Ben is by far one of the best mechanics I ve ever dealt with. He has performed maintenance on both my Mercedes and BMW while I was living in the Dallas area the last 4 years. I would drive 35 minutes from Irving to Garland just have him work on my cars to keep them in tip top shape. Not only is he knowledgeable and meticulous when it comes to German vehicles, he is very honest and never tries to upsell me on extra work. If he sees some potential issue(s), he will tell me ahead of time and will give a recommendation on how long it will be until service may be needed. I trust Ben so much, I had my BMW shipped from Houston to Dallas ($225) just to have him perform some maintenance repairs prior to my move to Florida, because I know my car is in good hands. When you find a good and honest mechanic, support their business. Thanks for everything Ben, too bad I can t take you to Florida with me.

Ben takes care of all of my vehicles! He is truly the last of the honest mechanics . He always makes sure that the right repair is completed and nothing excessively needed like most dealership. Ben Flores has been one of the best people to do business with in my entire life. He's taken care of all the vehicles in my whole family for about 15 years or so. Not once have we had any issues with his services and he's always gone the extra mile to take care of us. He's very honest and will always give you his best advice in regards to anything concerning your vehicle. On top of all this, he's just a hell of a guy and I always have a good time talking with him! Working with him has given me a lot of peace of mind and has been a very enjoyable experience over the years. I recommend CID s transmission & Auto repair to anyone!

I have known CID s Transmissions for a long time. Their Master Tech Ben took excellent care of my Dodge Charger. I had to have it towed to the shop and in a couple of days they had it running better than it had since I first bought it! I would and do recommend them to anyone that needs help with their vehicle. Thank you to Ben for taking great care of me and my car.

Make sure to ask for Ben! CIDS is my Go-To mechanic, I have brought my C250 and my GX460, as well as my brothers IS250 to him for everything I have needed. From normal maintenance to performance upgrades. Very flexible scheduling and accurate timing. Thanks Mr. Ben

Unfortunately 1 star is the lowest that Google allows you to rate, I took my 2000 Ford Ranger to get repaired by Ben and his father he told me he would have it done in 3 weeks. It took him 8 weeks to finish that truck.After 8 weeks of waiting I called to see when he would finish the truck he yelled at me saying he didn't like to be bothered. (keep in mind I had already given him half of the money)*** I went to get my truck we had an argument and his father kicked me out and threatened to hit me***Don't trust Ben and his father they bite on more than they can chew!Take your business elsewhere.***UPDATE***CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON TWO DAYS AFTER WE TOOK THE CAR.... SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND JUST TAKE IT TO AN ACTUAL ASE CERTIFIED MECHANIC.

Cids is the best! Honest prices and great work. Ever time I come here as a single woman I feel respected and know that I m not being played. I really feel like their prices are fair and the owners and worked are honest. I would highly recommend.

Best shop i think I could ve brought my car to, they worked fast and helped me out on a deal making sure I got my car back and running. Ben texted me along the way and gave me plenty of options I d recommend this shop to anyone and would come back
