Rooms are nice, could use some up grades. Doors need better seals so you can t see daylight coming, the cold air can t flow through and feel a little safer. Good location. Will definitely be there againRooms: Rooms are nice. Beds are comfortable. Need to go through and have doors seal properly so the outside air isn t coming in and feel a little more secure.

This is an older hotel under renovation. We got there and was given a room. When we got there opened the door and found out the room was getting renovated as the walls were stripped of paint and paint scraping on the floor and missing beds and furnitures.Went back to talk to hotel reception who gave us a different room. However, half of the lights didn't work. The TV and remote didn't work as well.Rooms: The rooms were under renovation so we got one that was not. The rooms were decent, but was old. Half of the lights didn't work. The remote control and TV didn't work.

This is a fantastic place to stay. Affordable rates, comfortable lodging, and... WAFFLES!! The staff is professional and the location is convenient, if you're there on business this is an optimal location to frequent. My son and I absolutely love this place. Great work, team!

This is the worst place I ever seen! They call this professional and clean, lies!!!!! My son and daughter nlaw came for Christmas holidays 3days made reservations a month ahead of time for handicapped room. And when we arrived no mattress no TV, so switched to the only other handicapped room , at the motel and it stank! Definitely Not handicapped excessible. My daughter law fail off the bed cause it was to high, and had to call ambulance! And they were extremely rude! Worst service ever! There was more but so much to even put on here. Just plain Nasty!!!The Indian manager offered to give them money back when we first arrived, but being that it was Christmas time and they did not let us know until we got to the hotel that it stank and had no tv,and everything else that was wrong. There was no other handicapped rooms anywhere around! Honestly I don't see how this place is open!!!!!Horrible!!! And if I could rate a 0 that is what they deserve!!000000000000000000000

Little bit older of a place, but overall not bad. Had to play with the door a little to get the dead bolt to lock. Friendly staff and decent breakfast.

The hotel is out dated. It needs some remodeling or renovations. The big dip in the driveway was unexpected. Luckily, we drove in slow. The room was clean. Breakfast was mediocre.Nearby activities: Casino was 10 minutes away! It was also a very short walking distance to a McDonalds.

I actually like quality inns I prefer them but this mor ing some old Indian dude yelled at me for taking my breakfast to my sleeping husband. Ive never been told I couldn't take the plate of food from the eating area before. The service from front desk was kind but this guy waving his hand at me telling me don't you do it. I'm just perplexed. I paid to stay here and I'm bringing my husband a waffle.. smh we are staying at another one in valley view instead hopefully that goes better. I was just about to buy another night until I was treated like a child .. like this paper plate is going to mess up the room.

The front desk gentleman was not welcoming, he said they only had one room available and it had no TV, gave a $5 dollar discount for that. When I drove to our room and out this morning to leave there were several vacancies so he didn't have to put my son and I in the dirtiest room in the house. Thebprevious tenants key was in the room the sheets looked like they hadn't been changed, the floor had huge black stains on it and the one chair in the room was dirty. This is not choice hotel standards. But no bugs!

It was quiet. Didn't smell musty like some lower rank hotels. Door to the room looked like it had seen better days (Visible gaps and not really all that secure feeling). Water pressure in the shower was pretty low. But it fit the need. Have only stayed in one room so it may not describe the rest of the place. Overall would probably stay again if I had to.

Rooms are good clean and well stocked. Ice is only available in the main area. There idea of hot water needs to be addressed. If there's anything going on at the casino north of here and you want to extend your stay they will tell you they are sold out for that date. They are hoping to be sold out.Rooms: Clean but Luke warm water.

Today At 11:00 some Indian guy come and knock very loud, I say I have late check out and try to SCAM me and and asking me for money. he be so rude and disrespectful screaming bad words get me out from the room. I try to speak with him and was impossible, Also curry smell was intolerable. So I decide don t get in trouble and I go, if this happens in Mexico the history have other ending :) . The price is too high for such a terrible facility. The room smelled like sewage, the door would not lock from the inside, the bedding was stained, the toilet seat was brown and disgusting, the lamp on the right side of the bed didn't work. It was just afwul.Rooms: The room was disgusting. The toilet needs to be replaced the seat was brown and the whole room smelled of sewage.Safety: The room would not lock from the inside and the overall vibe of the place is sketchy. I chose to take my valuables with me and leave them in my car and could not sleep because I felt unsafe and itchy.Noteworthy details: The bedding was stained and I am almost certain there were bed bugs. The room smells like sewage.

Paid extra to check in early. Filthy room no sheets, trash full, not cleaned AT ALL! Had to wait 2 hours. Moved to different room and whole room was flooded by the air conditioner it was literally splashing on the carpet when walked on. Wouldn't give us a new room until next day and wouldn't give us any refund or discount unless we stayed another night. It was only $20 they discounted. The extra charge we paid to check in early. The housekeeper was telling us it was our fault and very mean when we checked in with it like that and my husband was able to tell them it was draining the wrong way. The only reason they get any stars at all is because of the great front desk agents like Paula and the other 2 women. The owner, manager, and housekeeping were so terrible that I will never be back or recommend them to anyone

The room was absolutely covered in bugs. Spiders over the walls and ceilings, ants all over the floors and shower. Went to lay down in the bed and got a rash over both arms. The carpet was not cleaned and very stained. The chair was strangely discolored. There were hand prints in the dirt on the walls. For a non-smoking facility there were quite a few people smoking right outside of their rooms.

This Place is Absolute Trash from the staff to the rooms. I was yelled at and cussed out by the front desk because I dared to tell him house keeping left no towels in the disgusting, critter filled, horrible mattress room. The door was broken would not lock properly and the ice machine was broken. I and my handicapped mother were told if I didnt like it I could 'get the f%@k out and go some where else'. mind you I checked in and was gone all day this was 9 pm at night when I returned. Please for your own safety do not stay here.Noteworthy details: Please do not stay Here

Would recommend booking online. I booked over the phone and feel like I was conned into paying way more than the price that was listed online for the night. Online said $100/night, I ended up paying $295 for 2 rooms that night. It was also a lengthy booking process over the phone, since I couldn't find out what their availability for the night was or confirm the price of their room until after they signed me up for their choice program and I had to give them all of my personal info an and details including my contact info, reason for visiting, and price I had seen online. Other than that, the stay went well. The rooms were fairly clean, front desk was nice and helpful, and breakfast was tasty!

Check in was not a very friendly experience. The person was very robotic. She asked for my ID and as I was getting it out I told her the name on the reservation and she just repeated ID please. She questioned me on my service animal even though the law states that she can't. She told me what I was required to carry by law which she was incorrect about. I thought she was rude. After she got finished taking my payment she went into an almost robotic script which felt very fake. There was only decaf coffee in the room and no coffee in the morning because both coffee machines were broken. Not the best experience and won't be staying here again. I thought the parking sign was hilarious because the spaces are for our convenience. I guess that's true because it's more convenient to park where you pay to stay instead of parking on the highway.Rooms: Bring your own plug if you want a bath as they don't provide one.Safety: The upper balcony was rusted and looked like part would fall so we parked away from the building.Walkability: Close to Starbucks and Braums where you can actually get coffee.

I found this Choice Hotel / Quality Inn to be a lower end property when compared to other Quality Inns.I stayed here for 3 weeks during my home remodel. Some rooms are better than others. Breakfast is basic. Eggs, sausage and hockey puck biscuits. I experienced guest s smoking weed outside of their rooms, fight between some truckers and the Brown Recluse in my shower was the extra. - see Pic.
