I just rented a golf cart for 24 hours it s currently raining but it s not going to ruin our day me and my wife are here to enjoy Galveston the lady in the front was very helpful she explain the streets to stay on I m more than happy and let s enjoy the weather:)

Great experience driving the golf carts through the streets of Galveston. The family loved it.We rented the golf cart for 24hrs. We thought we could take the cart back to our AirBNB located at 76th street and was surprised we could not. I posted a picture of the rules as well.-Don't pass West of 61st street-Dont pass East of 6th street-Don't drive on Broadway. Harborside Drive or Ferry Rd.-If you want a cart with the lights, it has to be the 6 seater.-24hr rentals have to be reserved online.-There is parking behind the building, since we could not take our cart back to the AirBnB on 76th street. You can drop your car off and pick up your golf cart as needed.- The gas tank is located under the middle seat.(Lift the seat up). A Kroger police officer was nice enough to show me where the tank was located.Overall this was a great experience and would do rent again.-

No one is really saying a thing about the Bluebell ice cream station with other treats and a gift shop inside this building. I think they even have a little sitting area outside the front door if you want to watch the water and the vehicles passing while you eat your treat or wit for your car cart.

Had a great time renting with this crew they are very explanatory and answered all of my questions. Even though they couldn t deliver we still will keep our rental, and will have it for the weekend. This weather is not for everyone but it s surely gonna be enjoyed as we are excited to be out a drought! Please check them out and give them a chance at a wonderful experience. I only gave 4 stars because delivery would be awesome but still I m satisfied with the service.

Rented a cart for 24 hours on line and the day we were supposed to pick it up it was Thunderstorms. Tried to get money back but they said manager was out of town until OCTOBER. Emailed a guy off my receipt but no answer. The lady that answered the phone said it's a 3rd party reservation and she couldn't help me...nor did she have the attitude to help anyone, especially a PAYING customer. I just got 216.00 STOLEN from me. They said they could give me a voucher but I DON'T LIVE HERE TO USE IT! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! DON'T USE THEM!

Updated: The gave me a full refund. Although we lost out on a good time, we didn't lose out on $216 and for that we are thankful.Rented two carts and both broke down. We've were stranded on the side of the road for over two hours and they wouldn't even answer the emergency line. We got the cart because my husband is handicap and cannot walk far at all, needless to say I had to PUSH the cart and him from one end of Rosenberg to the other in the middle of the night and get it as close to the rental shop as I could AND THEN walk to get my car to go get my husband off the side of the road.We rode the cart for about an hour total before it left us stranded.Complete waste of $200 and a horrible experience for our vacation.

We had a great time renting the 8 seater golf cart, and Gabe did a great job taking care of us! I will definitely use them again when needed. Great customer care!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! RUDE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE! The LGBT+ Friendly place that they have added is a completely false statement to describe this place, this place discriminates and left us with a bad headspace about our time renting the cart. The man working the counter was annoyed that we were asking questions such as pricing and if we have to leave a driver s license. My friend (male) was the one to ask about the driver s license, and the man mumbled no annoyed that my friend asked that and kinda walked off and me and my friend (females) kind of luaghed to make light of the situation and he heard and turned around and said where did you find this guy? And my friend said aloud we were not luaghing at our friend but we were luaghed at him from being rude. We did NOT APPRECIATE THAT. The cart boy was very nice unlike the shop owner .

I came to Galveston for the weekend and checked out all of the golf cart rentals. The best, by far, are located on 24th & seawall near the Shark! These are the ones with the neon roll cage, led lights, and bluetooth sound system. Everyone who passed by in the regular golf carts kept asking me where I rented it from. I just told them, you shoulda went to cars and carts!

The place was so convenient and the staf was super friendly. The young lady at the counter made the rental so fast so we could enjoy the beautiful day TEXAS. offer us. Will definitely recommend if you are visiting

All in all the golf carts are a very cool idea. They made our travel, and accessibility around the island quite easy. However I rented the golf cart for a total of 78 hours. Pretty much the entirety of our stay. When I went in it was quite easy to rent. I had read the sign on the door which stated that a 6 seat golf cart was $200 for 24 hours. When finishing up the paperwork the lady at the counter (which was quite pleasant) stated since I was renting (at that point) for 48 hours she would cut me a deal at $200 a day I scratched my head a minute but, decided not to make a fuss because, it wasn t really worth it. I was on vacation. That s all that mattered. When deciding to keep the machine for the remainder on Sunday (6 hours) I was charged $148 for that six hours. Once that six hours was almost up my wife, and I decided we weren t ready to go home. So I again rented it for another 24 hours. $275 this time. So over $900 after taxes all together. The part that chapped me was the deal she made us, and then the overcharging for the remainder of the trip. She s like a fairly bad way of doing business.

Has to be the best golf cart rental business on the island. Awesome LED lights and Bluetooth speakers. Great for family time and is a great way to explore the island!

we were looking for high quality new golf carts and after 2 golf cart rental stores we found cars and and carts, they are the best carts in town with really good prices we had a wonderful vacation thanks to the staff that helped my family and gave us tips for our vacation

Terrible customer service. Wanting help for only a lady to answer and talk as if she doesn't want to make business happen. This lady was no help at all,rude, pushed to rent online basically so she doesn't have to deal with any human contact. Get people who actually want to help people and now miserable with their job, guaranteed more sales with better customer service.
