This place is a joke. Customer service is non existent. Contacted Cavin concerning a car a day ago. The guy dragged his feet and took forever to respond at times. Messaged him the next morning at 10:15 am about the same car I wanted to buy. I dont hear from him until 4 pm that day claiming he was busy with a customer. That is when, as a salesman, you find someone who has the time to help me make a purchase. This is just inexcusable.

Mina Baher is the best! Rather than having to fight with a salesman over the price of a car Classic Auto doesn't have any hidden fees. Mina helped us find the car we wanted. We were in an out so fast!

Working with Mick was so easy. Great guy was straight with me the whole time. The finance guy Trey as we are finishing the deal, stopped and said he just got a better interest rate and started over. They worked to get me the best deal.Go see them!!!No dealer add ons.Loved it !!!

My family and I had an excellent experience at this dealership. Honest staff and fantastic customer service. The waiting area was kid friendly and the process of buying our new van was quick and easy. I highly recommend Charles if you re interested in buying a car.

Called in to do an online deal on a tundra. Willing to pay asking price with no questions asked. I couldn t be an easier sale. Got stuck with Jerald and he was the worst person to deal with. I begged management to give me anyone else to complete this sale, as Jerald would take hours and hours just to answer a simple question. He made the sale impossible. Finally, after a few days, I emailed the dealership and told them I was taking my business elsewhere. Then, Guillermo stepped in, and I believe he is a manger of some type, but that s irrelevant. He got the sale done in a matter of 1 morning. Much easier to work with and showed some competency. I worked with Terry in finance as well and he was equally as good to work with. I cannot emphasize enough how poor Jerald was to work with.

Worst company ever! Inquired about a vehicle and called as soon as they opened to buy the car they proceeded to tell me that they would hold the car until Monday and do paperwork then. I said no I wanted to buy right now. They said okay let me get the paper work together. By this time I have called 4 different times. Didn t hear from them and I called again and they said okay fill this out. I filled out paperwork right away. Told them I was done. Waited for them to call me and never did. So I called again and then they said well we have someone wanting to test drive it. As I m trying to buy it right now and told me that they would let me know. Like whattt.. first of all you told me you were going to hold it until Monday which I didn t want to do. Pushed for them to sell it to me now and then they pull me all different directions and waited all day to sell it to someone else because I was paying over the phone. This was the worst experience I have ever had and they are lairs! If you have a chance to go anywhere else I would! Worst part is we pulled our credit for this vehicle! Also the company replied to my review are lying again! I was told so many lies! I was talking to them the night before to buy SUV in the morning called right at opening 9am and kept getting we are getting all paper ready for you. Hours later the car was sold! STOP LYING! This is the definition of Sleazy car sales!

I had a terrific experience buying a new automobile at Galveston Classic Honda. There is no pressure, and buying a car is extremely simple. I appreciate Jerald, my salesman, for keeping me informed of the progress of my new 2023HRV, which was on the way. He continues to check in with me even after I've bought the car to make sure I'm happy with it. Thank you as well to Mike, who was very courteous and professional. I highly recommend using this dealership if you need a new automobile.

Melissa Williams was so wonderful to work with. Her and the finance team went above and beyond for us in making our car purchase experience a huge success. Highly recommend the dealership. Best prices around anywhere and very prompt with communication!

The service here is always thorough and the staff is nice enough but the wait can be daunting. They don't accept appointments. I got there at 7 when they opened at wait 1 hour and 45 minutes for an oil change. I bought my car from them and have never taken it anywhere else for service. I want to stay loyal but the wait times are a major issue. **UPDATE** After posting I received a reply that they do take appointments I will try again when my next service is due. I am however lowering my star rating. They have reached out to me several times. By mail and phone trying to get me trade in my car because I am in an 'equity situation.' I have asked them to stop three times. They have not. I am so frustrated with it. Less than a year away from paying off my vehicle. I don't want a trade in and I don't want to start over at the beginning of a new five year loan. Just stop it already.

Sad to say I will not be going back to Classic Honda anymore. I was very shocked to pay $87 for an oil change. Plus, 3% charge fee for cards. Never again paying that much for an oil change. They service guy kept blaming it on the owners for raising prices. Saddest excuse ever. And all the friendly service guys isn t there anymore

I bought a 2014 Fiat 500L with 25,000 mi from them on an auto trader website. They assured me that the car was in perfect condition no problems at all. I paid $925 to have it shipped to me. I'm $2000 in on repairs trying to figure out why it shakes. I will never buy an auto from them again.

I had just moved down to the island and one morning I went down to start my 2021 Chevrolet Traverse to run errands and it started but it sounded terrible, rough and to me just died. After calling the Classic Chevrolet service department, David gave me the GM Warranty number to call and get my car towed to them. My car ended up in their shop for almost 2 months. David kept me updated weekly. The technician @ Classic even had to get in touch with the corporate GM Technician to have them help determine the problem. Finally it was determined to replace my car with a new engine as well as injectors (all GM warranty work). Yay!Ronnie found me a loaner a few days after my car was in the shop. It felt so good to have wheels under me the whole time my car was in the shop.These two guys are what makes Classic Auto Group a pleasure to work with and my car now has a great dealership for regular service. I own a 2012 GMC truck. Every time I use the service department the wrong part comes in. My experience right now the same thing. Truck promised on Wednesday the 5th. Wrong part so will be ready on the 6th. Checked not ready yet. So checked on the 7th. Not ready because other jobs came in. Now it will be the 10th before it might be ready. I called to speak with general manager left voicemail. Of course no return. I only wish there was some competition to classic

Justin Love took care of everything on my purchase again as expected. Over the years I ve bought 5 vehicles from him at different dealerships and the process is always seamless and he makes it as straight forward as possible. Definitely recommend him for your next purchase without hesitation.

Johnathan in the service Dept is the best! He provides excellent customer service @ all times, very knowledgeable, goes beyond his job description! He's the reason I keep coming for oil changes! On the other hand that Service Manager Needs Some serious PEOPLE SKILLS! Not A Customer Friendly Person @ All!!!!
