Great people, great service! Honest Auto ShopThe service is great, very respectful and honest. Pricing are very reasonable. The are careful and cleaning when working on the car. They are very responsive to any questions or calls. Very proactive. I am glad I found them, I have used them twice now, and I will do all my auto work here going forward.

These guys were great!! After going to 2 other mechanics, black line auto was the third. They gave the absolute best service showed me everything /explained everything in detail as well as send over a really cool email with videos explaining everything so I could share with my husband. As a woman I was very grateful, they made me feel welcomed and stress free the owner was very informativeinsightful and super kind. And Boris at front desk was very kind and sweet. I highly recommend this place 10 out of 10!!

Already have taken my vehicle to these guys my second time, they do outstanding work. They know what they're talking about and are very informative. Blackline is now definitely be my main shop for auto repair. I highly do recommend them.

They took really good care of my 2011 Subaru Outback! Instead of replacing a costly module for the automatic transmission, it turned out that reloading software and conducting a transmission calibration was all it needed! They really know Subaru s inside and out! They re even familiar with the 3.6r engine! Excellent work!

I ve gone to Blackline 3 times now and only one thing comes to mind: amazing. I m not just talking about the amazing that would make me come back, I m talking the amazing that I would recommend them to all my family and friends in a heartbeat. However, I m just some random guy on the internet, so let me go point by point with what they do and why I would recommend them to anyone.1. Customer Service- These people are beyond, BEYOND professional and open in their demeanor. Everytime I go there I know I am talking to people who I not only enjoy being around, but who have my best interest in mind. They explain everything that is going on with my car and make sure that I feel heard and comfortable the entire time. I have also seen the way they treat their other customers which, not surprisingly, is nothing short of fantastic. They will take the time to explain every last thing and make sure that you are treated the way you want to be treated.2. Transparency/Photos- You want green flags from a mechanic s shop? First thing to ask is what are they willing to show you.I took my car to Brakes Plus in Rowlett (big mistake) and they easily came back with a 2000 fee to get everything done with no proof or remorse. Later, I took my car to a Kwik Kar to find out they were borderline scamming meThen I took my car here for a $35 inspection. It was worth. Every. Damn. Cent.The first thing they did out the gate that sold me on them was take pictures of every part of my car they were inspecting. Showing each part that they looked at with a description so I understood. Next, these incredible mechanics took me to my car and explained everything that they were concerned about. I mean everything. I learned so much that day about my car I even found confidence in myself to be more proactive about it. They weren t just telling me the problems, they weren t just showing me it in photos (which already would ve met my expectations), THEY TOOK ME TO MY CAR AND EXPLAINED IT ALL. Even with all that they topped my oil off. But they did one more thing that blew me away (explained in point #3)3. They recommended things to SAVE ME MONEY. I m not talking your run of the mill get a 10% discount on the napkins we put in your car. I m talking professional advice like how long my brakes look to last, what fluids should be flushed, and even the openness to me buying my own parts if I was concerned. THEY WANT TO HELP YOU FIRST AND FOREMOST. They did that in the inspection and then they did that when they fixed my car and again when I got my oil changed you starting to see the pattern of awesomeness from these gentlemen???4. Well this was your point of view and experience , then let their certifications speak for themselves. They are ASE certified, are master mechanics (not just a statement, its an actual title that a person has to obtain through hard work and exams), and continually maintain both those certifications to show their knowledge. Also, just let them explain anything about a car to you, in about .0005 seconds you realize they have so much knowledge that they re willing to share and show.In summary, these guys I would recommend to my own momma. And if that statement and my paragraphs don t prove to you the kind of place this is, I don t know what will. See for yourself.Thank you to the brothers at Blackline Auto for truly not only being hardworking and through, but inviting, patient, friendly, and transparent as well.

Horrible service. Trying to take advantage of me being a woman. Could not fix my jeep. Left with the check engine light on. Said they forgot to plug something back in. Coolant was leaking. They claimed to have fixed it. Had to go back the next day because it was still leaking. Got into an argument with me because they claimed to not see the leak. I showed pictures of it still leaking. Although I was able to receive my money back, they fought me about it for days because they thought I was lying. Later wanted to drive it around more to find the problem but the trust was gone. Find out later it was just a reservoir leak that they tried to charge close to $400 for a thermostat. Do not recommend for women especially. Didn t seem to care about my car especially to neglect to test it before giving it back to me with a check engine light on.

do not take your car here. they are completely money hungry took my car in about a month and a half ago. to start the customer service was horrible guy was saying to go fix it myself if i didn t want to pay regardless went through with it few minutes later they started saying there was so many things wrong wanted to charge me over $500 to find the issue. Took it somewhere else they found the issue and fixed it didn t charge me a penny because they said it was a easy fix.

This is a great shop! As a woman you want to find a mechanic you can trust. The way these guys work is if they can't explain it and SHOW YOU in real time they cannot sell it to you. That's amazing for me. I have trusted them with my AC work and many other things that I need fixed on my BMW. I will be back and I know they can handle the work. I'm in and out quickly with an appointment and their communication is top notch.

When I bought my new vehicle I was experiencing crazy problems with. Multiple lights were going off on my dash, and I couldn't accelerate past 35 mph. A friend referred me to Blackline Auto Care. Not only did they diagnosed my car and fixed it within the week, they also offered to check my AC and charge it as well! Excellent care and quality work from professionals. Would highly recommend.

Great service and overall experience. I originally got a quote for brake pads and rotors from a different business and Blakeline was not only more affordable but was a better overall experience. Highly recommend

I can t express the gratitude I feel for Blackline Auto Care. These men are the best and honest. My air was fixed for practically nothing and has never worked better. The men at this shop don t pressure you into buying anything unnecessary. The problem with my a.c was overlooked by others and overcharged. Blackline found the problem right away and the cost to fix the problem was practically nothing, compared to the other shops cost. Smart, talented, compassionate crew at Blackline Auto Care. I have not trusted a auto shop until I took my Subura to Blackline.

I spoke with Boris before I dropped off my vehicle. Stand up guy with amazing customer service skills. Had a great experience with dropping off my car and picking it up.I came in for help with my check engine light. The crew did an awesome job trying to figure out what the code was, however, they didn't find the issue. I was not charged a fee since they couldn't find the problem. Regardless, the experience is worth the 5 star review. I plan on returning for future needs.
