Sunday morning waking up to an almost flat tire is not ideal. I drove here with no appointment right before noon and Ernest was prompt with greeting me and seeing what he could help with. I had a nail in my tire and he pulled it out and plugged it up under 5min he was so fast!! East. Fast. Good service. Thank you Ernest!Service: TiresService: Tires

Five minutes after we left the weel falls off my brother-in-law s car literally just right down the street we checked the other weels and the lug nuts were stripped on a lot of them on the other weels

I got my car aligned here & 1 month later the tread on the tires were bad again & took it to another shop and said these guys screwed me over cause it was set to a negative degree

The manager Mike is very nice and trusting. I had a screw in my tire and put a plug in the previous day. They checked it out and confirmed the tire wasn't leaking and didn't try to sell me new tires. I didn't pay anything and was there less than 15 minutes.Yesterday, I went in again to change my oil and I was so happy with the service. I would highly recommend.

I have a 2005 Silverado ext cab that I had upper and lower control arms and a new rack and pinion put in on. The steering wheel was way out of alignment. the truck also wasn t running very straight. I brought it here to AA discount Tire & Auto Repair to have it taken care of. I received the fastest service I ve ever had with an alignment. They were very friendly and the price was very reasonable. I m a customer for life here. My 2005 runs as straight and tight as my 2018 pickup. Outstanding service.

Wonderful shop, great service, and certainly trust worthy. The new manager is very nice, he made sure to check every tire, changed my oil, and fixed my AC with such a low price. Highly recommended, the manager is always there and the shop is open till 8 pm which is amazing. I will be back next time for my oil change.

Bought a used tire for $50 and the guy sold me one that already had another hole in It. The guy running the shop also has an attitude &was rude. Won't be going backUpdate: wrong, I didn't buy the tire 3 weeks ago. It's been less than a week and they didn't inform me it could be defective. I've never had an issue buying used tires at other places. This is the first tire shop I've had issues buying used tires. Won't be going back

Worst service ever i went to get my tire fixed ande they broke a part from my car.. the staff is awfull , rude people even the owner , the owner said he was gonna fix it and never called back , i have got there already 2 times and the owner never anwers... getting a report with police...

They have this one work named Earnest. I swear he has the most welcoming energy ever. I ve been to a lot of car shops, and have not experienced his level of service. If y all keep him and hire more like him, you would be doing a great for to your business and customers!

I have been going there for almost 4 years to do my car inspection, oil change, Brake change and to be honest this place is always open even on the holidays. The service there is amazing every time I go and they are professional, respectful, and just great customer service all around. I came here to fix a nail in my tire. I decided to get a used tire since that one was going bald. I also had another tire going bald so I just asked for two used tires. They changed my tires, but they were not the right size. They changed one of my front tires and one of my rears. I was running on a bigger tire with a smaller tire on each axle. I went to a different shop to get both bigger tires switched on the rear axle, however my car still felt odd because of the size difference. I will not come here again.Service: Tires

If I could give 0 stars I would this is the worst place ever I do not recommend this place. When I asked for the warranty of the work that was done in the car he started screaming telling me to leave immediately. Quote: fuck off get out of here right NOW everyone in the shop heard it. He didn t even aligned my car he just drove it and was charging me for it. The guy was very aggressive. Do not recommend.Service: Wheel alignment

Went to get my tires change and they scratched the entire lip of my rim and the owner or who ever he was was very rude and unprofessional saying I wasn t trying to pay him which I did even tho he scratched my rim don t come here and waste ur money and time also I forgot to add it s funny how u are not cursing at me here like how u where when I was very unprofessional

Me and my mother came to get an oil change and slow blk guy with golds and no hair cut had the nastiest attitude!!! we always come to this specific shop for any mechanic needs or oil changes. It does hurt to be curious & polite. Being rude & banging on someone hood because your having a bad day is unexceptionable., He definitely brings down the value at this shop now!

Unfortunately, I did not have a positive experience here.My parents live nearby and recommended it. I decided to give this shop a try.I went in to see if they had any deals they were running on tires. The manager gave me his price for a new set, which was a bit higher than I was anticipating on spending. He explained the cost if I paid in cash and the cost if I paid in card.I asked if he could meet me in the middle on the difference and his response was dismissive and unprofessional.I took my business to The Tire Shop at 646 E. Centerville Rd. Garland, Tx 75041. The gentlemen there atleast appreciated my business and although the same rules applied; cash vs card, he was professional and honest in his response. I ended paying $80 more, but I d rather give my business to someone who seems appreciative that I am there as a buyer.

Mike the mechanic was very fast and dedicated to fixing my car. He told me 3 days and finished my car overnight. He was really fast and professional with good rates. So I always glcome here for my oil change the prices are great but this one time I came cause I had a nail in my front tire the black dude that works there is so cool he not only fix my nail he put air in all my tires and found out I needed a whole new one the tires are mad cheap so I bought on I recommend you do business with this guy for realServices: Tires, Oil change

Only place around open on a Sunday so I found this place by luck but I'm taking my car here for everything now. Mike is awesome, friendly and professional and the best part was the price was great!! This place right here is honestly one of the few genuine and honest auto shops left around in the DFW. Mike is a very pleasant & friendly man. I am definitely coming back for any kind of service. Came here for a tire replacement and Mike gave me a reasonable price at a fast paced result. If you are looking for a place that will be focused on you and not their pockets, this is the place. Do not doubt the experience, you will not regret coming here.

I went here about 2 weeks ago to repair a slow leak tire. After a week the tire pressure decreased and I thought it was due to the change in the cool weather so I just aired up again. Then I had a repeat pressure change. So I decided to take my car back. I explained my situation and the guy said ok pull in.. so I'm assuming I was going to get a replacement plug or patch for free...Not!! They charged me another $10 so that's what he said...I allowed him to go swipe my card and I get a text stating the charges were $12 so I asked him when he returned with my card and receipt he says they charge tax ...wait!! so now it's $2 tax on $10......I told him you go ahead and keep the $2 if you need it that bad..But I will never return here again.Service: Tires

I usually go to another place to get my tires filled when my tire light comes on. Their compressor didn t work so they sent me to AAA. These guys were so nice. They checked all my tire pressure and even took the one that was low off my car and put it in liquid to see if they could see if there was a hole or something. To me, that meant the world! Thank you guys!! I ll definitely be coming to you again!!!!
