and you have 99 other problems it s good to have people who won t try and highball you! These guys have a small town kind of vibe going on, meaning that they seem like they actually care about people and not just profit. I highly recommend this company! Especially if you re a female looking to not get manipulated simply because you re a female. :) also the atmosphere is not bad either! Update! 3rd or 4th time going here and I still can t say enough good things about this place, y all. I took my tire to get it changed and was told it didn t even need to be changed. They just fixed it. Most places would have charged me the money for the tire and kept my good one and sold it. Seriously. I love these guys. It s like a family there and they are honest and trustworthy people!Highly, Highly, Highly, recommend!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

Brand new to the area and was looking for a trusted mechanic for a break job. I asked my landlord and he recommended these guys. Could not be happier. They are always in such a great mood and they make you feel like family. I have gone back 3 times now for various services like breaks, oil change and state inspection. Always a pleasurable experience. Very honest and trustworthy. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality, honest service.

I absolutely love this place! Great prices! Great work! They treat you like family and always go above and beyond to make sure your car is safe to drive. I live in farmers branch and drive 30 minutes to garland because I trust them that much. Knowledgeable mechanics, all very experienced. I would highly recommend them. I have used them for tires (great quality and price), brakes, oil change, A/C, and a sensor change. I have yet to have a bad experience there.
