Best tire company in the world. Special thanks to Ismael and Brandon. They made sure I got great services. Got a brand new tire and they went up and beyond to make sure I my tires was put on. I would give this company a 10 star if I could.. Very pleased and thankful and don t know what I would have done if they wouldn t have assisted me.

I see some of the reviews are about 2 years old, this place has changed and not for the good, customer service is horrible, they lack of common sense,they don t acknowledge you when you arrive, in fact, they get upset or they will give you a attitude,if you address the fact that you were not knowledge. Good bye to what it was I m not coming back.

Came here twice before and didn't have any issues. The third time I went, I thought everything went smoothly as well until I tried to exit my vehicle. They drove my car up to the front of the shop and I would open the door, got in, shut it, and drove off. Once I got home and tried to open my driver's door, that's when I noticed an issue. It wouldn't open. I had to climb through my passenger door to get out. I examined my door and realized that the guy broke my car handle from the inside. The guy didn't even said anything to me as I was leaving. Never coming here again

Ivan and Horacio were super helpful. Helped repair my tire and got me out in no time. Super friendly staff and great customer service. They kept me from having to get a new tire for the time being.

Same bogus treatment you get when someone doesn't want to help. Just cold responses, 0 checking, Just depends what time of the day it is, is when you catch them in d good mood or bad mood. Id avoid this place

Bunch of lazy employees. Was just wanting to get a patch so i can finish out my day but they claimed they Couldnt patch it because the tire was getting close to the tire wear marker. I went up the street to city tire &service and they patched it right up. Dont waste your time all they want to do is sell you new tires.

Got my tire change from here and they did not finish aligning and tightening my tires properly. When I called them about it they re were not apologetic, just said they ll fix it back again but did not compensate or give back my money.I could have gotten badly injured and they still don t care. Never coming back here again. And staff is very rude!

One of the only tire shops/closest that said they were open on a Sunday afternoon so I rushed over to get a used tire. Not only did they say they were closed(pointing at the clock) when they really closed at 6 pm and it was only 5:30, but still had cars pulling up and had a SUV that pulled in around the same time go to park in front of one of their bay doors to be help. I mentioned that it was only 5:30 as one guy was on his phone in the office, and the kid I was (trying) to talk to wouldn't even stop sweeping. If all that isn't bad enough, they try telling me that they don't have any used tires, not knowing size I needed or anything. I've been to C&M tires before for used tires, just not this location and I won't be back either. Reviews of the business clearly state that people have gotten useful tires here but I'm guessing they just did want to do the work and were trying to get outta there. Granted I did come 30 minutes before closing but it doesn't take much time or effort to throw on a tire and to lie to my face (if he ever would have stopped sweeping and spoke to me man to man, to my face instead of straight disrespect) it's b.s. and I won't be back nor let anyone I know take their vehicles there anymore, which I work in the automotive industry so people are always asking..No stars for you!!

I had a air leaking from my valve stem after going to a QT to add air. Someone there at the air station said their tire was leaking faster after attempting to air up. I tried it and then I started leaking through the stem as well so I put the cap back on and went to a nearby 3 letter national big chain tire shop and told them I needed the stem tightened and air added and right away was told I would likely need the entire valve stem replaced and it would be a 2 hour wait. Said no thanks and drove over to these guys and told them what was going on and the guy went and grabbed a stem, removed the old one and replaced it and aired it up at no charge.Thank you!

Someone took out my Schrader valve and then stole a pair of shoes out the car. I was at the hospital for my mother and noticed. Made it to this tire shop and the took care of it and me in 2mins. I won't say wah the cost was but it was the best along with thier attitude you can ask for. Jos'e looked out.

I bought 4 new tires from this tire shop. 1st they lost my tire lug casings. Then my tire light came on and went back they want to charge me to fix it. Then tire went flat had them to fix it. They put a plug in it that is visible. It is a ugly eye sore. While they are working they are constantly on their phones. Really unprofessional.

I know we came in pretty late to ask for an alignment that we needed for my car, they didn't take it because yes it was too late and they were going to close in one hour so they didn't want to stay 20 extra minutes to finish that service to my car so I had to leave. Came in at 5:20 pm-they close at 6:00 pm-alignment takes one hour. Hope I'm explaining correctly. Anywho not happy about it.

Went there to have AC freon topped off...mechanic said there were no leaks and should be fine...paid 120 dollars and within 15 minutes of leaving AC blew hot again...Called him back and he said "oh, there could be a leak that y didn't see....not happy at all with service

Very very dishonest. Never come here again.The guy, who did the oil change for me around 5:30PM-6:00PM, is very dishonest. When I called, they said I need to come before 6:00PM and wouy charge $20 for the labor work. When I came around 5:30PM, he told me he couldn t do it because they re closing. When he did it, he took 6 quarts instead of 5 quarts for Toyota HighLander. He charged $25 instead of $20 for labor work.Again, Very dishonest. Is it worth when you lost your customers for few bucks? How your business s still open?

This place is diamond in the rough! They did a front brake job, oil change and inspection in about 1 1/2 hours for me just by calling ahead and the price was great!

We went in with two cars last Saturday morning, we purchased 4 tires, had one oil change and a patch on one tire...all completed in less than 30 minutes, very nice customer service, fair pricing and tidy shop. We've been going here for years have never had a bad experience. Someone stated they didn't receive a receipt, I received one separately for each car.

DO NOT Arrive 15 minutes before closing . Went to qp to put air across the street noticed glass in tire and was leaking rapidly went across the street to c&m at 5:45 7/24/22 (Sunday) worker sold me we can plug it told me pull up and turn all the way to the right , he goes inside and come back to say i m sorry G but the credit card system is already closed maybe if you would ve got here one minute earlier or something I said you don t close until 10 more minutes he says yeah I know but the system is closed already . I had to put spare on my truck in their parking lot as they rolled new tires for sale inside . Lazy owner needs to change hours .

For $350.00 within a hour they ve changed my (6) coils & (6) spark plugs left with my check engine light on still but they ve said it d go off eventually but joe , Gus they re coo peoples

I am hardly ever disappointed when I come here...Jon is the best mechanic they could possibly have. He does not cheat you and he is honest about what is wrong with your vehicle. If you listen to him, he will get you straight. If you have a repeated issue after he touched it, he deals with it right away and makes sure you can get back on the road safely. They are really nice, too!

quick and cheap service for flat tire repair. I had a slow leaking tire so I pulled in, not knowing what to expect. The guy that helped me was polite and did a great job patching the tire. It only cost $10 and took less than 15 minutes. I recommend them!

I went in on a Sunday for a front end alignment. The typical cost is $60. The reason for the alignment was that I installed all new front suspension parts on my car. I knew that this was not going to be a typical alignment, so I was expecting to pay a little more. They were unable to get the alignment within the required specs., even with me helping, holding, and pushing on the wheels, and informing them on how to adjust the camber. When it was, "good enough to drive", and time to pay, I was charged $150. I told the guy I didn't have that much, and he said that if I could pay cash he would only charge me $120, so I did. I didn't get a receipt, and it kinda seemed like an under the table deal.The following Monday took the car to my normal shop and had the alignment redone. There, I got a printed sheet of the before and after specs and a receipt. The before was pretty bad and the after was perfect. I was only charged 40$.White folks stay away, they will automatically see you as a sucker, and try to get as much from you as they can.

Bought a pair of tires for $180. I was charged twice. Worker told me to dispute one of the charges which I did, never got my money. Called my bank, they said the dispute was denied because it was 2 separate transactions and that I needed to take it up with them. Got in touch with the employee who charged me, he says he s taken the steps to get my refund and that now it s my job to call the Square app people . I ve never used that app so I shouldn t be the one calling them. I m going to give them a few more days to get me my money back and if they don t, I ll be contacting my lawyer to see what I can do.

They will always ask to replace your air filter, as if that was the most important thing to have done. I went for a state inspection, reasonable price, but I needed a mass air flow sensor installed to be able to pass. They said they'd do it for $280 and give me a new sticker "no questions asked." With an agreement that they would order the part in two days, Monday, I deposited $140. I returned on Wednesday as agreed and they told me it would be a long wait to service my car and they asked me to leave it there. I found out later the part was as easy to replace as AA batteries found in a child's toy and returned furious that Friday demanding they give me the part or refund my $140. They chose to refund my money. (Mass air flow sensor = $120.00)Don't let them do any work on your car. Expect them to ridiculously overprice their labor. With that said, tires are always straightforward.
