Ivan did phenomenal work to my truck. I had over $6000 in hail damage from a recent storm. Not only did he get the repairs done in a timely manner, it was also done beautifully. He met me at my job picked up truck and then returned it for me. Due to the damage in the bed of truck he was also able to get insurance to pay for bed-liner instead of trying to remove dents. That is something I was wanting to do anyway and he was able to get insurance to pay for it. Because we had the damages we did, he also gave my wife an Apple Watch 3 as part of doing business with him. Ivan does excellent work and is very professional as courteous. I will definitely be recommending him to more folks as time goes on.

I had a great experience with Ivan's Hail Repair. Richie was great at carefully explaining the process and keeping me up-to-date throughout the process. Great communication, great customer service, saved me money and my car looks great. They picked up and dropped off my car and it came back cleaner and with a tank full of gas. Ivan's goes above and beyond to take care of their customers. I highly recommend.

Ryan took great care of me and was very informative throughout the whole process of getting my hail damage fixed on my pickup. He dealt with my insurance company, helped with a rental car & delivered my truck back to me washed, vacuumed and a full take of diesel. Highly recommend Ivan s Hail Repair to anyone in the DFW area - great customer service and perfect repair work.

I chose to work with Ivan after seeing all 5 star reviews and that it was a veteran owned company. I'm a vet and like to support those who served. My experience was excellent. Ivan and Richie took care of everything and worked around my travel schedule. Couldn't ask for a better or easier experience.

I don't give out 5 stars very often, but they earned it. I was skeptical at first, but they handled all my claim and inspection details, picked up my truck, delivered my rental, and got my vehicle finished in no time with no money out of pocket! They even returned it washed and vacuumed. Needless to say, the hail repair itself was perfect, would never had known I got hailed on. All around great service and Richie kept me up to date on the whole process. Would definitely recommend!

After a massive hail storm by my work and no trees around to take some off the hail i ended up with "insurance claim" $3000. Ivan went back over my car and all the damage . He found more cracks and broken panels and roofing damage coming to a total $8000.I can't begin to tell you how helpful he was in keeping me informed of the progress of my baby. He made sure I had a rental car and I didn't owe anything out of pocket.My car came back to me like it just rolled out of a custom factory just for me. It LOOKED BETTER THAN THE DAY WE BOUGHT IT! ! Mind you we bought it with 40 miles brand spanking new. Ivan I am forever grateful for your military service and customer service!! You a poster family of a small business man. After having hail damaged both of our vehicles recently, Roy with Ivan s Hail Repair immediately began the process of getting our vehicles repaired. From picking up our vehicle, getting appraisals from insurance, keeping us updated on the progress, and returning our vehicles cleaned and completely repaired, I HIGHLY recommend Ivan s Hail Repair to anyone needing their services!!!

Recently had both my Dodge Challenger and my wife s Ford Edge repaired at Ivan s. Both were damaged in the hail storm T the end of March. I had been approached at home by at least half a dozen salesmen pitching their hail repair. The only one that was genuine and offered to go above and beyond with customer service was Roy from Ivan s.That s why I chose them.And Ivan s and Roy delivered. Roy kept me updated every step of the way and went out if his way to make sure we had a great experience. I hope I never have to have hail damage repaired again but if I do it will be at Ivan s.

Ive used Ivan for years . The quality of work and customer service He provides is really hard to find . Living in an area where hail seems to come every year ,we ve had our share of hail claims . I ve learned that the insurance company likes to look over or leave things out of their repair estimate . Ivan has always made sure that the insurance pays for the correct repair .

Amazing experience with these guys. We had some serious hail damage on two vehicles. Nick was super helpful and professional. Cars are good as new just as he promised. I would never recommend anyone else. They even threw in some extra perks. Can't say enough good things.

I was so impressed with these guys. They made my hail repair process so easy and fast. The work they did looks great. Picked up & dropped my car off at my house. They also cleaned the inside and outside of my car. I would 100% suggest them

These people left a sticky note, not a business card, on my mirror that said call me and their number. I called. The first words out of their mouth was no i didn't hit your car but would you like hail repair?Super creepy and wrong. I will never use them.

Sorry I couldn't turn fast enough for you! Lol I'm from south Dallas and turning on a six lane road with a 55mph speed limit(so 65 70) without a green arrow from a dead stop in a slow Fiesta loaded with an engine Crain is rather large risk(death sentence) , also I wasn't sure if the road was open,( again because I'm not from around these parts) (also it's much nicer up here, plane to move up north in a couple years with the wife) P. S got the car like that, keep up the good work!! I've never seen this many only 5 stars reviews!
