My oil light came on and I stopped at AutoZone. Chris greeted me. Helped me find the correct oil. Took my money AND offered to put the oil in my car!!!! That s customer service at its best!!! Thanks Chris! You made my day I oversee the operations at SunRay Patio in Galveston. Stop by & say hello!!

I visited the Auto Zone in Galveston on Broadway this week after having a not so great experience at the Auto Zone in La Marque. I work in Galveston and one of my coworkers told me to go to that Auto Zone because the people there were amazing. She was right! I was assisted by Robert Bell and Ms. La Toya (I don't remember her last name). If there were more employees as helpful and knowledgeable as these two, the consumer experience would be better for everyone.

Walked in to have my battery tested. And one woman answered her phone and walked into hard parts aisle. Second woman was on her commercial computer and the third worker was talking on the phone about changing his friend Sonny s oil. Never got helped!

I would just like to say that I had the best experience at AutoZone with a young lady that worked there named Kelly she was very helpful very caring and helped me out when I needed help more than ever my father always said always go to AutoZone and I always will y'all are truly the best Kelly truly has a heart of gold she's truly the best she deserves a raise

Outstanding customer service. My compliments to the Saturday afternoon team.You are amazing! Opens at 8 am on Sunday but cannot do a service engine light check cuz person is alone at store and cannot leave the store. Lousy service

I picked up the wrong part by mistake, after I got home and realized,I called them,and explained I received the wrong part,they were very apologetic and I went back to exchange with the correct one,they added a life time warranty along with 10% discount! I really appreciate that! Thanks again auto zone!!

The service I received was excellent from the moment I walked in the door. I was greeted and told I would be helped in just a moment, and waited less than a minute before being assisted. Picked the battery I needed for my car, and then was offered by Kevin his services to change it out for me. He was very kind and quick to help.

I really wanted to appreciate genuine concern and care I received at this store from AJ. He was superb, prompt and not only got me what I exactly needed for my car but went out of his way to help me fix the issue right then and there. I called other places before I called this store and spoke to AJ, and I am glad I went there. I could see he truly loves helping people and enjoys his job.

I did not know that they accept used motor oil. They will gladly take it and recycle it. Don't dump it in the trash or gutters.

Went here and the staff was extremely helpful, especially Arthur who worked the front, helped with a battery check and an alternator check as well as provided a funnel, rag, and useful info.Thank you so much staff!

Excellent customer service. Went in to get a new battery, assumed the old one was out of warranty. The very helpful employee refunded the one I had just purchased without bothering to ascertain whether the warranty was in fact out. He explained the warranty to me clearly and was extremely helpful getting my truck back up and running in minutes even with my mix up

Good service, they helped me find a part. But greetings as you walk in the door or asked if you needed anything would of made it better customer service in my opinion. I wasn't recognized until I was walking looking for what I needed and went to the counter to ask for help looking up a part number.

Alisha was awesome and so was the gentleman that changed my battery. I am very grateful to the both of them, trying to get things done with a 2yr Old who is always running around can be challenging but the both helped me tremendously.
