Michael was Phenomenal!!!! He helped me with my pickup order instantly, even went to look for a cheaper item of the same sort , (on his HANDS and KNEES) true definition of a great employee!!! Michael also VOLUNTEERED his expertise on installing my headlight! I gotta say , where im from (Arkansas) we dont get that, let alone involuntarily!! Michael ur the best and I wish you nothing but the best you made my night! Thanks again Michael!!!!! and oh yea I came in at close to close time so yes he s GREAT! I cant thank you enough Michael!!! The store is very big on customer service and being professional. I came to the store just to grab a sale paper n the first thing I notice was that Mr. Carter was very helpful to lead me in the right direction with great customer service care even to other shoppers as well. professional. Great customer service. Knowledgeable. Welcoming spirit. I will recommend if you re car needs part or advise you may need to head to this autozone to experience the helpfulness that I received.

These guys!!!!! New to the area, they didn't have an ice scraper told me the nearest one and how to get there, car was tooting its own damn horn everytime I drive . Went in to get fuses and couldn't get it loose the guy came out and did it for me and he was on his break . He didn't have to do that but I appreciate him so much for helping me. They are always so nice and if they can't do it or help they are very good at pointing you in the right direction.

Call the guy said he had to customers he was busy I was outside The location three minutes later and there was nobody in the store poor customer service did not want to order a part and have it shipped to the location he said I had to go to the other location to buy it I'd rather pay for it at this location and have them send it to you and come pick it up because it's close to my job

A young man named Robyn helped me test my battery and then recommended me a solution to clean the corrosion off of my battery ports with. He did a fantastic job and is a great conversationalist. Would recommend this store!

Decent parts selection and service but they will try to upsell you on a more expensive brand if they think they can get away with it. Have an exact item number you can refer to.

I had a fantastic experience at Store #1413 with Curry. I initially went in to replace a lightbulb, and when I asked him for assistance, he eagerly offered to help. However, upon inspecting my car, Curry realized that the task required removing the bumper to access the bulb, and he couldn't do it directly. Despite this, he didn't leave me stranded and instead went above and beyond to provide me with the necessary tools and step-by-step advice to tackle the task myself. He even thoughtfully got me gloves to ensure a smooth process.Throughout our interactions, Curry displayed exceptional courtesy and attentiveness. He promptly opened the door for me as we went back and forth between the store and my car. I genuinely appreciate this level of customer service, and I can confidently say that Curry is one of the best customer service employees I've encountered. My background as a manager in luxury hotels has exposed me to excellent service, and Curry undoubtedly embodies those qualities.I want to extend my gratitude to Curry for making my visit to AutoZone truly exceptional. His dedication and willingness to go the extra mile deserve recognition. To the management at AutoZone, I highly recommend acknowledging Curry's exceptional work and dedication. Product on shelf is labeled in multiple places as one price but the register rang up different price. When asked about a price adjustment, I was told it s not their fault and they don t have appropriate tags for the product. So they have a shelf full of product listed for the wrong price and won t honor it. It s only a couple bucks but still, on principle alone, you honor the price you have it advertised, plain and simple. Won t shop here again in the future based on the deceptive practices and lack of accountability to honor stated prices.

Glenn Kim (sales manager I think) was great. He replaced my car battery and my car remote battery with great service. Initially I asked a sales agent (Steven I think) who was adamant that they do not install a car battery upon which I demanded to see the manager (Glenn Kim), who happily provided the service. Give this man a raise and/or promotion!

Samuel help me in the store on Jupiter Road in Richardson today, and he was totally awesome and so helpful. I can t begin to describe it. His knowledge and efforts to help me with the part and to help put the part on simply was outstanding, it is very hard to find young men that are this willing to go out of their way to help people. He is a person of great character and has a personality of utmost politeness, he cannot be a better representation of your store. He deserves much credit, and recognition for his efforts. Lazy employees who really doesn't do much. Asked for assistance with motor oil and oil filter and was given a nonchalant or don't bother me kind of attitude. Been a loyal auto zone customer over 20 years and first time a lazy employee gave me a bad taste of service and what make it worst is we were the only person in the store. If it was busy then I would understand but it was the complete opposite. Doesn't offer to help or even write down part number... when asked for oil filter part number the guy just push the screen over, pretty much look for it yourself and do it your self... terrible attitude

Your employee named Rob was so nice and courteous. I told him that our display for the temp had changed to a negative Fahrenheit and the air conditioner started blowing hot air. He took the time to come to our car and read what code it was. He was talkative and seemed to really care about helping us. Thank you for the wonderful experience with Rob and our company. I've been coming to this location for a couple of years now, and the service has always been top notch!! When in today for an air filter, and cabin filter for my Nissan Altima 2 door coupe. They attented to my needs and even gave me some free packages of a tire shine sponge. Very pleased!

I like shopping here, been going here for 25 years. The other day I couldn't get my battery to charge so I thought it was dead. Took it up and they charged it for me and turned out it was still good. Didn't cost me anything. The only reason they don't get 5 starts is because more often then not there are not enough employees working and you can be waiting for assistance for a good bit of time. Other than that it's a great place to go for car needs.

On 4/14/2023, I called in at 7:45pm to see if they had a part in stock and the guy on the phone was very rude. Instead of helping me, he asked "Well did you look it up online?" in a very snarky tone.Management needs to train their employees better rather than letting them disrespect customers like that. I asked a simple question and was met with resistance rather than assistance.

Very honest people. Treat the customer very well. I went in to purchase a battery. When I brought in the old battery from my car, they noticed it was their brand (I honestly had forgotten), looked up the purchase and explained to me that they would replace the battery for free! Saved me over $100 dollars!

Just went in to this store and experienced the absolute WORST customer service I have ever had in my life. The lady who called herself "V" was so rude and spoke with such a disrespectful tone in her voice. If you want to go to a place and feel like you are bothering someone then find out when she works and go there then.

I came in for wiper blade replacements. Staff could care less I was the only one in the store. They d rather be on their phones and when they do decide to help you, you can visible see that they don t want to. On top of all that they gave me the wrong wiper blade. So not only do they not want to help you they re also incompetent. By far the worst autozone you can go to.

I went to another autozone down the road and they only replaced one headlight for me saying it took too long and refused to do the other headlight so I came to this one and Curry came out and replaced the other side for me and took less than half the time the other one did. Thank you so much

horrible service! i came to buy battery for my car. the person there was condescending, unhelpful. they wont help change the battery or charge my battery so i can drive somewhere else. i have to get my family member to come to charge my car and went somewhere else.

ATTENTION ALL FEMALES: I have been in here 2ce in the past week. This lady in there is the MOST PERFECT person for handling customers...FABULOUS cs skills, absolutely has the sweetest things to say and KNOWS HER STUFF!!! Please go here to show our females appreciation and raise and praise any and all females who deserve it! SHE DOES!! Here's my downfall as a I didn't get her NAME!!!! UGH! IM SO SORRY DARLING!! But tbh, she was a female in a auto part store with a smile on her face and compliments in her heart! So *round of applause * boss's she deserves a raise! I want to write ONLY a positive review so I'm not going to mention the males bunched up gossiping while she stood there and helped people...ONLY POSITIVE REVIEWS!

Great - with me and everybody else who came in while I was there. Friendly asking what they could help with as soon as I walked in, which was same time as another Guy. Showed me the replacement light bulb options I had, and provided information to make a decision on which to choose. Found the meaning of my check engine light and confirmed not immediately critical - also asked me the part needed and it's cost, further looked up part number for wiper arm (not blade) and proved that to me. Also, didn't mention my Very English / British accent until after all my needs met, and transaction completed; one of the top 10 experiences for customer service I've experienced.
