I was in big trouble with my boat and trail.. I was pulling my boat and the trailer snapped leaving me and my wife stuck back on Stewart Rd.. Jumped on Google and found Marty s and after explaining my terrible situation, Ray said he d be there to help in about 20 minutes.. when Ray showed up he knew just how to handle the job.. he pulled the entire trailer and boat up onto his flatbed rig and delivered the entire package to the Jamaica Beach boat ramp, unload right at the boat ramp so I could back the boat right into the water!!! I can t tell you how thankful and appreciative both my wife and me are of the GREAT service Marty s and Ray provided.. If I m ever in need of a tow or help again, I now have Marty s programmed in my phone.Thanks again RAY!!!!Service: Local hauling

Marty s towing is a great towing service! My vehicle was smoking on the side of the road and driver Mr. Clint stoped to see if I was ok, then came back and got me home safely for a very reasonable price. Thank you again!

Great experience! My car broke down at the intersection of 61st and Broadway (worst place to break down), so I called Marty's cuz they had the best reviews. The tow truck came within 10-15min and everything went smoothly.

The person on the phone was very polite and gave me an estimate for the time until car pickup and a quote for the tow.I was contacted by the driver who arrived there soon after. Handled the car well and drove the car and myself to the repair shop safely.Overall great experience and I would not think twice about calling if I need a tow.If you need a tow please call these guys.

Helped an older lady deal with a lost key fob. Dealership told her she would have to have it towed to them for replacement. I helped the lady connect with Marty s Towing. They responded immediately and got the car (which could not be put in neutral) very carefully loaded and delivered to the dealership. Very reasonable charge. Would highly recommend. My husband and I are from out of town on our honeymoon and had a blow out after coming off the ferry. It took a little while for the driver to get to us, but the entire experience was pleasant and we have no complaints. Thank you for coming to our rescue! Decent price and friendly service!

My family and I had come to Galveston for a week long trip. Once I got here I began to have issues with my alternator. John at Marty s went above and beyond to help me out and get my car fixed and back to me quickly, and at an extremely good price. Do not hesitate to use these guys! On Thanksgiving morning 2018, I became severely stuck in mud under the San Luis Pass bridge. And when I say stuck, I mean really, really stuck. I drive an offroad vehicle that is designed to not get stuck and comes with its own lift-kit accessible at the press of the button. Initial estimate to get to me was about 1.5 hours given my location but as we were talking, the tide was coming in and water was rising. They (2 of them) got their fast and tried multiple angles and braved getting in waste deep freezing water to get me connected to the tow cables. Eventually, they got me out but it wasn't easy - and they didn't quit until I was out. They happily escorted me to my hotel and stored my car until the appraiser could come and declare it totalled after the long holiday weekend. They worked with the insurance company without any issues. I've stored their # in the event I ever make the foolish mistake again. Be careful under that San Luis Pass bridge as not all those puddles are shallow - just make sure you have their phone number in case you do. Thanks guys and I appreciate the hard work!

Thank you to Marty and his entire staff for doing such an amazing job on my car. If I could give them all of the stars in the sky, instead of just 5, I would because he and his staff definitely deserve them. This was the first major wreck I have ever been in my entire life so I was beyond a basket case (tears and all) throughout this entire process as I really didn t understand what I was doing or what I needed to do. All I knew is that my beautiful paid off car was totaled. But after speaking with Marty the next day he said no, it looks bad, but we can fix it. I admit I was a bit skeptical and hesitant at first, but then remembered that through the years everyone always told me if anything ever happens to your car call Marty. I was able to communicate with him via brief text messages and as I have two jobs along with a very busy schedule that was so convenient for me. Again through all my tears Marty & his staff continued to reassure me that everything was going to be alright. I truly appreciate their professional and friendly customer service and I also highly recommend this company. I am in still in disbelieve that my car looks amazing and it is running just as if this wreck was all a dream. His collision team did an outstanding job. Being a woman and not knowing anything about cars I didn't think people ran honest auto businesses like this anymore. It is not often that a business establishment goes above and beyond for an unknown customer and I can honestly say these guys really did. This is truly a company you can trust and rely on. I have attached before and after pictures just to show you what an amazing job they did. Thank you again for everything to Marty & his entire staff!

Past Sunday, we were just coming back from a cruise. Our Honda Odyssey had a problem with the alternator. Fortunately, we made it to Marty's shop. On a Sunday, they received us. We met Ray whom, after a few minutes, we talked to as a friend. We left the keys and drove back to Kingwood, Tx with our son who had come to pick us up.Wednesday, they called us back. The car was ready! We drove there Thursday morning and picked it up. Everyone there was great. This company is fantastic. If you leave in Galveston, you should have them service your vehicle. About 3 weeks ago I had a fight with an ATM machine and scuffed up our family s brand new 2023 Ford Transit Van . Truly a one of a kind vehicle!I was really under the gun to get it fixed because my adult children were planning on using it for a trip . Marty was the only person to call me back at all , but considering it was Saturday I was impressed. He wasn t able to fix it that day but assured me he could have it ready on time . I went and picked the van up today and it was perfect!!!!I had paid prior to my arrival and to my utter shock, Marty told me that it didn t cost as much as he originally quoted because he was able to eliminate a rather expensive part . He never had to mention that and I thought his original price was more than fair. Well , I am already bringing him a very special car , my Mother in Laws 1975 Cadillac El Dorado, her dream car!!!! Quite a bit needs to be done but Marty and all the staff were friendly and helpful.Thank you Marty !!!! Our perfect girls getaway came to an unfortunate halt when our Jeep stopped working on the far side of the island 3 days before we needed to head back to Arkansas. We initially had the vehicle toed to a popular auto repair shop but they said our Jeep needed more parts than was necessary and couldn t get what was needed in our time crunch.After a few frantic calls back and forth with tow trucks and auto shops, John stepped up and saved the day. He immediately dropped everything, made countless phone calls, and drove all the way to Pasadena searching for a part and making sure our Jeep was fixed the same day so we could make our way back home on time. He even stayed an hour past closing on a Friday to wait for us to taxi to the shop.If you have any car problem, John is the man who will get you fixed up. After working with him, our trip ended perfectly and he even saved us unnecessary costs. John revealed to us his integrity and instilled our faith in Marty s City. Should have towed me out slower. Ripped a piece of plastic above my muffler right off. Noticed this a few days later along with a dent. Would have called someone else . This van cost me thousands of $$$$$$

Ray, with Marty's Towing, was great! I made the bone-headed mistake of locking my keys in my truck. Ray took care to not to damage my pickup and had it unlocked in just a few minutes. He was a life saver! Great company, who I hope I don't have to use again!

I recently returned home after traveling abroad for a month and found that my vehicle (2020 F-350 DRW) wouldn t start. I immediately grabbed my NOCO Booster Pro (GB150) thinking it would take about 30 seconds to get it going. Unfortunately, my truck wasn t cooperating, so I called Marty s Towing in Galveston to tow my truck to Classic Ford. Marty s Towing showed up within a few minutes and the Tow Truck driver (Ray) started checking my truck and hooked his NOCO up to each battery without getting it to crank. Fortunately, Ray didn t stop there. He continued to work the problem and, within a few minutes, Ray got my truck started. In doing so, he saved me a towing fee and additional time waiting. I would highly recommend Marty s Towing and, in particular Ray, if you find yourself stranded.

I had jackknife my trailer into the back quarter panel of my pickup. So I started looking for a body shop. I started reading the reviews from Marty's. Let me tell you if you want a professional job and a very very reasonable price talk to John at Marty's. He is a gentleman that you can trust. I had the pleasure of having Rey tow my suv from Galveston to my home one hour away. Rey was so kind and provided prompt and great service!! Exact service!! They came to my job site, in the middle of the night to pick my truck up. Albert was awesome with helping me drop my truck off at a shop. He went the extra mile by driving around my Machanic lost gate. Just so my truck was safe at my Machanic shop. After drove me home. I can t thank him enough. Honest, professional and affordable! I bought the electrical part already, but needed someone to install it for me. Everywhere else I called wanted to overcharge me for them to purchase the same part (that I already had) + other valves (that I didn't need or asked for).Marty's guys were able to do the installation in less than an hour! They saved me so much $$ on other services that the competing shops tried to push onto me, which I didn't really need since my car was still fairly new. They really care about doing a good job and don't try to nickel and dime you like these other places. And if they don't offer a specific service, they know someone trusty who will.They also have a very sweet dog you can pet white waiting. I will definitely be recommending this place and taking my car back anytime I need something done.

Ray came to my aid today when I had a blowout on one of my trailer tires. He got there super fast and had me back on the road very quickly. He had all the tools to do the necessary things very quickly and was extremely nice! I will absolutely use them again on any issues I have going forward. I have to say I have never had this kind of quick courteous service for a reasonable price when I needed roadside help. Great guy!
