Never seen it take 4 people and 2 and a half hours to change two tires. Wasn't even busy. The people were nice but need more experience or better work ethic. Thankful for the work and hope the job was done well

This place is ridiculous!!! I took my mother's Ford Escape up and was going to get 2 new tires put on the back...I waited for 2 hours inside and so I asked about approximately how much longer because I had to be at work in an hour... the lady told me there were 4 cars still ahead of me!!! So I told her I had to go and went out to my mother's car and the keys were in the vehicle!!! I went to start it and the battery was dead!!! So I had to get an Uber to come get me and I had to leave her car there all night!!! My mother is disabled and she was stuck at home without her car all night! So my mother called up the shop that evening and the lady tried to say I left so they lost my ticket and she was insinuating it was my fault because I left! After 3 hours!!! And she basically said that she was sorry but she was just training new people and they had to make sure everyone is safe... that is not going to replace the money I'm out for a new battery or the tires she still needs or the fact that I was late for work...and the employees are very poorly trained in electronics as well, they know nothing about the products they are selling.It's sad that Walmart doesn't take better care of their customers than they do...I will pay twice as much for groceries at CVS before I step foot in this store again!

Les, top notch customer service and professionalism. They were down to one tech the other day that I had an appointment and he was left to talk to everyone that was coming in for help. He talked to and helped everyone that I saw come in while I was there. I was supposed to have an appointment at 12, but didn t get seen til later. Completely made up for it when dealing with Les. Thank you, sir. It was a pleasure.

Called asked when they closed she said 7. Got there at 6:38pm was ignored for over 10min finally as guy comes to my window to tell me he can't help me they have an oil change and their closing. I told him the lady told me 7. As one worker cleaned a cars window with his air pods in his ears and street clothes. I came even that late because I needed one now. Told the guy they need to tell customers 630 they stop taking people then. It's rude.

If I can give zero stars I would. I got a new battery put in and my car suddenly didn t start. I had to get it towed and turns out Walmart didn t tighten my battery terminals at all and left the bracket just sitting on top of my battery. I spoke with the manager and his response was what do you want us to do and you should have brought it in to us to fix it this took my last triple A tow and caused me and my toddler to be stranded in the heat because of their mistake and there s nothing they can do besides talk to the tech. Do yourself a favor and do not bring your car here.

First time I tried using the Auto Center it took them over 15 minutes just to greet me so I left. This is the second time .it s been almost 2 hours waiting on an oil change and they ve been working on it for at least an hour and a half.Key chain has 2 keys .they called me 20 minutes into the wait bc they key they were trying to use wouldn t start the car. Try the other one?Service: General repairs & maintenance

My dad and I stopped in this morning on our way to Dallas. The service was excellent! Our tire was losing air and had already stopped once to fill it up. They checked it and couldn't find a problem. Put on a new valve and all was good to go. They we're so nice not to charge us. Thank you! We appreciate you!!

It was mostly ok. I do want to say one thing the tire warranty is definitely worth it for roadside hazard. Especially when you live in a town that's constantly under construction lol

Make sure they put the oil you are paying for in your car...Notice most of the 5 star reviews only have one or 2 reviews for the most part.I always put mobile one extended life with the mobile one filter in my vehicles. I told them that's what I wanted as it was what they put in it last time.I walked out and saw them dumping some generic oil in my car. I asked them what it was and they said pennsoil. I told them that was not what I requested. My oil change ended up taking almost 3 hours. Your better off going somewhere else.

I needed help with a truck battery. The guy that WAS helping me went to get someone that knew more about batteries. When the other guy came in he helped 2 other people before he came over to help me. I was disappointed because I was in kind of a hurry. I had someone waiting on me to put the battery in my truck..and I had to drive back to Valley View. But it was ok. I just slowed down and took a deep breath.

On the road driving through and tried to use the Gainesville, TX auto center for oil change . I used to live in the area and had used this auto center in the past with no issues. Called ahead to confirm closing time away 7 pm as listed online and was told be there at 6:15 pm and they would take care of me. Pulled in at 5:52 pm and am met by a tech outside asking what do I need. Upon replying I was told to be there at 6:15 for a guaranteed oil change, he responds I m already working on something and our other tech just got back from wrist surgery so they can t help me. Repeat that I called ahead and was told when to arrive he responds I don t know what to tell you. Obviously there for a paycheck only and honestly not sure he s who I would want working on my car come to think of it. Definitely won t ever return either way.

Great service! Fast & Reliable! Took my car in for an oil change & tire rotation - took an hour just like they said. They also vacuumed out my car for me!! As a mom if 5 kids they probably don t realize how much that means to me. I appreciate the service tech going above and beyond. We will make sure to come back to this location for service from now on!!

I called several times during the day to see if they had a tire in stock, that I could pick up. After the phone ringing forever, it apparently sent me to the main switchboard and I never talked to anyone in automotive. I'm 20 miles away and knowing if the tire is in stock before I go.

Zero stars. Yeah they damn near lost track of my tires something about that they couldn't find them so I left, called the tires easy dot-com and they said they had been delivered today at 11:02 a.m. I turned around and came back now they found them because they hadn't been checked in yet. Then I waited for an hour and a half to get the two of them put on. Only two people were in front of me for the same thing....only they got all four done. Also while I was waiting an associate comes and apologizes for overcharging me the first time I came in asking for the tires to be put on earlier today 330pm! Yes and It's now 5:05 and still not ready.

Wasn t too happy to see declined on check washer fluid, check transmission fluid, etc, you know all the things they claim they do with the synthetic oil change. I didn t decline anything. 50/50 shot on whether they change the oil in my pickup again or not.

Waited 2 hrs for tires to be changed and they installed my rim covers wrong, 1 blew off and shattered when I pulled out

Worst service ever. Waited 3 hours for them to tell me they only had 2 tires and still had not put it on. Worst part is I had my 2 young girls with me, and I spent money that I would not have if I would have known they were not doing anything with my car! I hope Discount tire can give better service!

They don't stick with their word. If you have to special order a tire because it's not in stock, they will not give you a price until it comes in so that they can see what they can find wrong so that you have to pay full price. Road hazard means nothing to them.

I've heard a lot of terrible things about the auto center here. I like to see for myself, and I can honestly say that, in my experience here. Everything has been exceptional. Kind, fast, friendly crew.

Bad services ...stranded don't stop..technician have no mechanic skills. A lug nut too tight to replace with new tires, stopped my car from being served.

Usually when I go to Walmart to auto center , I'm finished shopping and waiting on my car, but this morning my oil was changed way before I was finished shopping, it didn't take 30 minutes .

They will not honor road hazard this is the 3rd time in a row. The old lady at the cash register is rude and doesn't kno how to work a computer
