Loved the service here. They explained to us how my cars battery installment requires a obd2 tool reset since I have the stop/start feature. They recommended on where to go to get the required service. I was very happy they didnt just sell me a battery but also gave me proper instructions on where to go.

5 stars Gabriela always puts customers first. Never had a issue at this store. They go above and beyond even when some customers come in angry or upset.

Commercial Manager fails at keeping your account secure. I have phoned this store several times, stating that my account is NOT to be used there, as I am in Georgia. Wholesalers, take your business ELSEWHERE!

CSR #34 obviously has no interest working for AutoZone. First I tried to ask "her" (no name tag or AutoZone clothing to identify if she was even an employee or what role she held) if they had any Marine batteries in stock and was ignored (she obviously had better things to do in the back), so I asked a grey shirt who then asked her to help. Once she got the battery I asked her to test the battery before I bought it because I didn't want to be stuck in the middle of the lake with a dead battery but she advised she couldn't until after I insisted multiple times she looked over to the grey shirt and told him I wanted to test the battery and he told her to go ahead. She said the battery tested good and when I asked what was the charge on the battery she said it was charged sounding unsure so I went home to test it before I went to the lake and luckily I did because I would of been stuck. Serious training needed every bit of that experience was poor.

Was sent to this store by another for a battery, Pedro N was so lazy when asked to call the other store (which would be my 3rd) he said they don t do that. He finally can and then the guy said other guy said he doesn t look up parts. Pedro hung up and said see I asked him to dial the number, the same guy answered I asked him to look it up and he then asked for a part number, at which point I asked Pedro to give it to him.I waited on hold for 5 minutes..What happened to the good ole days of going into a parts store to someone who even cares?

The customer service is good but this is the only company that I've purchased brakes from that the hardware isn't included. I asked for brake hardware and they had no idea what I was talking about.

Went to dispose old oil and was sent to the back. There was old batteries on a pallet and cardboard trash on the floor. I had move the trash in order to be able to dispose of my old oil. I was told to throw the old container on my own. Why have multiple employees if no one is going to help.

Julia was amazing. I called to verify that they had my battery. She advised me it was still in warranty. So when I arrived, she removed the bad battery and installed the new one. Checked that everything was working and I was good to go!I have used this location for years. They are my go to store!!

Went in to have my battery checked, Julia the manager on duty jumped right into help, has gone above and beyond talking with my mechanic over the phone to get questions answered. Even came outside to test my friends battery for him. She s amazing!Get this woman a raise & bonus!

I just got another new vehicle and it went out near AutoZone thankfully. I am so grateful for Julia, she came in the rain and cold near her business to jump start and get me back to the store to charge back up. This location has very decent and amazing workers!

Julia, was very helpful she knows what she's doing I call her on the phone she told me she had what I needed and when I got there took care of everything and got me things I need for my oil change great job! Need more people like her that is ready to help customers and get them taken care of!!

Today 11/8/2022 in this store Autozone at 1214 W. Centerville Rd in Garland, I happened to meet an Autozone employee whom proved to be a superb company man: David. When I first walked in this store, I announced to all the employees: would any employee be nice enough to install a new battery in my vehicle if I buy a battery here. The one who gladly volunteered is David. He mentioned details of my call to the store the day before when via phone he informed me helpful info about different battery types' warranties etc. Today he not-only sold me the battery, he explained & educated me about more things regarding batteries & my terminals, he cleaned my vehicle's corroded terminals then installed the new battery. David was superb throughout! So as I was leaving I tried to give him a tip ($$), but he refused being tipped & he said his reward is just keep returning to this store to buy anything I ever need. THAT's a company man any company should want representing them. And THAT is why this store will be my preferred supplier for now on.

LOVE THESE GUYS, ALWAYS HAVE GREAT EXPERIENCES HERE, AFTER HAVING A DEFECTIVE ENGINE ISSUE , I THOUGHT I WAS IN BIG TROUBLE, I WAS WRONG THE AUTOZONE MANAGER AND COMPANY THAT PROVIDES ENGINE TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING ALMOST MAKING IT LIKE IT NEVER HAPPENED. I WENT THROUGH SOME TROUBLE BUT AUTOZONE/ ATK MADE IT SUPER SMOOTH. YOU DO NOT NEED TO GO ELSEWHERE, AUTOZONE STANDS BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS.

I was promptly assisted by [ Derrick or Derek- he has dreads] upon entering the building; he was helpful and knowledgeable. I am grateful for the quick customer service he provided I didn't even have to move because he went and got the supplies needed as well as applied merchandise to it m, since I lacked the know how.

Went for a 17 mm deep socket and a few other things. The young man who was helping me handed me off to a young man who for whatever reason, voided the same socket from my receipt. Got home, waited an hour or so to let the engine cool down. Went to get the SOCKET out of the bag and it's not there. So went back to get it. Now I'm WAITING AGAIN FOR THE MOTOR TO COOL DOWN.

In general I have had a good experience shopping in AutoZone. But this time I interacted with someone called Maria Posas who was very unpleasant and hard to deal with. She said that I was trying to hit her based on my hands movement. Just watch your video records to notice that she was exaggerating to make me feel bad. Also, she was very unprofessional, because the guy who sold me a sensor in the morning said that it is guaranteed and she said the opposite because I used it. The sensor was installed in my car by a professional and it didn't work. I needed to buy a new one. Finally, she accepted to return my money, but it was an unnecessary bad time. I wish AutoZone send her to be get reeducation.
