I was told my air conditioner would be $150 .A/C still not working after paying the fees I was talked into before repairs! I was also asked to give 5 star review before my car was touched

My go to place for all my mechanical needs. My car broke down in Garland last week so I had it towed over to Broadway auto. Within an hour they had the problem diagnosed. They called me and told me what was wrong and how much the repair would be. They had it fixed and ready to pick up that same day. I wasn't able to come by that evening so they held my car for me until the next morning. These guys do a great job in a timely manner at a reasonable price. I will be bringing my vehicle back to them in the future. I highly recommend Broadway auto to anyone looking for an honest auto repair shop.

They charged me 500$ for a 200$ job and tried to charge me 1200$ total for extra work that was irrelevant I found this out once I went to another shop that s a friend of the family and they said these things about broadway auto repair I would only go here if u have no other option and are willing to be charged an arm and leg

Broadway Auto repair hook me up today I came in at about 4:20 they close 6:00 they had two people working on my car to get it done and I got an oil change they got it done by 5:50 right on time Eric and Alex are so awesome I definitely recommend this place. Thank you guys so much

I will definitely recommend this place, I don t know if they will be able to fix your particular problem, but I would check this place first. We have been taking our vehicles to this place for years with different problems, or just for oil change and every time I have been satisfied. I have taken my vehicles to other places only when this place have been real busy and for some reason a can t wait, but this is our 1st place to go to. They are always busy, but they try to get your vehicle ready as soon as posible. They have reasonable prices, always good job on my vehicles.The mechanic that always talk to and have worked on my vehicles, his name is Ruben, he is honest and knowledgeable, if it s something he doesn t do or can t do he would tell you (he would still try sometimes, but he lets you know) Now days Its hard to find honest mechanics that know what they are doing, I m glad I found this place.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto A/C recharge, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto brake repair, Brakes, Air conditioning, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

Broadway Auto is the best! I've needed my AC serviced for a while, and all I've gotten are unreasonable quotes without so much as a look under my hood. Broadway Auto took the time to look at my car and tell me exactly what it needed and why. Best part is they saved me time and money by identifying the issue and fixing it faster than I expected. I can't say enough good things about them.

Stopped in at the midpoint of my roadtrip from NC to Mexico and still just feel so thankful for all Erik s help. I made it! But I don t think I would have without this new wheel bearing and all the shocks and struts. As a woman traveling alone, I am always a bit nervous of being taken advantage of, but I can say with full confidence that this shop has my trust and gratitude. They worked some wonders around the rust buildup, were thorough in their inspections, transparent, kind and professional. There was only one cable showing some wear that couldn t arrive in time, so I was able to replace it at my next stop. I picked an Erics automotive somewhere else. He was also awesome. Hah

STAY AWAY!In May of 2023, brought my Toyota here bc check engine light came on, idling & running rough. Eric (one of the mechanics), called two hours later, said "cylinder #2 was bad and causing the issues. Advised me to change them all bc when one goes out, the others will soon follow. I agreed. Later he called, said "IT WAS ALL FIXED NOW DRIVING WELL AND NORMAL." Picked up my car drove home. Two days later light came on again, idling and running rough, SAME as before. Called Eric back. He said "drop it off and we'll look at it". Three hours later he called, but this time said he could "not find any fault with it and had deleted the check engine code". I arrived and said again, something IS STILL wrong. This is where he started to argue, even raised his voice. Had no choice but to drive away without a resolution or a deeper investigation of the still pending issue. Later that evening "Cornell" called. He claimed he was the owner and that he "had his guys backs". Told me "never come back here again". He too was yelling, was very argumentative with me. I put'em on speaker phone so my girlfriend could listen. I didn't argue back. Spoke to him in a calm voice and thanked him for calling.THE POINT: turns out Eric and Broadway Auto MISS-DIAGNOSED. Was NEVER cylinder #2 and definitely NOT the others though they charged me to replace them.Eric nor any one else at Broadway Auto has taken responsibility or spoken to me about this issue any further, so I had no choice but to take it to another shop a day later for them to properly diagnose the REAL issue with my car. I have kept a record of every step of my journey with this negative experience in case I need it in the future as I am still navigating through it.In my opinion, this place only has average mechanics.Daniel

Please be very careful with this business.The owner is unimaginably rude, disrespectful and 100589% unprofessional.The business ordered a part for my vehicle, which they said I needed for a repair. I moved by the time they received the part, I asked if he can mail it to me since it was specific to my vehicle. The owner, Cornell, mailed it to me and to my complete inconvenience the part was totally wrong and didn t even belong to my vehicle.Completely useless.When I asked to send it back and have my money returned he screamed, yelled, cussed at me and refused to send me back my money in return for the wrong part- plus shipping cost. Literally left me in tears after being on the other end of this man s rage over the phone for asking for a refund.Now I m out of my money and stuck with a useless part that doesn t even go to my vehicle.

I was so afraid my repair of my AC would be a lot. I put off repairing it for a year. This shop owner is courteous and very good at repairs. My car was only there for a few hours. I do not recommend this place for vehicle repair. I came in with problems with my vehicle, they gave me new spark plugs and said I was good to go, but my vehicle was not. The next day I was experiencing the same problems and had to take it someplace else where they ran a diagnostic and found more problems with my motor. 400 bucks down the drain

My engine was overheating so i dropped my car off first thing in the morning. They diagnosed the problem Incredibly quickly and repaired it the same day. I knew what was wrong with my car (starter) brought one from auto zone. Ask how much to install. Fair price. They had it done in about 2 hrs. Sounds good to me
