Please watch this company very rude will sell you literally anything Horn didn't work Turning signals Had to be jumped just for test drive but needed this vehicle for me and my family of five .Car was shaking maybel in the office is very rude with abouslt no customer service skills or manners . repair guy told me any other thing need to be serviced on my car id be responsible which is fine with me but y'all sold me a car With a Bad Battery Shaking when you break No Turning signals and No HORN SO WHEN YALL SAID YALL WERE EXPECTING THE CAR WHAT DID YALL REALLY LOOK AT . BECAUSE OBVIOUSLY YALL DID NOTHING NOT TO MENTION YALL CHARGED ME 15000 FOR A 2006

I recently bought a Cadillac CTSV from here. Was overall a very easy and simple transaction. Since I live in California and he s in Texas, he had zero hesitation to FaceTime me and show me up close anything I d like to see. He even put the car on a lift and showed be every little detail to make sure I knew what I was getting. Wired him the money, 3 days later the car showed up to my door exactly as I expected it. Buying a car sight unseen is risky, but Henry is an upfront guy and made the process easy. Definitely would recommend buying a car from them. The car has been reliable and everything works as it should. Couldn t recommend this place more!

Do not buy from this dealership EVER. My mother, who just went through chemo and radiation on her throat, got a deposit from her church to put down on a car. Her other car was in such bad shape it literally broke down when she pulled into the lot here to look at a car they had for her. The took complete advantage of her. I live in Houston and work alot of hours so I couldn't be there. Anyways they put her in a car for 2,000 down and payments of 300 a month, totaling $10,000. She just needed a car to get her to and from Dr's appointments. These girls at Ventura screwed her over so badly. I had a mechanic look at the car and he told me it had hail damage, 179,000 miles, the ac never worked, the compressor for the ac was hot wired, windows would not roll down, door handle broke, and he told me this car wasn't even worth the 2,000 she put down. Now she is without a car and the down payment that was Givin to her to help her maintain the multiple appointments she has to go to like the one coming up where she has to get a feeding tube to help her get her nutrition where it needs to be. I am so sick to my stomach how she was treated. If you never read another review let this one be the one that makes up your mind about this dealership. I hope they get back 10xs what they do to people. Makes me so disappointed in in the compassion of some people. The car broke down exactly 1 week after she got it. I want this made right otherwise I'm going to all social media platforms. This can't be kept silent. There is so much more I could put in here. But it would take me to long. Buyer beware.

Venturas auto sales are the reason used car auto dealerships get bad reviews, if you see a car with venturas auto on it don t buy it , run from any offer to buy one of their cars most are junks with bandaids to run for few months then they protect themselves on the as is rule not the texas lemon law rule ,

Henry is a legit stand up guy. I bought a car off him a few months ago and waiting to write this review. Car is running great still! We had a minor issue with a dent getting on the car while it was shipped and Henry mailed me a check to have it taken care of. I m in PA and bought the car sight unseen going by Henry s word and it s all of what he said it was. Thank you brother!

Buyer Beware At Ventura Auto Sales Went to check out a 2001 Tacoma yesterday with 139,000 miles on the odometer. Truck looked great so I left a deposit. And had a bill of sale drawn up for a cash payment today.Upon running my own carfax report, the truck has 257,000 miles. It was advertised as 139000 online and after test driving and speaking with a salesman nobody brought it up. Fortunately I caught this before spending 1000 s more then the truck is worth. I was told they replaced the drivetrain and gauge cluster with donor parts from a wrecked truck, but all they provided was a consumer priced labor invoice from the shop that they own. Also suspect. Generally dishonest practices and I hope I can help someone else avoid this same problem.After speaking to the owner on the phone, all he had to say was someone was going to tell me about the mileage before signing the title. And that it was a clean truck and he was not open to offers because other people want it if I do not. I got a refund and left promptly after that.

I bought a 2009 CTSV from Henry, its an absolute beast. It had some small issues once it arrived and Henry was more than helpful in getting them corrected.I bought the car from Florida and shipped it sight unseen from Galveston. Henry is a stand up guy and very responsive. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a car, especially a CTS-V. Henry is the man when it comes to finding these cars and puts out a great quality product and experience.The office staff was pleasant and they gave me all the paperwork needed to get the car legal. no complaints at all! thank you Henry!

I got a car from them years ago only had it for 8 months and it stop working brought it back up there they gave me so many excuses called the police and he d told me to take them to small claims court and surely be hold they told me to get my stuff and don t ever look that way and i assure you i never did either they been sued so many times i would never get anything from them and haven t

I bought a 2011 Cts V and Henry was on top of answering all of my questions even when he just had a baby and the delivery process was very easy would definitely recommend him to anyone

I purchased a 2010 Dodge Charger on the 24th and it broke down while I was at the workforce the very next day. After getting it repaired by the shop across the street they are charging me an extra 350.00 for repairs. I think that this is unfair and that s why I d rather go to Houston. Lemon lot with scammers waiting to take your money to split 6 ways. Never again.

I m a first time car buyer and I went to them I asked them to work with me because I had lost my job and I started doing Uber so I can make some money to pay my car note and they just came and took the car while I was at my new job training. I had talked to them that day they came and took it they told me to call back at 6pm and I did and no one answered the phone called multiple times when I got off at 7 my car was gone. So from 530 to 7 they came and got the car

Ventura's... is simply AMAZING. A few months ago Jessica guided me in picking out the exact kind of vehicle I wanted (Tahoe). The process was pretty simple and painless. Qualifying was easier than I imagined. My SUV has been running very well and the owner dad is also very friendly and professional. I totally recommend this down to earth family business.

Horrible customer service! And unlike Nora C. said on here, my car WAS NOT repossessed! But I can say, they DID not honor the contract. Always saying I was behind on payments when I paid more than agreed and harrassing me about payments when contract said I pay $320 once a month (I only get paid once a month)! And after I paid off car, they won't give me the extra key they have. And charged my son in law $25 for his extra key. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAR THERE!And they had a young kid coming to the window for customers. I don't do business with little kids!

DO NOT PURCHASE ANY VEHICLE FROM HERE!! This is a lemon farm!!! They sold my client a car- "sold as is", less then a month later the vehicle completely stopped working due to major engine and mechanical issues. They are now saying that she can take the vehicle to their mechanic shop for a diagnostic assessment, but at the cost to my client. Be mindful of this dealership and their "sell as is" vehicles. The price may be right, but the vehicle's are not.

Great buying experience. Family owned and operated.Mabel and Jessica were very sweet and helpful... made the whole experience comfortable and pressure free. Everything was very straight forward. I wouldn't hesitate to send friends or family there.

Awesome group of employees at this place and decent used vehicles some priced way too high but hey, it is after all a capitalist country so kudos for them. I experienced a few problems with the truck I bought here and even though it was marked "as is" the team at Venturas took care of me by replacing the parts and fixing the problem for free. I look forward to a lo g lasting business relationship with the good folks at original Ventura auto sales!

The short lady thats the owners daughter is so EXTREMELY rude, disrespectful & condescending I've walked out twice thinking this little girl had a bad day the first time. I said little girl because that's how she talks and acts with customers & I've spoken others that have said her professionalism is COMPLETELY HORRIBLE. She brags about what her family has ¬ needing your money. Shes the rudest person I've ever encountered. I'd NEVER give my money to someone who acts like I already owe her money. Its ridiculous & the needs to take some classes .

Henry is a great guy, i had been looking for a v for a couple of weeks, when I spoke to him it didn't take him long to send me pictures and a video of this car and on top of all that i drove over 6hrs to get it and made it to his shop waaaay after hours and he made sure he was there to take care of me. Thank you I appreciate you sir!!!

I came and got a car on the 9th of march they agreed that the car was mine and then told me they was taking the tracker off and came took the car then act like they didn t have it now they don t want to give me my possession telling me I missed a payment and it s not even the 9th of April they are rude and complete rip offs.. they have other making fake reviews DO BUY A CAR FEOM THEM they refuse to give you the 2 key so they can come back and take the car

Horrible place. Screwed over good honest people. Never missed a payment. Traded in a good running vehicle for a lemon. Im out 4500.00 and have no vehicle to show for it. Shame on you!! This buisness should be shut down!!!

Best dealership in Galveston tx you must go they have the best prices in Galveston island they have the nicest employees.I bought a Honda Civic 2 years ago and it is still in good condition.PLEASE GO HERE THEY HAVE THE BEST PRICES ASK FOR JESSICA.

Good cars but staff is unorganized. You communicate with them and still get messed around. Was about to pay a vehicle off and came and repossessed it after all the money that was put into it.
