I ve Been here twice once when I blew tread off two tires on my dually. They were the only place with tires in stock. They charged me a fair price and did great work. The second time I came early on a cold Saturday morning brought two new tires ( I work for a tire mfg) the jumped right on the job super service. There are a number of tire people in the area. I highly recommend Primo/Askew tires

Been to Discount Tire lately? Waited a few hours for a single tire to be changed out? Been there too out of necessity - not because I had much of a choice.Askew is less expensive (120.00 vs 160.00 for a similar tire) - better customer service and they had my tire changed in less than a half hour. Wondering why I didn't come here sooner.

I was in Gainesville yesterday and my car dash showed me I had low tires. I went to Askew's Tires to get air and found out that one was losing air fast and almost flat. The young man took it off to fix the flat. When he came back to put the tire back on..he showed me where it was leaking. Around the valve stem. He said he took it off and cleaned it really good and put a new one in. I don't know his name.. but I know he did a good thing. I live about 15 minutes away from downtown. I could have had a flat on that tire on the way home or an accident on the interstate.I want to say 'thanks' again to the young man that fixed my tire! The people at Askew's have always been very nice, polite and professional to me. I will always go to Askew's when I need air if I'm close enough!

Whenever I have a tire losing air and going flat, I take it to Askew. I have been there many times and it is always the same. Excellent Service, quick, friendly, convenient, reliable work and reasonable.

Pulled in around back in our Peterbilt cattle truck told them we need a tire change...4 guys came immediately with tools and equipment had the old tire off the rim, new tire on the rim, and back on the truck in 15 minutes. $45 great service, friendly employees...job well done! THANK YOU!!!

Askew Tire is under new ownership, it's Primo Tire now and they do good work and fair prices on tires.

Okay... went to a tire place in Gainesville that starts with the letter that comes after A. The man came out looked at my tire and said the screw thing that the lug nut screws on to needed to be replaced and would be an hour or more to get it all fixed. Also he had two others in front of me so, I would have to wait a couple hours before they could get me in. Okay, I'll be back. Went to Askew Tire. Pulled up was greeted promptly. Told the kind man what the other place said. Went inside waited ten minutes. One plug and two new lug nuts and $18 . They checked all the other tires and lug nuts too. I'm ashamed of the man who thought I was just a dumb woman! Askew Tire will always be my go to with tire issues. God Bless You kind gentlemen!!!

I love my Askew tire. I have been going there for 30 years for everything from fixing a tire to new ones. It is probably the only business around where I actually trust the owner to be honest and forthright and he has NEVER disappointed me so far. Even when it probably costs him money. This visit I truly thought I was going to have to buy a new tire for my truck and was dreading it cuz wow, are they expensive. They looked at it, checked it over and Nah, we can fix this...thanks so much to them. Like I said, it's nice to know there is one business left that actually cares about service and the customer.

I highly recommend Askew Tire! Great staff & amazing service! It's the only tire shop in the Gainesville area I feel comfortable having my tires either fixed or replaced!

After going to Walmart and getting wrong diagnosis for tire we decided to go here and get opinion. They were able to give us right answer to problem with tire fix it right then and saved us 200.00. It's been a month and the tire is still fine.

Terribel experience!! I called ahead of time to see if they had tires that i needed and the old guy up front told me they did over the phone. Once i got there a young guy came out to my car and said they didnt have any in stock and he told me he has done this multiple times! A complete waste of time. The old guy didnt even come apologize for his mess up and sent someone to do his dirty work! Will not be back!

Super slow. Took 4 hours to balance four tires and the weights fell off befor I drove 200 miles. Need to hire somebody besides crackheads...

I bought 6 tires for my Fleetwood Discovery from this company. Good price, excellent service, great hospitality from Howard Askew. I recommend Askew Tire.

They haven't a clue on tire repair I went by there 11/4/2021 for tire repair where I pulled a nail out and it was leaking. BUT THEY HAD NO WAS OF FINDING IT SO I LEFT JUST TO WAKE UP THE NEXT MORNING WITH A FLAT

An HR and a half from home and one of my tires starts losing air...i googled Gainesville Tire Repair and saw the info for Askew Tire. When I pulled onto their lot, a gentleman came to my car and asked about my problem. Right there he took my bad tire off, found a nail protruding, patched the tire AND offered to replace a plug in another spot with a patch!! All in 15 min time!! These people ARE pros in my book!!

I had a flat tire on a trailer. I stopped at a the shop and the old, fat guy tried to rip me off. I said I'll just go to Wal-Mart as I already checked their prices. He ended up cussing me out and flipping me off .. whoever the guy was I hope is not the owner .. I hope they lose all their business . Crooks...

These folks have come to my farm three times and replaced tractor tires onsite affordably and with a great attitude. I wish all my vendors were so thoughtful.

It's like a pit stop on a racetrack, which is great. You pull in and they come out and do whatever they need to do and it's so fast.
