We love our brand new Pilot! Chris Santiago was incredibly helpful letting us check out cars across the brands. When we settled in the Pilot as our choice he helped us find the features we wanted and then looked at what they had coming. He even talked with another dealer about the option of transferring in another vehicle.This dealership is great for not tagging on extra dealer adds you don't need. The team is great, and I didn't come away feeling pressured. A great experience through the entire process!

I could not have asked for a better experience! After 7 years of waiting it out with my former vehicle, I knew it was time for something new and dependable. Taylor was my salesman and he was wonderful. Through a month process of deciding which vehicle would be perfect for me and my family Taylor was so patient with me. I told him the details and qualities of what I was looking for and he couldn t have found me the most perfect suv. I am so much more than satisfied. I am so appreciative for Taylor because I asked ALOT of questions and he was always there to answer with a smile on his face. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for there next new vehicle!! Thanks again for all your help!

I recently purchased a 2024 Honda Accord from Classic Honda of Galveston, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Jay, my salesman, provided exceptional service with his friendly demeanor and extensive knowledge. This was undeniably the best car buying experience I've ever had.I've been raving to all my coworkers about the outstanding service and recommending Classic Honda of Galveston to those in search of a new car. This was the best car buying experience I have had in 30 years living in Houston. I dreading having to buy a new truck. Most dealers stacked on dealers installed options I did not want, over charged for documents fees, or do whatever they can to increase profit above the asking price. They gave me a great price on a new Ridgeline, a fair offer on my trade in, did not pressure me for any extended warranty, and charged a reasonable document fee. Edgar was very knowledge about his product and helpful. I usually do a lot of research and most times know more about the product than the salesperson. Not in this case. It was refreshing to actually learn something from Edgar. He knew his stuff. It was well worth the 60-minute drive to Galveston to buy from Classic. On top of that, we had a nice dinner on the Seawall. The whole team should be commended.

I have to thank the Classic Honda Galveston team for having been so helpful during our car buying experience. Justin Love was always cooperative and patient as we searched for a dealership that wanted to earn our business. Out of all the dealerships in the Houston area(and yes I reached out to all 14), this dealer was very transparent from the beginning, easy going and extremely helpful before and after our purchase. We are extremely thankful to them and are now proud first time Honda owners!

First, I want to say that I generally do not write reviews but I wanted to share our experience . My wife and I are so glad that we found a beautiful Certified Pre-owned Pilot and Classic Honda Galveston. We called on a Saturday afternoon to see if the vehicle was available and it was so we then drove from Clear Lake City. Edgar, our Salesman, said he would have the Pilot ready to view and it was ready as soon as we arrived. Edgar was very helpful and knowledgeable in answering all of our questions and provided great insight, along with being available, and making this a great experience. However, we decided to think about it over the weekend, with absolutely no pressure at all, and then I called back on Monday to proceed with the next steps. After our work day, we returned to purchase our Honda Pilot. It was clean, spotless, and ready to go. Ryan in Finance was great and we appreciate his knowledge and taking us efficiently through the process. Thank You Edgar, Ryan, and Classic Honda Galveston!

Definitely the best Honda dealership in the greater Houston area! I drive past three other Honda dealers just to go here! I first purchased from Classic Honda Galveston in the first year of the pandemic. When all other dealerships were adding markups and unwanted accessories to the price of their cars, this dealership didn t have any add ons whatsoever, and today they still don t! My salesman Edgar is amazing, very knowledgeable about all of the products, and is a Honda enthusiast himself. The sales manager and finance manager are also both very friendly and made me feel welcome. The purchasing process was super simple, I selected the car I want, they told me the price, sent a link to apply for financing, and everything was already arranged with no surprises upon arriving to dealership. I was at the dealership for about an hour, and that includes them linking my phone via Bluetooth and teaching me on features of the car. HIGHLY RECOMMEND CLASSIC HONDA GALVESTON!

I purchased a Honda Civic Touring at this dealership and my sales person was Edgar Quiroz!! He helped make the process smooth and answered any questions I had. I drove to a dealership in Houston before coming to this one and noticed that they had no add on fees which took a couple thousands $$ off!! I was also able to find the color that I wanted with all the features/body style I wanted as well. Definitely recommend checking this place out even if it s a drive, you ll get a wonderful experience and find associates that will take care of YOU!! Ask for Edgar Quiroz if you re looking to buy a vehicle!

We had the absolute best experience here working with Chris Santiago (sales) and Debbie (finance). Chris was so incredibly helpful and chill throughout the process (which we mainly did via email/text/phone). Debbie was also great to work with and made the finance process so easy. I would recommend them to anyone and honestly it was so worth the 4 hour drive! We got an awesome price (no dealer add ons) and it was a great car buying experience. Ask for Chris and you won t be disappointed!

A couple a months ago I had to purchase a new car and I was nervous about it; because cars have become so expensive. Mick McShane at the Honda dealership was wonderful. He patient and kind. It was a relief to feel like someone was trying to give me a fair deal.

We found Classic Honda Galveston to be very unique, in that we weren't expecting any dealership to have the car we wanted. In fact we were told that there was none to be had and Honda wasn't taking orders. I found Classic Honda on line and bingo they had the vehicle I wanted. I spoke to Edgar and asked if it was still available. He said it was on the showroom. We made an appointment the next day and drove down to Galveston. To make a long story short, we were pleasantly surprised by the entire experience. It took less than an hour and we were driving our new car home. We highly recommend Classic Honda Galveston and we will be visiting with them again soon.

I have purchased many, many vehicles over the years and my experience with Edgar at Classic Honda Galveston topped them all! I have never had an easier, faster, but professional and kind experience before. An Accord Hybrid popped up on my search in my preferred color, and I was hesitant to drive a whole 1.5 hours but so glad I did! They paid thousands more for my trade than any Houston area dealer, and they were the only one that did not have dealer ad-ons, like paint protection, tint, lojack, etc. that were $2000-5000 at all the others dealerships. I was in and out in just about one hour and headed home! For the best experience, well worth every bit of your drive head down to Galveston and ask for Edgar!

I have been a customer of Classic Honda since 2004 and bought 3 new Hondas there. My experience has been as follows.- Sales Environment: it is a very relaxed, no sales pressure experience. Unlike any other dealer I have dealt with. You can go visit them, test drive a car, go over specs and you don't feel like a hostage they are trying to keep you from leaving the dealership. I've gone there, test driven a model, left, came back and drove another model and the model I originally test driven (drove them back to back to compare), then made final decision on which car to buy. Also a two times they didn't have the color combination and they got it from another dealer, no charge. And they were not the closest dealership to me. More like 20 miles further than the nearest dealer. It's down in Galveston so you get the ocean breeze as a perk.- Pricing: I have compared pricing with other dealers and Classic was best. And I never felt comfortable on the quotes I got from other dealers that I would be able to walk out with that deal. I did my survey by emailing multiple dealers to quote me the price for specific model. AdditionallyClassic didn't add unwanted features unlike other dealers. They don't even bring it up. It's not the way they do business. Or play games with tags, registration etc. And I financed carswith Classic as they beat the rates from my credit union. I have also done a lease with them (where I ended buying the car at the end) as they had a great deal of 0.9%, no money down (that was back in 2015).- Service: not only their pricing on service been unbeatable they also don't add on unnecessary service. An example. For a 30,000 mile service, I compared them to the dealer that was closest to me. This was some time ago but the nearest dealer quoted me about $450 including some kind of titanium spark plugs or something like that (when you don't need to replace them fir 105,000 mikes) while Classic was about $220. All service for the my 3 Hondas were performed at Classic. They get it done right the first time and they do their best to accommodate your schedule. You also get a loaner if you live in Galveston.In summary, they have exceeded my expectations and I would recommend them without any reservations. Here's another way to gauge the dealership. My salesman for all my purchases (Jerald) has been there since my 1st purchase in 2004. How many dealerships in Houston can claim such a low personnel turnover which is a hallmark of a well run business.

Shopped around at every Honda dealership around the greater Houston area and decided to drive an hour and 15 mins out to to buy a car from Classic. They re the only dealership I ve found that isn t adding $3.5k-5k dealer add ons to new cars that you can t take off. Usually the add ons are grossly overpriced. Like tint, nitrogen tires, and floor mats for 5k. Shame on these other Honda dealerships for taking advantage of customers.Classic was easy to work with. My salesperson was Edgar Quiroz and the entire process was a breeze. I did the lease paperwork online and spent less than 30 mins closing the deal before I was driving off the lot. They ve won my business. Make the drive and buy from them. It ll save you thousands.

just drove off with our new Honda CR-V Hybrid today and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Jerald was amazing walking us through everything and spent a lot of time with us asking all our questions while adding a really nice personal touch. Everybody else as well was super friendly and did not push at all when we wanted another day to review some numbers. We would for sure go back and I am looking forward to connecting with this dealership and Jerald over the next months and years for any questions. We had looked at other dealerships off the Island but by far Classic Honda was the best!Shout out to Chris from the Ford section who walked us over when he realized we would be better off with a Honda for what we were looking for.

Classic Honda was a breath of fresh air. I ve been driving my old car for about 10 years, and it was time for me to trade her in for something that will last me for the next 10 years. I started shopping all around Houston for the car I wanted, and even had an approval from my bank. I would go in to look at the car and the dealerships would magically add on their Market Adjustment price of $3,500 + whatever they wanted to add on at their dealership. I was so frustrated because numerous dealerships around Houston let me walk out the door because they refused to make a deal. I HAD MONEY IN MY HAND! We decided to try one last place before we gave up on looking for a car, and that was Classic Honda. Oh my gosh, the experience was a complete 180�. I would hands down recommend this dealership for future purchases! Jerald was so nice and professional, and I was able to walk out with a brand new car at the advertised price! It was so crazy to think that I was about to give up on my search for a car, when the perfect dealership was just under an hour away. I will forever be grateful that they were able to get me my dream car at the price I wanted. Thank you so much, Jerald!

I have purchased two used Honda's in the last 5 years. The first experience was awful. The salesperson was very unprofessional and the service at the dealership was even worse. Classic Honda in Galveston was completely the opposite. The only thing better than the dealership was our salesperson, David Wallace. He made our buying experience simple, smooth, and no hassle. We purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2020 Honda CR-V and couldn't be happier so far. The price was very fair, even when considering the market, and unlike other dealerships we visited during our most recent search, they did not have add close to $2000 of additional charges to get the car out the door. Tax, title and licensing, that was it. When we make our next vehicle purchase, I will make sure to call David first to see if Classic has what we are looking for.

My experience here was the best! Mick McShane and Mr. Mike were so nice, understanding, and patient. When we first walked in, we didn't expect to walk out with a brand new 2023 Honda Accord but thanks to these two gentlemen, we did! They were the best. If you want to get a car, Classic Honda is your best bet.
