I love the service techs. I had an appointment time, and they were ready for me.The car service took under an hour. Everything was explained in detail. And what upcoming services I need were also discussed, And they gave me a general price so that I can plan my budget.I left with a clean car and with confidence that I will be safe on my upcoming road trip.I have bought or leased three cars from Classic. And I will continue to do business with them.

Charles was amazing. I walked in not knowing what I wanted, and in a bit of a situation with the car I was in. He was professional, funny and understanding. I had a great experience with Classic Auto Group Galveston. I purchased my 2024 Toyota Tundra SR5 that I saw online, and they delivered the truck the same day from Galveston to the Spring area. The vehicle was exactly what I wanted. No hidden fees, no add-ons, no messing around. They are straight up and forward with the bottom line cost, and a quick purchase process. Charles Lozano & Brian Barnes are excellent at what they do. Thank you guys for the wonderful service, and will definitely recommend to family, friends or anyone on the market shopping for a new or used vehicle.

Classic Toyota gave me the best first-time car buying experience! I m a college student who just financed her first car. I won t lie, it was an extremely stressful process but Bruce Allee and Ryan Hembd were very helpful and understanding. They answered all my questions, gave me explanations, helped me get good financing, and Bruce even showed me how to set up the Toyota app! Overall, they made the process feel smoother and less daunting. Thank you Classic Toyota!

If you're looking for THE Toyota dealership, this is the ONE! NO dealer markups, NO dealer add-on, NO games! These guys set the standard on how every other dealership should be ran. If you're in the market for a vehicle, give Bruce Allee a call or email! Fantastic salesman, no pressure and very responsive! I live a few hours away from the dealership, he sent me plenty of pictures of the vehicle I purchased, and answered all of my questions quickly. When I showed up to the dealership, he had the vehicle detailed with a full tank of gas ready for me to test drive. Again, you guys are great and I'll be doing business with y'all again in the future! Appreciate everything!

I worked with Justin Love over the phone for the majority of the week. Justin was able to provide a quote which by far beat any offer I had received in my area. I put the deposit down to hold the vehicle and we drove to see it once Justin messaged that it was received. When we got there, the deal was the same as the one he messaged us. We agreed and continued through the paperwork and we were out the door within 2 hours.Justin and the rest of the team were so friendly and professional throughout the process. Never pushed us for additional add-ons, and listened to exactly what we wanted. I enjoyed the experience and recommend Justin and the Classic team for any vehicle (new or used)!

Huge shoutout to Bruce Allee here at Classic Toyota. He is a such genuine and respectful guy to go to and that travel down from Dallas to Galveston was worth every minute. His commitment to me as a buyer doesn't end with the sale. He have provided me with valuable information and resources to ensure that my certified preowned Toyota Tundra stays in excellent condition. I couldn't have asked for a better experience purchasing my first vehicle from a dealership. We test drove some Toyotas with Don, who was extremely knowledgeable, patient with all our questions, and in general just a fun person to converse with! We felt comfortable and did not feel any sales pressure (which I know lots of people worry about when going to a dealership). A few weeks later we came back to purchase our 4Runner. Again, Don was incredible in helping us pick the right one, and even stayed late to make sure we got to drive off in our new vehicle that night. We look forward to getting our Toyota serviced with Classic Galveston, and hope to purchase future vehicles from Don and the other staff at Classic!

Buying a car here was super easy. Steve Fraley helped me, and I couldn t have asked for a better experience. We texted about the vehicle a few days in advance, and then everything was exactly as promised once I showed up. I was in and out in 2-3 hours.They didn t try to sell me a bunch of pointless stuff, valued my trade reasonably, and gave me all the info I needed. Would definitely buy a vehicle here again.

I have been buying cars since 1975, mostly Toyotas, and I have to say that I had one of the best experiences during the process of buying my 2024 Venza from Classic Toyota Galveston.From the first day that I contacted Bruce, my sales specialist, he went all out to make me feel at ease with my requests. I mentioned to him that I would be coming from the Dallas area to pick up the car and he offered to have it delivered to me or he would pick me up at Hobby airport in Houston. I took him up on the latter. Bruce was at the airport way before I arrived, drove me back to the dealership and we proceeded to have the most pleasant transaction. As I was driving my new Venza back to Dallas, I had time to ponder and absorb what took place in those two hours at the dealership: First of all, Bruce was a gentleman, a very delightful person. He gave me the BEST price, with no dealer add-ons or mark ups, in the entire 500 mile radius from North Texas, and provided me with exceptional customer service, the car was ready and the paperwork went seamless.He took time to explain, in detail, how everything work in the car, with lots of patience.Bruce and Brian were so attentive and concerned with my automotive needs and even asked me to let them know that I made it back home safe that night. I felt like real royalty!I believe that I had not only met a real class salesperson but that I had made a good friend.I strongly recommend buying from Classic Toyota anytime; for this is what ALL dealerships should and must be like: EXCEPTIONAL!!!

I was buying a car out of necessity because my car was flooded! This was my first time buying a car and getting financing, as I am about to graduate from college. The sudden and dramatic situation with my car had me very on edge and emotional and I was not really financially prepared to buy a car, but Charles and Ryan helped me so much through the frustrating process! They made it possible for me to drive home in a car that I love, fully warrantied and at a price I could afford! I literally cried in the parking lot of the dealership twice and Charles was very patient with me and understanding! And I did not have a very flexible budget at all because it was very sudden, but Ryan worked out a plan for me! I appreciate both of their efforts so much and I love my new car!

I stopped in to your Classic Toyota Galveston to look at a new Rav 4 Charles came out and greeted me we talked a few minutes came back next day got my Camry appraised , came back next morning with my wife she liked the Rav 4 within 2 hours Charles had us driving out the driveway with her new suv! Charles was very attentive went over our new vehicle in great detail! Charles got everything working XM radio phone paired! Stopped by this establishment following a minor accident to see if vehicle could be driven home safely. Andre the service advisor had the crew look over the vehicle and had determined that it could be driven without any problems. Service quality here was extremely prompt and courteous and just could not be beaten .the use of this service department is highly recommended for all driving Toyota vehicles.

I initially left a harsh review for Classic Toyota in Galveston due to a communication mishap that led to a frustrating experience with my lease buy-back. However, after writing and expressing my concerns, Michael Graves promptly contacted us within minutes and resolved the issue. We returned to the dealership to complete the buy-back, and I'm pleased to say that the process went smoothly. We're now quite happy with the outcome, the hassle-free procedure, and the attentive and friendly service we received.

There s nothing that could stop me from writing this review because if there s any dealership that deserves more than 5 stars, it is this one.When I sat out to buy a new Sienna, I had no idea what had happened to the automotive market. The word market adjustment, meant that most dealerships were automatically tacking on between 5,000- $10,000 extra onto the price of the car before they added on all their special accessories, like nitrogen in the tires for an extra $500. One dealerships price was $17,000 over MSRP.(Mike Calvert)I was very blessed, and I will admit that right now, because when I came across this dealership I had already been through a lot with all the other dealerships around the city and when Steve Fraley (sales) and Brain Barnes ( sales manager) and I spoke on Sept 12th, there just happened to be a Blueprint XLE Sienna with tan interior, that would arrive in about two weeks.. no one had claimed it. ( that just happened to be the color outside and inside that I preferred ) I picked up the Sienna on October 5th!!!!Zero over MSRP.Here that Zero!!WOW..That is what I call integrity which is sadly missing in the car industry!Thank you!!

I wanted a specific model and combination of options. Sabrina Walker searched for over two weeks to find what turned out to be the only one in a five state area. Most salespeople would lose interest however; that dedication led to me having the vehicle I wanted and a successful sale for Classic Toyota of Galveston.Highly recommended!

First time buying a car at a non-local dealership. They had a model with the options I wanted so I reached out and was very surprised with how helpful they were. Made sure I had the best rate available to me and made sure all my questions were answered before traveling to their location. They even helped me with getting my one-way rental car dopped off at its destination before sending me off in my new purchase. I intend to return to their location for my next purchase.

Took my 2011 4Runner on 2/24/23 for a significant amount (>$800) of routine maintenance. My service advisor was very professional, courteous, friendly and helpful so this complaint is not about his actions. Classic charges a 3.5% surcharge when paying with a credit card. This policy WAS NOT MADE KNOWN TO ME BEFORE SERVICE WAS PROVIDED. If so, I would have been fine with this abnormal merchant policy. IF I'd known about it advance of being dropped off to pick up my vehicle, I would have simply brought along a debit card or a check. I don't regularly carry a debit card for security reasons and I don't carry any checks - only credit cards and about $100 in cash. Thus, I got stuck paying the 3.5% on an over $800 transaction. In my opinion, Classic should go out of there way to alert clients IN ADVANCE about this unusual fee. Without this fee, I'd give them 4 stars only because my vehicle was wasn't washed as promised upon pick-up, but my S.A. got that quickly resolved. I'll probably use them again because they are the only Toyota dealership on Galveston Island, but you can be sure that I'll have a check/debit card handy to pay for any future service!
