Until today my wife's SUV was not fixedWe pay for replacing the motor and the motor coming defectedWe already take to the shop 4 times and is still the same problemvery bad communication, never answers the phone, At the end of the day, the warranty didn't work because we had to pay for engine repairs and the engine was supposed to have a 6-month warrantyThe engine light is on to the endWe are thinking of doing something legal because we definitely paid and the engine was never repaired.

I don't agree with the bad reviews about A to Z Car Care being crooks. My experience was great! After getting a very pricey quote from another mechanic, I decided to get a second opinion. A to Z was referred to me by a friend and I am so glad they did. Mike contradicted the diagnosis from the other mechanic. And he was right! The other mechanic said that I needed a new power steering rack. That wasn't the problem at all. Mike had my car fixed same day saving me a ton of money and frustration. I came here to have my car serviced before a big trip and they were able to diagnose an issue I had been worried about that had gone unnoticed by my last mechanic up until now. They didn't pressure me to get anything done, and quoted me a great price. I ended up having them fix it and not they have a new long term customer. Went in this morning, he looked at my car and told me in less than 5 minutes what the issue was. Not sure what he's name was, but he is always so helpful!. Did not charge me, and just told me how to fix it. What a blessing! Thank you. Will always be a faithful customer!! Truly a good hearted person! Have always had the best experience with this place!

Mike is an incredible, honest, professional, knowledgeable mechanic! He and his crew are friendly, efficient, reasonable and personable. I was often afraid that I would be given 15 other things that needed to be done when going to a mechanic as a woman. But when I went to A to Z the first time years ago...and met Mike, I ve been committed to going straight to A to Z. I know that I ll get the honest truth in a diagnostic with no up charging or pressure to get something fixed that doesn t need it. I was very happy with my service. Mike helped me find exactly what was wrong with my vehicle. No one else has told me my struts were bad or that my tires were getting bad as well. I'm so happy to know what I need to get done.

Honest, Reliable and Great Customer Service: It is hard to find a Mechanic shop were you can feel that they know what they are doing and that they are not going to overcharge you. At AtoZ i feel sure that my car will be fix correctly and I will get an honest price. I live in plano, and gladly drive to AtoZ to get my car needs taken care of.I have been using them now for a little over a year, and every time i take my car i am satisfied.

gave me a defective part and did not want to refund my money, my car almost over heated, the boss there is very rude about itThe check does not say $106 that is not what I was refunded, it says $60, and spent $220 with ya'll when I was told $210, and my car was overheating and I was no where near ya'll, I had to spend money I did not have. This is very frustrating when the proof was brought to you

Dropped by to see if they can do an alignment and they ran the computer, assessed the problem and fixed everything in about 2 hours. Highly recommend this establishment.

Third shop was a charm. Two shops before this one screwed up an ac job by misdiagnosing the issue. A to Z has my ac colder than when it was new. Best price as well.

Every time I take my car here, it s always a great experience & I leave with confidence knowing that the maintenance has been properly handled by professionals...Everyone is always so friendly & eager to help & the icing on the cake is,they are super affordable!!...I don t have to worry about being overcharged or if the work is going to be of quality these guys have great integrity & they genuinely love what they do & it shows!!!
