Very bad customer service my parents have been customers for a very long time. They re so greedy and treated my mom horribly yelling at her and giving misleading information about payments. No one should be treated this way regardless of their income or financial situation mostly if they re giving their hard earning money to your business. I don t recommend this place at all.AUTO CONCEPT DO BETTER !!!

Make sure you have a calculator when buying a car in this place they don t deduct the down payment from the total cost and make you sign lots of paperwork.

My sister has been buying vehicles from Gus for years and has never had an issue! I decided to go for it and DO NOT REGRET IT AT ALL! Great business! Fast easy hassle free and so friendly! They definitely earned a returning customer!

I had the worst experience with these supposedly professional car company. They re the most greediest people I ve seen . They over charge for late fees, they over charge the car prices when the cars they sell are all raggedy. They repo my car and my belongings have been lost/stolen. I do no recommend this place to you all go spend your tax money somewhere else !!!!!!

Gus and his brother are excellent people to do business with.. They are always willing to work with you on your payments .. Excellent customer service . I bought a 07 Ford Edge and it never gave me any problems in the 3 years I owned it ..

I bought a 2017 tahoe in february 2021, i have had to replace radiator, AC condencer and now i have to replace the rack and pinion. This is ridiculous... im starting to think there vehicles are no good. And they dont seen to care because they only give a mth warranty. Have spent 2k on my "new" vehicle

It's a nice place Gus and his brother are friendly and nice, but the assistant ( secretary)That they have its RUDE, UNFRIENDLY AND MEAN, she doesn't even says HI or even ask for the person she is looking for, she just starts talking assuming that she is talking to the right person, my family already bought 5 CARS up there since I don't like the bitchy attitude that that girl has WE WON'T buy anymore from there plus she is a liar, if I've lived closer I'll go there and talk to her personally, but my waste of gas ain't worth it see her damn face !Thank you!!!!

If you are going to buy cars here, you have to check the engine. Some have problems with oil wet spark plugs. They do not take responsibility for fixing it
