Today at 1:05 pm my sister called Penske and spoke with Andrew.. confirming and providing CC payment for 26ft truck. Received email confirmation and was told to pick up at 5pm. in Galveston, Texas at Home Depot. Got there and told truck not there. HD customer service called Penske several times and was hung up on twice and then a rude male stating his name was Rocko said that she should have known better than to order truck online on weekend (today is Thursday and as previously stated ordered by calling Penske, not online) put on hold second time and then Rocko came back on phone sometime later stating oh well, there was never a way to get the truck to the pick up location Andrew said to pick up from in the 5 hours that Andrew said truck would be there. I have never witnessed such, rude ignorance as I did on listening to the calls the Home Depot CS rep. had to make to try and resolve this issue. Now it s costing my sister several hundred more due to Penske employees lack of abilities and lack of simple customer service! Never use Penske, which is higher than using several other companies anyway!!

Located inside of Home Depot on 65th Street. Good service great availability. Pretty decent price.

The truck was greatly in operational. But the inside of the truck had cigarette ashes on the floor. From the previous driver.
