On a road trip from Oklahoma and had a blowout in Gainesville Texas on the side of the busy highway. We called and they were super helpful in getting us back on the road. Had Mickey out to our rescue in no time. Got us a new tire mounted and back on the road before we knew it. I really appreciate all that they did for us. I didn t even know that a roadside call was an option. Thank you Southern Tire of Gainesville.

I have previously used Southern Tire Mart as a truck driver. At the Gainesville Texas location, it was for my personal vehicle. The service was impeccable. Corey made sure I left as a satisfied customer and I did! I plan to continue using Southern Tire Mart in Gainesville Texas to service my tires!

A fabulous experience. We arrived at Southern Tire Mart in our motorhome without an appointment and with 2 tires, one on each dual, which had lost air. Corey and his assistant immediately started working on the problem. Both tires had faulty valve stems which they replaced and while checking the tires they noticed that a third tire had a big bulge. They installed the spare and all this was done in about half an hour with amazing efficiency. We are so happy to have found this business. Thanks guys!

Took my 2015 F450 in to get tires rotated. They completely destroyed the rims. Apparently they had no idea what they were doing rins were gouged, chipped, rubbed. If you have aluminum rims avoid this place. And all the stem valve caps were gone! Wish I could add photos.

Nothing to say about the business but this truck was driving like a crazy person weaving in and out of traffic, tailgating several drivers, attempted to pass people that were waiting on two 18 wheel trucks to move over to the slow lane. This man in the truck about caused a wreck by driving in between two cars in front of us that were also tailgating causing tons of brake lights in the fast lane. This man is a very inconsiderate driver, selfish, and disregarded the lives of everyone else around him. I hope he knows that this was so horrible. Shame on you.

Originally told 90 min eta to fix tire. 2hr I called and was told another 2 hr eta. Cant make money sitting. shouldve called another company. Conway Truckload driver 7/29/2019

Took awhile to put just one tire on. Alot of waiting for them to get it all in the computer and give me a price. $235 for the tire. But they got me done so.
