Marlon did an amazing job on repairing my truck it was stolen and wrecked. He got it looking new and paint looks right on point. He was very communicative answers all your questions and had it ready on time. I recommend any work ya need done bring it here to 5 stars !!

Someone hit my car and my partner was able to call and arrange to get my car in with these guys all before the tow truck arrived. Needless to say the work looks great, vehicle drives well, great service, worked with the other parties insurance as well. Hopefully I don t ever need them again for an accident but will recommend to anyone and for any voluntary work.

Marlon and team did a fantastic job. Great communication along the way with me and the insurance, and the car looks amazing after extensive hail damage. Truly in great hands!! Don t go PDR, this looks way better- the full package!!

I called and Marlon answered right away and was very professional and friendly. He helped me through the process and made arrangements for me to drop off my car. I dropped my car off and Marlon explained how everything would work and said he would keep me updated about my car. He kept his word about keeping me updated. My car was only in their shop for 3 weeks and one of those weeks was just waiting for my insurance to get back to me so they worked pretty fast. When I went to pick up my car, they asked me to take a look and make sure it was up to my satisfaction before I drove off. Marlon and the rest of the staff were great and never made me feel less in a low time. I appreciate all their hard work and will definitely recommend this shop to all my family and friends.

Marlon was very honest from the start, and didn t disappoint. Got my car back in a timely manner as he estimated, and even gave my car a nice detail. Looks like NEW. Looking forward to coming back if I ever need. Very pleased with the service I was provided!

I am using this place because I was rear ended in my tacoma. I haven t gotten my truck back from them yet so I can t speak for every aspect yet but they have given me every reason to trust them completely with my truck. They will answer any and all questions you may have and address everything they have done/will do without you even having to ask. They really value their customers and take pride in their work. Will most likely update this review once I get my truck back but I am expecting more great work!

Had just bought this car, 10 days later someone scrapped it in a parking lot. Was sixk about it. He looked at the damage and said he'd have it looking like it was right off the car dealer lot again. Few days later he did. Even got it done day early.

They were pretty rude when I called for my friend to get an estimate. Guy on the phone wouldn't even accept a photo or video of the damage to get an estimate while another body shop did gladly without being rude. Really have no clue how this place has a high rating to be honest.

I had an unfortunate accident while visiting family in Plano TX, we are from Tulsa, Oklahoma. I am a man of reviews, because I like to make sure of what I am getting into. I googled body shops near me and this business came up with good reviews. I contacted Marlon and he was very helpful in getting my mini van towed to the shop. The communication was very good since we live four hours away from there; he was nothing but helpful and professional and kept us up to date on everything. Repair was done fairly quick and my minivan looks like nothing ever happened to it. Marlon is great! Car is fixed and you can t even tell it was damaged. He is so professional with communicating timelines and talking to insurance. Marlon basically had it done within a week or so. 10/10 would go to again if someone hit my car or if I have an accident.

The best! My vehicle looks awesome. The Insurance company stated they wouldn't cover one part of my repairs, and 5 Star Quality Collision Repair fixed it anyway. They didn't even notify me that there was an issue. Instead of stressing me, they took matters into their own hands and did the repairs anyway. I'm forever grateful. I've never had anyone do this for me before. They even detailed my vehicle inside and out. I couldn't be more satisfied! Great customer service and work. Definitely recommend!

So, the day before Xmas eve I got rear ended and needed my baby fixed A.S.A.P. I was going to go with a shop that the insurance suggested, but then I came across 5 Star Quality and let me tell you, I'm very happy that I did. Marlon and his crew went beyond my expectations. My baby looks like nothing ever happened to her. The quality of work and service they give you is in the name of their business for sure.I highly recommend that if you need repairs to come to 5 Star Quality. Just ask for Marlon. My son had an accident and his car was damaged. We took our car to this shop and they were very professional and the job they did was awesome. They made the process very easy and they work with the insurance company to make sure everything was in their hands. The job was not only great but the attitude of the owner and his crew was exceptional. Excellent customer service I had a problem with my insurance company and Marlon was really patience with it even thought they took forever to send the check. Also, he helped me with the deducible. My car looks like new and it was done in a few days. I m so happy with the results!

Had my 2006 Tahoe right corner completely damaged and 5 quality had my car fixed and back in less then a week. Took longer to deal with Insurance but once everything went tru they had my car repaired ASAP in fact it looked better then before and completely detailed front to back in and out I completely recommend this place, on time, professional, good quality and they deal directly with the Insurance company, friendly and honest. Ask for Marlon

I have been customer for a a year or two. The first Job he did great. Read below. Till now I'm so disappointed, cause he charged the insurance por parts that he didn't replace as new, Missing parts, no refilling Free On , many trips and took a long timeI can't be happier with the results on my vehicle. It was worth the wait for the excellent job. Barely i leave a review. Highly i recommend 5 starts with 6 starts.

After performing extensive online research on the many different Body and Paint Shops in North Texas, I chose 5 Star Quality Collision and Paint. They did an awesome restoration paint job my 2001 Jeep Wrangler. Marlon was extremely friendly and professional and delivered what I would call a Custom paint job at an amazing price. I strongly recommend 5 Star Quality Collision and Paint. You don t need to look any further!

Marlon and his team were friendly and professional. I am so glad I took my car to them after being backed into. They did an expert job on my BMW and it looks good as new! I highly recommend them.
