Did a great job. A little slow though but they warned me upfront that business was good. I loved their constant feedback. I always felt they were trying. One small glitch but they owned up to it a fixed it in record time. Sine this was insurance work I can t tell you if they are a good value or not.

A big, big "thank y'all" to the folks at Caliber! Traveling through from Pennsylvania, the back of my van got a welcome-to-Texas kiss that left me with a busted up hatch that wouldn't latch. Caliber was recommended to me by a local resident, and they quickly and professionally did what was needed to let me continue on my way with a working hatch. While I didn't get to experience their bodywork skills, I can tell you they knew exactly what to do for a quick fix and they treated me better than I could have hoped. 5 stars aren't enough!

I took my car to Caliber Collision in Galveston after a collision with a very large buck on the highway. It totaled the front end of my Ford Expedition and caused damage to everything behind the grill including the radiator, fan, condenser and much more. Caliber began working on my car immediately, and kept me informed weekly and sometimes daily without me ever having to make a phone call to them. I was notified when a repair had been done, what they were waiting on if anything, what would be done next, and updates to additional work that may be needed. The staff is absolutely incredible! They were so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable I could not have asked for anything more! I picked up my car and everything runs perfectly and the body work is absolutely beautiful.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We were given an estimate with no wait. They have a customer waiting area while you wait. The posters on the wall explain how your lifetime repairs are completely guaranteed. Everyone there is professional and friendly. The repairs are flawless, and the general manager, Kendall, greets you before you leave to make sure you are happy with no concerns. You are given a nice packet with key paperwork about your repair. You can absolutely trust this place to restore your vehicle to new condition with complete satisfaction.

Great service, explanation of repair needs, keeping me appraised of progress of repair, communication with payment by insurance and my balance. Facility clean, pleasant as were all the staff I interfaced with. Car looked brand new on return to me!

The work was great. It was a minor amount of damage from someone backing into our parked car. Jess and the team at Caliber Collision took great care of us and our car, keeping us updated on the work. The repair looks great and they even vacuumed the car before we got it back.

I had a terrible experience at this auto repair shop. It took them a whole month to repair my vehicle and they kept changing the completion date. When I finally picked up my car, they pressured me to leave a review and didn't even discuss what work was done on my car. After I got home, I noticed that the badge/logo was missing from the front bumper. I contacted them more than three times to have it mailed to me, so I could attach it myself, but they never sent it and didn't seem to care. Another month has passed. Both the management and employees didn't follow through with what they promised. If something as small as a badge is missing, who knows what else they could have missed? I've escalated this to my insurance company to get a resolution.

The team here helped me out in a bind. Their prices are reasonable and they didn't even charge me for taking care of the initial problem that was keeping me off the road. The shop is spotless with a nice waiting area and the general manager and technicians were all so happy to help. I definitely recommend this shop for any body work.

My wife got side swiped and there was damage to the left mirror, left quarter panel and window not being able to go up all way and secure a seal.They tried to give her the vehicle back yesterday stating it was complete when there was still touch up paint needed, vehicle needing to be vacuumed inside from the workers, and the window still not closing properly to form a seal.The manager stated the issues were fixed but yet the window still wasn't fix completely. The driver window still has a gap that wasn't there before the accident had occurred and they failed to fix it properly. The window gap is still there and water from the morning rain got inside due to this.My wife took it back this morning and the response she got from the manager Greg Pete was " well it is an 8 year old vehicle" ....I am a NHTSA certified Accident Investigator for the country. Age of the vehicle has nothing to do with a window not being able to perform as it should and seal so no water, heat, cold, or debris can enter the vehicle and cause more damages.They failed to do anything else or their job as they should and properly fix the issue that their job is to do. We have already contacted the BBB, Steve Grimshaw and our attorney to go with our further actions. WE will not be accepting the lazy incomplete work, unprofessional response and lack of customer service at this location. This business was paid to do a job that wasn't complete at all, with false documentation printed and given back to us.

Excellent customer service and constant communication, very timely for repairs, and body work was completed and looks fantastic. We had hail damage on our F350 and our Jeep, we dropped off the truck to try them out, everything was completed within 3 weeks and we were so pleased with the end product we left out Jeep for repair when we picked up the truck. Highly recommend this shop and will use in the future for any body work!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Was involved in a hit and run, this shop was recommended by my insurance company. Very professional and finished the work before the estimated time that was given to me. Kendall was great at keeping me up to date with everything. Paint job they did on the replacement bumper/fender came out amazing. Great job at matching the paint and getting me back on the road! One of the worst places I took my car in and they had it for a month and when they called me to go pick it up I noticed a lot of stuff they had chipped the side of my door a chip on the hood of my car and the part the the supposedly they fixed was coming apart I took it in they had to fix it again and the man said they would order the part that they chipped he never called me so would not recommend this place to anyone and if you go here check y all car I highly recommend to take pictures of your cars before getting dropped off
