Never again, I have greasy hand prints inside mycar on my tan leather, on the doors, and hood, they inflated my tires to 40 PSI, a full 25% over recommended, worst of all, when I discovered it , I called them to ask why they did not follow the door sticker with the correct PSI, the guy on the phone told it was perfect to overfill them some and I showed fine, probably the dumbest statement I've heard in awhile

Came in for my inspection here. Staff was very friendly and kind. Waiting room was nice & quiet. Service was quick. I will return!

I went for state inspection and they said you need new vipers. And without that we can not approve you. Went to another place and no issue at all. Got Cleared without anything.Trying to make money anyhow. Stay away.

The service is great. Been taking my vehicle here for oil changes and state inspections. I've only had one prob with them when I sent my wife to get her oil changed a while back. But anyways other than that, the work is decent and fast. Thank you

We've had a decent amount of car trouble lately and these guys have helped with it all. Tyson is a genuinely good dude that was willing to explain the problems to me and level with me about what needed to be done and how much it would cost, as well as my options if I chose not to have certain things repaired. I got my oil changed here referred by one of their former employees I happen to know. These guys were friendly, kind and efficient. They listened to every request and they remembered what exactly I needed. They greeted me at my car when I pulled up, got my service done and they got me on my way. They were a team of 3 guys and they worked like a well oiled machine...no pun intended!! I will be going here all the time!

Been coming here for close to 7+ years & they always take good care of me. They're super friendly & take the stress & anxiety out of getting my car serviced. They catch mistakes that the dealership has either overlooked or disregarded. I don't trust anyone else with my car.Update:Still great & efficient service even though service took a while longer than expected.

Left oily finger prints all over fenders and hood. Didn't comment on condition of other fluids or belts. No comment on brake conditions. New oil filter looks old and oily. Not worth the cost, I'll do it myself next time.You only have one chance in this business. If you mess it up, there is to much for competition. Why would I contact the Manager, what do I have to gain.

Went for and oil change 6 months ago. He told me it needed a flush.. So I agreed to it. They were very courteous until the manager, Tyson, put huge dent in my hood after flushing/changing my oil. Instead of getting the tool that he has to pop out dents, he used a flathead screwdriver to try to pop the dents out and almost poked 4 holes in my hood with the flathead of the screwdriver. After being put off for a couple of weeks,, I went to Caliber Collision and got an estimate on fixing my hood.. It was $1050. I took it to him and he refused to pay it and said he would just order me a new/painted hood. I have been up there many times, and every time I get attitude and excuses. I haveca video of him saying he did it,, refusing the estimate and telling me he had a hood ordered. I asked him for a tracking number for the hood,, and he refused to give it to me. I was up there again Monday a week ago and he said he was just going to pay me cash for it,, because he's was tired of messing with them. I have no clue who "them" is. But he told me yet again to come back in 2 weeks. That will be next Monday. I asked for a corporate number or supervisor number...he said he didn't have one.It has now been over a year...and my hood is still not fixed and no phones from anyone!

The place was busy, different things for different vehicles, I came in and walked inside and then was quickly greeted by one of the gentlemen who came inside right behind me and asked if I had been helped yet, he then proceeded to ask what I needed performed on my truck. He quickly pulled.my vehicle into a spot and I got the Mobil 1 synthetic oil, and he came in and showed me my air filter, and 20 minutes I was done. Very thorough job and will be back again. I was experiencing car trouble 5 hours away from home. I called Kwik Kar and Tyson answered the phone right away and answered my question, he was polite and courteous. Don't remember the man name who fixed my brakes but he was an Angel sent. He was honest and polite as well. The lady at the counter was knowledgeable and nice also. This was the best experience ever. I called Firestone at first and their customer service was not good at all. But very comforting when I called Kwik Kar they made me feel welcomed and I knew immediately where I was taking my vehicle . Thank you all!

I went in the morning for engine oil change, which only took 20 minutes from parking to leaving the place. People there provided very nice service. This was my first time but will visit here for most of car maintenance work.

Great place with a very friendly staff. They walked me through the mechanics of all the tune ups that my car needed, and then helped me prioritize what needed to get done. The manager Marty was eager to help and Peyton explained what was going on with my car. Will definitely go back!

I had come to this location in late July needing to have my brake pads and rotors replaced on my front wheels. I didn t know which brakes the grinding was coming from, and so asked for them all to be checked. Repairs were made, and I wouldn t have to worry about it for a while.Or so I thought...I brought my truck in again today after I started hearing the same grinding that I thought had been addressed on my last visit. Come to find out, it was the BACK wheels this time. The brake pads that I was told were fine weren t fine, and the rotors had become damaged and now had to be replaced.Long story short, a month and a half after I d received a brake service, I had to hemorrhage almost $500 to fix a problem that could have been prevented entirely if that brake service had been done properly. I m in the process of trying to contact some form of management, but as it stands now, I think they ve lost me as a customer.Service: Brakes

I'm not too fond of the hours, but it is what it is! The last time I went couldn't get what I needed done because that particular mechanic was already off. This time, the mechanic just didn't have enough time to do it!

Thank You! Oil change on my RV while traveling! Not always easy to find a quick lube place that can accommodate big vehicles! These guys took care of business and we appreciate it and will be back when we are in the area! Thanks!

I went in around 9 AM for an oil change and inspection on a Friday. Payton was the first tech who took my keys and got my truck in immediately. Marty was who performed the oil change and inspection. Both techs were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. While I was there a rush came through and these technicians still kept a smile while working hard in the heat with the chaos of cars that came in. I ve always had a good experience at this location, but this one particularly was exceptional!

I went in for a tune-up, the place was open early, acknowledged me, and was servicing my vehicle before the official opening time. The quoted price was not what I paid, I paid less. The mechanic Chris was helpful and knowledgeable. I admit I was looking for a bad experience, and received just the opposite. Thank you all for your great service. You to Marty

Pulled up and they got me in right away for a vehicle inspection and it went FAST! Thank you! Then as we were getting ready to go, my children spilled 20+ ounces of soda all over the floor(!!!) They handled the situation with patience, understanding, and professionalism. Thank you so much! We really appreciated your service =)

Went to get my VW inspected and Kwik Kar found my serpentine belt was about to break. Had just spent hundreds of dollars at Clear Lake VW which hadn't found this problem. No more dealership for me. Thanks, Kwik Kar.

I just had my fluids topped of but i usually get my oil changed and air in my tires as well. Mr. Steve helped me a great deal today. What a joke! I found a $7 off coupon ON THEIR WEBSITE but because I didn t print it out, they wouldn t honor it. It doesn t say it needs to be printed. What a waste of paper too!$139.66 for a diesel oil change and they don t honor their own coupon? I ll never give them my business again.Service: Oil change

I would give this place negative 5 stars as they completely ripped me off. I paid them $180 for a tune up. One day later my car would not accelerate. I hired a private mechanic and he told me that they never changed my spark plugs as they were still the old ones "made in Japan"!! That those spark plugs aren't even sold in the States. And on top of that they just broke off the coils that go on top of the spark plugs and replaced only one with THE WRONG PART and didn't even bother to replace the other ones that they broke off and just left them dangling unconnected. So on top of giving these crooks $180 I had to pay another mechanic to get everything corrected. Please do not ever take your car here for issues to your car. I have the old plugs they never changed in my car that the mechanic gave as proof!! I will be pursuing this.

While I was waiting for an inspection, a woman was at the counter talking with a tech about her charges. She said she hadn't approved the work done on her car and asked for the Regional Manager's phone number. The tech's answer was a surly "NO. You can wait for him to return." "I've already been here for 2 hours" said the woman, "isn't my time valuable as well?" The manager only uses his phone for business," replied the tech. "This is business. I'd like to speak with him about my car." The tech continued refusing to give out the manager's number, so the woman paid and left.This exchange greatly concerned me, as I've never seen an unhappy customer denied a manager's contact information. And from other parts of the conversation I heard, I don't believe the woman was consulted about the total charge before the work was done on her car. I asked for my keys and left to find another service station. I don't want to find myself in a similar situation, so I will not be going back to Kwik Kar Lube & Tune.

I went to this place twice for a state inspection and was turned away both times. I understand the first time a year ago because they were slammed, but today I showed up an hour after they opened and the kid behind the counter said he was on break. I intentionally went early so they wouldn't be busy. Feels like they dislike doing inspections.I gave them two stars because the first visit I was at least referred to another location, which turned out to be not busy at all and was quick.

I went here for an inspection. The guy didn't even look at my car and gave me a list of things that needed "fixed" before passing inspection. All that I've already done. I took it somewhere else and it passed. Imagine that!
