I was stuck in galveston with an issue with my envoy and this amazing establishment was able to get my truck fixed and have me on my way home before they closed. I can't thank you enough, Tony's International Car Care- I think I will drive to you from Houston every time I need a repair. Honest service, fair price, excellent customer service. Thank you, again. I wish I could give more than 5 stars

Last summer, I had to get my car repaired due to noise and the airbag light illuminating. Despite paying a hefty $1,500, Tony failed to resolve any of the issues; instead, the car started vibrating even more. It appeared that his efforts had only worsened the situation. When I returned the car, Tony was impatient and directed me to leave it somewhere. A week passed with no call from him, prompting me to visit his shop, only to find my car parked on the roadside in the rain. Unfortunately, it had been flooded, his employees told me that their boss didn't tell any of them to get the car serviced!. Tony's lack of accountability and disregard for his customers' vehicles is evident do not trust him; he is a liar and he will squeeze every penny of you.

I really want to thank the owner Mr. Tony for his professionalism and trust! He helped us a lot. We from Houston and our car broke down. Not only Mr. Tony towed our car at a great rate, but also he fixed it in a great timing. The very next day our car was ready to be picked up. Trust level was great from his side. We really had no choice and he could have charged us a lot of money, but he didn t! His rates were fare!We highly recommend his services. After taking my Jeep to the dealership for the third time, (once by tow), with no luck, Tony was able to figure out what was going on and make the repair. I have been there several times since, and it has always been a good experience.

Tony is an absolute gem of a person! While down here in Galveston on vacation our alternator died. I called International Car Care and Tony let me know he d have a guy out that day to tow my car and get started on diagnosis and repair. Tony checked a battery connection that needed to be replaced, but said in addition to that our alternator was draining the battery. He had the part ordered in and our car was ready to go in 24 hours at a great rate. He made a very stressful situation so much easier and my family is grateful! Nobody wants car trouble on vacation, especially when you re 5 hours from home, but having someone kind and dependable was a blessing. While in the Bolivar Peninsula with a large group our vehicle unexpectedly had a failure. Several calls to local shops, tow companies and rental companies led us to believe we were stranded due to our location.Then we called Tony. Tony jumped into action. He found a reasonably-priced tow, even made a rental car pickup for us since we would not make it in time before they closed. He took a lot of troubles out of the process and got the repair done as quickly as he was able so we could make the 1300 mile drive home without any delay. We truly thank Tony for all the extra trouble it took on his end to keep our family safe and able to continue our time on vacation.

They were the absolute best! We were on vacation traveling when our car broke down. We took it to Tony's and they fixed it and got it back to us within the week so that we could make it home! They were so kind and helpful, and even gave us a ride back to our hotel after we dropped our car off. Fast, affordable, and friendly service!My car was leaking oil like crazy (because the lousy Jiffy Lube I took it to did a bad job changing the oil and putting everything back together) so Tony and his guys got it taken care of right away. Tony even picked me up from a coffee shop when he was done working on it.

Greatest experience with Tony s! Was stranded in Galveston he called me a tow truck and had my car fixed in a day with a very reasonable price. In my experience a rare combination efficient, prompt, trustworthy mechanics thatTruly care! They should get 10 stars!

My daughter and her friends went down to Galveston for a Senior trip. They had to replace a part in the car and Auto zone sold them a used (did not know it was used, we purchased a new one) part which caused the car to start miss firing. Tony's helped them get the car to the shop and got them back their air bnb. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem in a day and had the car back to them the next morning. He was very helpful and worked with us, the parents over the phone and helped us feel comfortable and confident that he would get it fixed and our kids wouldn't be stranded.

I visited Tony's International Car Care for the first time a few weeks ago when my check engine light came on and my car began to have some issues. Overall, I was very impressed and had a positive experience. Tony is a very nice guy; he's personable and does a great job explaining what is wrong and what he will need to do to fix it. I like that he is always looking out for the customer and won't do excessive or unnecessary repairs. He is a very honest guy and I appreciate the fact that he treats customers and their cars the way that he would want to be treated. For my experience the price was fair, and he was pretty quick to diagnose and fix the problems I was having. I'm very grateful for his help and definitely will go back for future car care needs!

HiI recently had my truck break down on me while I was driving I thought it was the fuel pump as I had had indicator light come on before me and some coworkers changed out the fuel pump but nothing I made some calls and after a few questions the dealer would not take my truck I tried fire stone and when their computer would not tell them what the problem was they would not take it I found Tony international and from the start he was very helpful he let me take the truck in even though he was closing and leave it overnight he did an extensive check of all systems corrected some wiring due to some other issues and eliminated all possibilities he eventually found the problem and fixed my truck I am very happy with Tony and I think he is very fair and honest I would recommend him to anybody He did what bigger name brands could not do Or even want to try thank you Tony. The price was fair for the time and repairs he did.Thanks Tony.Jesse H.

I called Tony about my passenger side electric window stuck in the down position when he was closing for the night a few days ago. I was going to have to leave my car with the window down overnight in a driveway at the vacation house I was staying in with rain on the way, and bring the car in when they opened in the morning. Tony was so friendly and gave great advice to keep the inside of my car getting wet. The issue resolved itself a few hours later but Tony's great mannerisms were such a contrast to the mechanics I'm used to dealing with in Austin I'd like to bring my car in for general service with him before I hit the road if possible.

Tony is an excellent business man and is very knowledgeable. We both knew the engine on my truck was going out so it was just a matter of time. When the engine blew Tony picked it up the same day and we discussed about putting a Jasper motor in the dodge. He ordered an engine with a 100,000 mile warranty and had it delivered and installed in my truck extremely fast. Tony put a new radiator and engine kit along with the engine, all with in 48 hours. He was extremely fast and his shop put the motor in correctly. I had my keys in my hand and my foot on the gas with in 48 hours. He knows his stuff about automotive. He also customized a street bike and did fantastic work but that's another story. I highly recommend having Tony fix anything with a motor!! Thanks brother saved my life.

I'm in Galveston on work (a television shoot) and I needed my car repaired with a very quick turn around time as my vehicle would be needed for crew transport to the airport. Tony took care of it in a very timely manner and kept me updated as he did so. When I dropped it off he assured me that he would personally travel for parts if necessary, and made extra efforts to make sure I understood exactly what the issues were. International Car Care also appeared to stay open an hour later than the surrounding car repair shops, which was key in my situation with work. Thanks Tony.

I'm new to the island and drive a 20 year old Toyota 4runner. I'm always nervous that I won't find someone that can repair it well and on time. These guys came through. Repaired an air intake line promptly and didn't hijack me on price. It's good to know they are close by to fix up my old workhorse of a car.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

Tony is a very nice and professional guy! me and My family are in Galveston on vacation going to eat at a restaurant across the street when we realized we had a nail in our tire. We were traveling on the weekend to Galveston and our car started having issues. All the places were closed Sunday and we needed to get back home to Houston Monday! I Monday Morning I called all over the island and Tony's was the only place to offer us repair even though he was quite booked. We were able to walk to the strand and hang out until the repairs were done and he drove and picked us up. He explained all of the issues (repaired a spark plug, coil, and wire for two misfiring cylinders) and also fixed a fuse that was messed up so he could read the diagnostics correctly. Car is running great and when we brought our car to our local mechanic a few weeks after for a check up, they said the work was done well. Thank you!!! Our son appreciates us making it home on time!

An absolute definition of scammer ! Did a very low quality and high priced work at the first place , was very resistant to give warranty or receipt of the parts that he claims were brand new he was placing . Only barely gave 90 days warranty for his labor. All the things he fixed or claimed to have put in brand new (including breaks engine catalytic converter, tire pressure sensor etc ) broke down with in two weeks . When took the car back to him , he was resistant to even honor his 90 days labor warranty claim and gave the lamest excuse : the car has 1000 pieces , it s the other stuff which is turning lights on and not what I fixed . The worst part was that he changed the engine oil again and asked for 180 plus $ for changing oil and checking car again lol .

Tony is very honest, and charges the least he can. I've lived just a few blocks away, and owning older cars, need mechanic repairs about twice a year. Tony always takes the car right in, fixes the problem, and it's always WAY less than any internet search estimates that kind of repair should cost. He's not overly chatty, just seems to like to discuss the problem, then get back to work. That's fine with me, I know plenty of chatty people if I want someone to talk to. When I want a mechanic, this is the place!

I would never waste my time there again..I took.the time to read Tony"s reviews and decided to.try him out ..3 weeks in a row he promised me to come and tow my Mercedes Gl 450 to fix it .4 weeks now and he did not even pitch ...every time I go to his shop he is NEVER there .He took me for a %$#$$%#.Would never waste my time there again!!!!

Tony was very professional. I am not too good with stuff that happen under the hood, he was VERY clear as to what was wrong with my car. Kept me involved. The first time I went for an estimate I continued to look around. Got worse service other places and/or crazy high prices. Thank you tony! My car runs great now!

I had my 2008 dodge Caliber serviced here they were supposed to replace the engine mounts instead they put rubber shims in thinking I wouldn't know i am a full service technician of 15yrs exp. Just didn't have the time to fix it myself. So 600$ waisted to this place this deal was made directly through Tony the owner. I SUGGEST NO ONE GOES HERE THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!

We are on vacation, ran into car troubles and due to proximity took the car to Tony. He made the time to work on the car as soon as they could and most importantly ........while we could have been completely taken advantage of we were not. We are in Galveston frequently and I will not hesitate to take anything to Tony in the future.

This service never even reached the level of fair. I had my car towed there because it wouldn't start and had a battery or short problem. Apparently then never did a battery test, although the battery later turned out to have a bad cell. I had to pay $120 for a battery charge. When I found the same problem three days later, I was afraid to take it back - finally read the reviews - and instead got a new battery for $136 at the dealer. They also never called me and didn't accept calls after I'd called them a few times, hours after they told me they would call me with details of my problem.

Just want to say thank you for the great service. We were in from out of town and our Mini was running rough all of a sudden. Tony was reffered by another mechanic. Top shelf service and just wanted to say thank you again for helping us out.
