10 out 10 times I will recommend Kyle! He is very thorough on explaining what needs to be done, and what he recommends. He stopped everything he was doing and came to our rescue and towed our truck in to his shop. Couldn t ask for a better mechanic.

Not a better place in the area. After dealing with 2 shops in the Ft Worth area, Kyle was able to get my transmission shifting properly. He saved us $10k on a new trans the other shop said it needed. I have always and will continue to send anyone needing repairs to R&R.

Had a new engine put in my truck and they went above and beyond what need to be done. There were other issues found when replacing the engine and I was notified immediately. We discussed options about quality of parts to use and resolved near future issues. With any job of this magnitude, there will be a few issues and not necessarily workmanship. They have stood behind their work and fixed all issues that have arisen since. These guys are great!

I drive over an hour to have my vehicle repairs done here. They are honest and extremely fair. Hard for a woman to be confident with auto repairs in a man's world. My service here eliminates this worry. Thank you R&R

Took my 2006 dodge 2500 there was having electrical issues. Kyle said the Tipm needed replaced . Part was going to cost over $2500 from dodge dealer and he got the part in and when he started replacing part he found a loose wire on the old Tipm and hooked it back up and it solved the electrical issues. So all it cost was about a hr of work around instead of $2500 plus labor . Thank you will use this shop again .

I went in for an alignment after replacing my ball joints on both sides and they ruined my front tires. I called and told them it felt different, the steering no longer wanted to center itself after a turn like it should. They said the alignment was right and it ll work itself out. When I rotated my tires that s when I noticed how bad it was. I went to the dealership and they corrected it.Edit: I replaced the ball joints myself and I am 100% certain my new tires did NOT look like this when I brought it to R&R. The camber was WAY out of alignment and that s what caused the steering to feel off and wear the tires unevenly. After the dealership corrected the poor alignment it drove straight again, I have their print out of how far off the camber was if you d like to see it.

Went in for new injectors, plugs and a hose on a motor with less than 45,000 miles on it. Almost $1800. Ran okay for a week then same symptoms as before. Took it back. Told me it might be something in the line to drive it out. Went back a second time. Left with a broken motor mount. They wanted $700 to repair it. (they had replaced it 3.5 years ago). Still running rough. Took it back. Told it was the electronic brake monitor system and would have to take it to a dealer. Took it somewhere else to hook up to diagnostic machine. It said #8 injector (which was supposed to have been replaced) was bad. Took it back. When I left my engine light was on and my oil pressure gauge didn't work. Was told it was the wiring harness which they couldn't get. Office manager would only say, "I don't know what to tell you". Talked to owner and his response was, "everything works until it doesn't". I ended up having to trade off the vehicle because they ruined it. The motor was replaced 3.5 years ago and had less than 45,000 miles on it. Was never told that a dealer could order a wiring harness. Was told I could get someone to make one but it would be very expensive. I would NEVER recommend.

Can't say enough good things about this place. Had an accident on way to Oklahoma and put a hole in my ac condenser on a 22 f350. Dropped it off to him the following morning and it was repaired the same day. Highly recommend!

Left my vehicle sitting for 3 months. Couldn't even take the time to look at it. Gave me the run around for the whole time. Had me take it to them told me to get it there that day and spent 600 dollars to get it there for them to leave it sitting for 3 months. Would never refer anyone to them.Update: After looking at it I was threatened and then charged for them doing nothing and my truck is being towed from their shop after almost 4 months. Good luck if you use them!

Absolutely awesome! Stopped in with an issue on my RV 250 miles from home. I was back on the road in no time and had a great experience. The folks are professional and very courteous. Give them a try!

Don t take your car to this place they will tell you they done stuff to your car they did not do my car is in another shop!Its gonna cost me another $1100 when it cost me $1000 with these people and they did not do what they say!!don t take your car to R & R they re a joke!!Services: Auto brake repair, Brakes, Brake service & repair

They said the car would be ready on Thursday. I call Thursday afternoon and Kyle says it won't be ready until Friday (employee no shows). So I call Friday at 3 pm and I receive a message saying they are gone for the day. No call, nothing. Just a closed shop with my car in it and no way to know when I can get it back. Very unprofessional.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Honestly doesn't even deserve a single star. Your vehicle will leave this shop with more problems and physical damage than when you dropped it off.

Only place I've taken my Cummins since we got. They are quick at getting u in an the cheapest place I've found for a Diesel maintenance to be done. I will referral al my diesel friends here.

They worked on my dad's 1929 Ford model A's carburetor and did an amazing job I would highly recommend them to anybody

Unprofessional. They lie and do not know how to answer a phone, I called for a at least a full 3 to 4 days with a answer. Way to unprofessional for me, and service is HORRIBLE!!
