Easy to find place on the island. If you need tires or just a fix, this is the place I would go to. Economical prices, quick service, new and used tires, depending on your situation. You can call for quotes, then come get back on the road fast. It's on 45th and Broadway, on your way into or out of town. Carlos is almost always there. Unless he's working on his next project next door.

I typically don t review but I called to inquire about tires: hello I m calling to see if you all carry 255/55/R18 and immediately the owner tells me Chinga tu madre and hangs up. I call back and asked him why he just said that, and he says he can t hear sometimes and a lot of people come in and then hangs up on me again. Red Flag, NEVER go here.

RV tire caught a nail and had a slow leak. I took the wheel off and took it to them to repair it. Patched in from the inside. $30 and I'm all set. Good job!

Friendly, fast, knowledgeable & affordable simply the best tire shop I ve used in any city! I moved to the island in Sep 22. I ve taken my and my wife s truck there at least six times, for flats, balancing, etc. I ve always had my work done quickly and without a high-pressure up-sale!

Carlos and his team are amazing. We had a blowout and wanted to replace the factory tires on our travel trailer. They gave us great tires, at a great price, came out to our RV site, arrived on time and we done in less than 30 minutes!!! Mounted and balanced. They really made us feel great and are just awesome people!!! I would give 100 stars if we could. I can't say enough about about how great this experience was! If you need tires in Galveston, this is the shop!

This place is awesome !! My UTMB daughter had a blow out and needed a tire replacement. After she went to Firestone and was told she needed an appointment, I Googled this place and told her to give it a try. She pulled up and was immediately greeted by a worker and provided with courteous and professional service. Fair pricing and superb customer service. Carlos and crew .keep up the great work !!

We are on a family vacation when trouble strikes with a nail in our tire that causes a slow leaking flat. We do a quick search and find Carlos Tire Shop. We pull in and it is all taken care of in about 10 minutes. Very professional and they have some incredible equipment. This is a great place to go for tire repairs.

The owner is scum don t respect to his customers, because he doesn t understand English good and he call me, I m a liar in my face and I m giving him business all the time because I work on car buying Sale , recommend him to no one

Don t bother with any other tire store! They were like a pit crew on roids. We were leaving town, got a flat and while we stayed in the car with kids and dogs they patched and aired up within minutes with huge smiles on their faces. They love what they do and it was infectious. Thank you!!!

The best on the island? I ll never know, because I won t go anywhere else. Great service, quality tires, expert work, good prices. Carlos took care of me and got me back on the road fast. He had to break up a set of 4 tires to get the one tire I needed in my size and I am grateful that he did.

We picked up a nail in our tire, they fixed us up with a great price and did work in under 20 minutes!! Incredible job!! I dont usually tip on tire jobs, but I was so impressed with the price and speed I give them a tip!!

Very nice group of guys , went for a tire patch on a Saturday afternoon from pulling in to pulling out took maybe 20min. They're very reasonably priced and the older gentleman even brought me a stool to sit on while i waited. All around positive experience.

Huge selection of tires, many many used ones at fair prices. Carlos has always been very friendly, the work is professional and clean. This is my go to island tire shop.

I always make the effort to shop local. This local gem has been around for decades. I can't believe I've never stumbled upon this shop sooner. Great, fast service. Reasonable pricing. Friendly locally owned and operated, knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend you give them a call the next time you have any tire related needs

In Galveston enjoying some downtime. Had a tire losing air. Stopped in n @ Carlos Tire Shop to get repaired. Courteous staff, reasonable price, clean shop & repaired in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

Carlos is a great guy. Very friendly and customer service is better than the national chains. He has a great selection of tires and best of all he is honest. I live in Pearland but I will travel to his shop for my next tires. He also handles road side service. Thanks Carlos for great service that met and exceeded my expectations.

This place is the best! Fixed my tire in 10 minutes, had a nail in it, only charged me $10, highly recommend! They won't rip you off, I'm from out of town, didn't know where to go had a leak thought about bringing it to Wal-Mart, but last time they told me they couldn't fix it and I ended up with 2 new tires. I am so glad I found Carlos, thank you so much!

Manager attempted to charge me $200 to change out & balance my 4 tires 275/55/20. The normal cost of this should be between $17 - $25 per tire. Went to a tire shop less than a mile away who did it for $20 per tire. Dont just take the outrageous price he says, do yourself & pockets a favor by shopping around!

I was prepared to buy a new tire after running over a small screw that gave me a flat. Two other shops refused to do a repair. AAA actually recommended Carlos tire shop to me.They were very friendly, fast and did quality work. Patched my tire for $10. Highly recommend this shop.

Good work and friendly staff. Best place for deals on used tires. Also have new tires. But i use used tires on my work truck. since i do carpentry i seem to pick up lots of nails . like new used tires $400 per set mounted and balanced. You cant beat that. They have literally hundres of good used tire sets.

I highly consider this tire shop!!! I paid $50 for a used, but almost new tire.. had a flat with the same tire and another one the next day. They replaced the tire I paid for the day before and I bought another one today for the same price. They work hard to get you in and out. so if you have any tire problems I more than highly recommend this tire shop.

We are from out of town and had a flat. Called Carlos Tire Shop they had our tire size. We arrived they were quick, reasonable price, and friendly. Highly recommended them.

Been there at least 10 times over the past few years and they are great. Honest, Knowledgeable, Fast, friendly, always great quality used tires here. You can trust the work and the product here. Has the modern computer balancing system that many places lack and the shop is very well kept. Local business mom and pop shop. Carlos himself in the shop and his friendly wife takes your payments in the office. Even the kids are there on occasion. Oh, Dont forget to say hi the sweet little poodle that comes to work with mom and dad.

These guys were very nice and super fast. They had the tires I needed and had them on and balanced in no time. The price was awesome too. I'll be coming here for my next set of tires for sure.

We had a flat tire(nail) when we got off our cruise. Carlos tire had us patched up and repaired within 30 minutes!!

I went in this shop because I needed a new front right tire after punctured it. Carlos told me that those kind of tires were no longer in production and he tried to put a different model on my vehicle. I realised that the front right tire, he was putting on, was a little bit different from the front left, so that I told him "are you sure I can go with this and without any balance check of the car?". He admitted that the tires were different and proposed me to change the 2 front togheter to avoid instability. Finally he proposed me to change the 2 front tires (different size compare the rear) for 230$ without balancing...I left because I did not trust him.The day after, I went to firestone: I changed the two tires for 150$ (same size of the rear, because they still producing this size and Carlo lied me!!), with balancing of the car.On top of this Carlo charged me 5$ for this "check".
