I've been coming to this place for a while now, but sadly I won't be coming back. Got a tire replaced the other day and got charged $10 more than they normally charge. It's OK no biggie. Till the very next day, came out to a completely flat tire. I don't live in Galveston so I called them. They said as long as I brought it back to them they'd fix it. How I was going to do that idk. It was 7 in the morning and I had my kids with me. So while I tried to scramble a plan together I eventually was able to go put air in my tire but I didn't feel safe driving to Galveston like that. So i bought fix a flat and I did look up before I used it if it could be washed off. It said it could be with water a soap, and that it should only be used for 3 days max. So I finally got it to their lot and wait for a minute. When they got the tire off I told them what I had used. They said they won't be able to see the hole and it was fixed... I said no fix a flat is not permanent and was a very temporary fix. They then said there was nothing they could do for that tire and to bring it back when it goes flat again. Mind you again I don't live in Galveston and I was not trying to have another morning like I just had. So I said they needed to replace it because that will not work. I have kids and I don't feel comfortable with that. So they took awhile but brought out another tire. I was already super late for work, so I hurriedly left. Well upon further inspection the tire they gave me was in worse condition than the original with cracks all over it. At this point I'm just disappointed, I'm over hassling someone to do there job right. So in the end I'll leave my review and be on my way.

Don t seem like honest people. Was quoted a certain amount over the phone and when I arrived they tried to add $5 for both tires I was getting, and then when I paid the amount was different once again. Got two tires with completely different tread levels too. Customer service: 0/10 Honesty: 0/10 Tires: 3/10

I had to drive back to Oklahoma, my tire had a slow leak. Being a holiday I was worried no one was open. They were open and got me right in. Quick service and very friendly! Will definitely use them again .

They sold me a bad used tire, when I went back to get them to replace it they wouldn't and said there was something wrong with my car. Went to another tire place got a new tire and problem was solved. Be careful getting tires from this place.

Do not ever go do business at this place they act like they can't speak English until you say you reported something and then they say they won't help your tires a blowout and within a month you'll need new tires they stripped are lug nuts and then told us we had to come back afterwards to another day when our tires wobbling will if I win Houston week on my way to Galveston to get it fixed I still got turned away I think they need shut this down

I have literally never left a review before but this was shockingly bad and dangerous. Two flats sold to me in one month. Juniors said they would sell me a new tire, and it was flat the next day. I went back and they could not explain why it was flat, but they replaced it with another tire. Three weeks later, that tire began losing pressure. I immediately went to Discount Tire who confirmed the Juniors tire was an old, poorly patched tire that was worn, splitting, and dangerous to drive on. I brought that tire back to Juniors to explain the situation and received an extraordinarily uncomfortable lecture from one of the employees. I was first told that there was visually nothing wrong with the tire, and that it just looked that way since it was not on the car. Two minutes later, they changed their mind and said the tire was actually ruined but it was my fault as there was no way they sold it to me that way. It was clear that they had dug their heels in and would not take any responsibility for an unsafe driving situation. Overall, I think this place took advantage of me, sold two poor quality tires, and is unable to take accountability for their choices. I recommend avoiding the stress and disappointment and going straight to a professional, reputable location.

100% recommend this shop! We were in need of a tire on our RV. We stopped at 2 corporate owned tire stores in town that said they have tires but can't jack up RVs. Luckily we found Juniors!! They got us right in. Maybe 30 mins tops we were back on the road with 2 new tires. All of the staff were friendly and fast. Thank you!

They Did not Balance my tire.They just slapped it on without balancing it.The minute I hit the Highway I felt it.But the Service was Quick and Good.Prices were good.They just need to make sure They Balance the tire before installing it.

Prices are a little expensive! I had a nail in my tire, just to plug up the hole it's was $12.00 for a .50� plug! Wound up paying $25. for two plugs!

We had a low tire on our rental car. We just came in off the street and they discovered a nail in the tire. A quick fix for them. Very friendly folks and quick to help us.

I came in to get a tire patched they told me they couldn't patch it didn't offer to sell me another tire just told me they couldn't help me terrible customer service I would have been happy to buy another tire. Instead I'm having to leave with my tire and not repaired and still needing a new tire

This place does good work. However I ALWAYS feel completely robbed after leaving here. Especially when it comes to their used tires! I purchased 2 used tires for a little Toyota 4Runner about a week ago, and my bill came out to $157.56!!! I drive a huge SUV and at A&A tire right down the street I don't even pay that much for two of my tires to get replaced with used ones!! However on that day A&A had a full parking lot and a couple of cars lining along the store parking lot next door walking over to get in line, and I was in a hurry as I had to be some where that day and didn't have time to wait, but needed the tires to replace 2 on my mom's car I borrowed that day while mine was in the shop. She needed them and I was just doing something thoughtful. Didn't realize I was about to pay almost 200 bucks for two little used Toyota tires. And this is not the first time I've felt they totally price gouged me either! Had my brakes done there, they had to have cash as payment, not sure why, but I had to walk to CVS to use the ATM that time and they wound up charging me 180 to do my breaks, after I'd already had to buy the pads and roters smh. Crazy prices but I gave those stars that I did because they actually do pretty good work and get the job done pretty quickly. If I was rating on price alone they'd get zero...maybe ONE star. But the good work and hard workers I do give some stars to. Great place if you have the money to spend

I had a nail in the side wall of the tire so I needed a replacement. At first, they told me that they didn t have my size but would double check. After about 5 minutes they found a tire and installed it. The tire made it back to Dallas and then I had to replace. At the time, I got a shady vibe and if I had another choice I definitely would ve taken it. They wanted the $70 they charged me for the tire though. Be aware and question everything. I definitely will never be back to this business again.

I had a really hard to find tire, I looked at multiple places on the web and could not find it. Called Junior he said give me ten minutes called me back and said I found it, it will be here in 3 days. He got it, called me and said come let us take care of you. He did! From now on he has my tire business. I most definitely recommend Junior s Tire Services

These guys are the BEST!! They will literally do whatever it takes to get you back on the road. Went in for an inspection and they found out a part was leaking gas and were able to fix it that day!! Then about a month later I noticed transmission fluid was leaking and they got me a part and ready to go with a day! They are so so so nice and the prices are completely reasonable. 10/10 recommend!

Spent almost a $1,000 to get my front suspension re done. It was worth every penny. Damas never fails me, he does the best mechanic work in Galveston.

My Michelin tire had a nail that could not be safely repaired at Firestone. They recommended Jr's tires. They said the same thing that if they repaired it , a blowout could happen anytime. They replaced that tire for $70.00 with a used tire .. Same make and model. What a deal. I will recommend them , five stars. Rio.

While on vacation I discovered a nail in my tire. Junior pulled the nail and checked for air leak but there were none. No charge!!!He provided good service.

I do not recommend anyone to go here. I told them I wanted a new tire and they sold me one that had been plugged twice. It was flat within 4 days and I just had to spent $113 on a new one after I gave these people $60. Of course they don t issue refunds, because they know they are crooks.

They send some guys out to help get my tires replaced for a very good price. Would recommend these guys any day of the week. After discount tire took my lug nuts key. They had one to get my lug nuts off. Extremely nice and very efficient folks

Do not go here. They will tell you that you need new tires and say they can't fix the problem so that you are forced into buying a new one. After the second time they told me this, (the first time I went ahead and bought the new tire) I didn't trust them so I had them put tire back on...went up the street and had it fixed with no problems. They are taking advantage of people that they suspect don't know any better. Go ANYWHERE else!

Shame on you, guys! Came to you with a flaw in one Tire, and you told me I needed all 4 replaced. I waited because your prices are a little high compared to others I was familiar with. You told me I could not drive on the other 3 any longer. This was very confusing because we had just purchased the vehicle less than a year ago.So I went to JT's in Rosenberg next time I was in town. Called ahead. Was ready to purchase 3 tires. They knew this before I got there.Funny thing is, after looking at my tires, they told me all 3 were fine. Said the tread was actually better than any used tire they could sell me. Brought over some other guys to look when I kept asking if they were sure. Assured me they could not honestly take my money because the tires were fine.I will be taking my business to JT's in Rosenberg from now on. Junior's is price gouging and lying to sell tires during tourist season in Galveston. We rely on our tourists to keep our community successful. You are not welcome here, and I will make sure everyone I know will be told how dishonest you are.Thanks for wasting my time, causing me worry, and trying to take advantage of a woman. I will never be back, which is a shame, because you are 2 blocks from me. You would have had all of my business if you had just showed a little integrity.Go to JT's tires in Rosenberg! No matter how far the drive! They just saved me the $150 I would have paid for 3 used tires! Versus the $210 that this place would have charged me.
