We were passing through and needed brakes. They got us fixed up and back on the road in a little over 3hrs. Staff was helpful and courteous. Location was convenient and near a lot of restaurants- (so we took the opportunity to get something to eat while we waited).FYI Veterans: Found out that the company no longer offers a military discount.

Came by today(3/18/24) with a screw in my tire. I had been to several places that only wanted to sell me a new tire. Cameron and his crew fixed the tire that surprisingly no-one else could fix. I appreciate the honesty and dedication that this NTB consistency has with me. I WILL NOT go anywhere else other than here for my car needs!

Jay was awesome. In and out. Would recommend for anyone, she s awesome and knows her stuff. Won t go anywhere else around Galveston anymore! Top notch

This shop has gone through growing pains in the past after being my go-to for a long time but they clearly have a good team again. The last few times I ve gone over this past year have been great, with quick turnaround and excellent and diligent customer service. If you had issues in the past, I urge you to give them another shot!

I took my jeep in a little while ago to get some new tires and the guy at the front was super helpful with finding the best fit for my needs! The guys in the shop did a great job and were very fast!! I will be going here for all of my tire needs.

They 100% took care of ALL my needs in a timely fashion. I greatly appreciate them on letting me know what all needed to be done and very thankful that all the parts that I needed were in stock. The guys went above and beyond for me and were so helpful.

Let me start by saying there was NO issues with the staff. My issue is with the store itself. Went in to get my tires done on a 2500 Chevy with a utility bed. They could not change my tires due to their equipment not being able to pick up the truck (roughly 2,000lbs). They didn't have a lift or floor jack big enough to do it. So be aware they may not be able to help you if your vehicle is heavier.

Just want to say that the customer service and management is 100% amazing. I went in for a quote on tires for my car and they didn't have the ones I wanted but they did tell me that they could order them and have them by the end of the day or early next business day. I let them know that I would be co I g back for sure to have them ordered. Everyone up front is exceptionally amazing g at their job and good with prices. I will be doing my vehicle maintenance there from now on.

I had a great experience with this store. Came into town with a bad trailer tire and Jeb was very helpful. They had the tire in stock and had it mounted and balanced in 30 minutes! Everyone was super nice and courteous!

I came in with a fast leak in a new tire and they got me in and out with a patch within the hour! Always pleasant and accommodating. I highly recommend!

Needed two REAR tires replaced, was told to it would take 20 minutes total. 2.5 hours later, they told me that they could only put on 1 tire because they didn't have the 2nd one in stock and would need to order it. I went out to pick up my car and for some reason my FRONT tire was off so I asked and they said they got confused about which ones they were working on. Once they put the tire back on, they chipped the rim badly . When I brought it up, they offered to repair it within 2 days so I accepted. I gave them the wheel and put on my own spare tire and called them after 2 days and every day after that until more than a week later when the wheel finally was ready. When I went to get my wheel back, I waited 2 hours for them to put one wheel back on. I was headed home and noticed my tire pressure dropped from 38 PSI to 23 PSI within 5 minutes of driving. Had to drive back and wait another 40 minutes for them to put the tire back on properly. They also lost my tire caps. Also left a bunch of black grease stains throughout the fabric lining of the interior.Staff acted friendly but often need prompting to actually get things moving. Already contacted customer service with no resolution.

This is our "go-to" shop for all things regarding tires. Blake provides outstanding customer service. If you get your tires from NTB they will take care of you as long as you have those tires.

The guys at NTB were incredibly helpful and even took the time to check not only what i came in for but also the battery, fluids, and air filter. Will never go to another shop in Galveston!!!

Blake at Galveston NTB provided great customer service.I had a nail in my tire while checking all my tires found out I had a staple in another making everything is alright.The techs were great got me in and out in no problem.Blake may or may not have work on my car but made the experience great

Not only did they get my vehicle in and out very quickly, the customer service was amazing! I will be coming back to this location 100%! And Amber was the best! She was able to answer every question I had and was very patient with me. Great shop and great employees!!!

Ntb Galveston is the place to go folks!Overall great experience, very impressed! The people there greet you with kindness and care about their business and customers. In a hectic day of errands and to do list, they'll have ya leaving feeling good and smiling.

Come in today for the routine maintenance of oil change & tire rotation because I put effort into making our vehicles last. Blake at Galveston NTB provided friendly a customer service experience. Day before while making the appointment and day I was in storeThe techs were great - got me out in less than an hour. That has Never happened before.I don t think Blake worked on my car - but he sure made the experience very pleasant
