I love Matt's motors they're awesome outgoing people and very nice I love my car and I'm so so happy I decided to go to them. Mark is the best he's so sweet and kind I'm glad my first car and experience with a car company was with him. Jennifer is so sweet she'll answer any questions and concerns you may have she's the boss lady in the front so if you need anything or to make a payment I'd go to Jennifer. I highly recommend them and they're team. Thank y'all so much my husband and children love our chevy traverse. They take the time to clean, change oil, battery's and make sure the car is in good shape for you soooo I think everyone needs to get to Matt's motors and get a car!!!!!

Matt's Motors has been the BEST family owned car lot EVER!! My family and I have done business with Mark, Eddie, and Jennifer for over 10 years now!! We have been extremely pleased with the entire car buying process over these years. Between my family and I, we have purchased 6 vehicles total. Any issues we have experienced (which have onlybeen minor!!); they took care of us very efficiently and quickly, with no problems!! We will MOST DEFINITELY continue to do business with Matt's and refer them to all our friends and family!!Thank you, Matt's Motors for your excellent service!!

I don't normally review anything. I'm kinda old fashioned,but I just feel compelled to do so today. First thing I'd just like to thank the fantastic team they have there at Matt's motors. This family owned and operated business goes out of their way to make sure you get the vehicle you want without breaking the bank! This is my 3rd vehicle with Matt's motors and I can honestly say I will not shop anywhere else as long as I'm alive. Thank you very much for everything you've done for us all these years! I truly appreciate ya'll.

Well I just paid off my 2 car through them . A single mom and working multiple jobs off and on. You still have things that come up. I have never met and dealt with a more understanding group of people. I always stayed in contact and let them know if I was gonna be later or behind or in the middle of a job change. Maybe it was just Gods blessing for me that all this happened. But I 110% recommend Matt s Motors.

I want to give a shout out to Matt s Motors Jennifer, Brooke, Eddie & Mark. They are the friendliest bunch of folks I have ever done business with. I got a great vehicle/price with no haggling. I will definitely do business with them in the future.

Overpriced vehicles. A complete scam. Looked up quite a few on Kelly Bluebook with the info provided on their website and they're pricing then 3k over what a normal dealership would price them at. I called them and they don't really care either. She tried to say maybe that's a cash price but no, that's a price from a dealership. They're not willing to make it right or budge on price so that just tells me they're okay with ripping people off. Kinda sorry if you ask me. I'm surprised people can live with themselves and sleep at night knowing they're taking advantage of others in this economy lol.

Hands down the best place to get a vehicle. We have had nothing but the best. They are so willing to accommodate and go out of their way to help you when you get in a Bind. I would recommend them to anyone.

Lmao, what a joke of a company. They're not only scammers but liars too. Attempting to say I viciously attacked their employee over the phone but really all I did was question the price and told them they were scammers then hung up. Never cursed. Raised my voice or anything of that nature. Kinda crazy how overboard they went with their response. Not only are they scamming people but they're looking for internet sympathy and pitty. Lol. And we're how old? I'm glad you enjoy not only stealing peoples hard earned money but you also enjoy attempting to publicly humiliate anyone who disagrees with the service you provide. How unprofessional. Also a stalker? You claim to have did research on grays reviews? Why don't you do research on the fair prices on Kelley bluebook and stop overcharging people.

I have had many cars and many years with this company and have always enjoyed every encounter i have ever had the environment as whole makes you feel like family and i could go on and on with how amazing these people are! Every last one from owner to service manger truly a blessing! They have a forever loyal customer in me. And ill send everyone i know their way because i guarantee you wont find a better car dealership then Matt's Motors.

Don t let this place fool you with their kindness. First vehicle we got was an absolute lemon, so they gave us a van instead, that had nothing but problems from the get go. So if you want a vehicle that constantly needs repairs, then Matt s is the place for you. Otherwise look elsewhere.

I highly suggest Matt's Motors. We are on our third vehicle with them and the other two are still running. I recently purchased another vehicle and I absolutely love it. Mark was very helpful throughout the process. With any vehicle, you need to do your research and take time on deciding what is best for you.The service department is the absolute best as we had to put my husband's truck in the shop twice because of normal wear and tear. They worked out a payment plan that fits our needs. Heather and Eddie will treat you right, too.Debbie and Jennifer are absolutely sweet and you will love speaking to them just as much as anyone else. They bring a smile to the other end of the phone and make everything done with ease.If you haven't done business with them and need a vehicle, then this is your last and final stop as you will be happy with your purchase.Thank you Jennifer, Mark, Debbie, Eddie, and Heather for all that you do for your customers! You definitely have a long-term customer here and we don't regret it one bit.

So where do I start in my praise to Jennifer the owner of Matt's Motor's. Do to a mistake made by the 3rd party processor which they use to handle credit card transactions a huge mistake was made. Jennifer was upfront and honest with me and promised to get to bottom of the issue which she did. The thing that bothered her the most was that I was being charged by my credit card company accrued interest charges and cash advance fee which should have never occurred to begin with.Well Jennifer as she promised to me got the situation straightened out as well well as getting me my refund of of accrued interest and cash advance charges.Dealing with Jennifer was a breath of fresh air and like finding a needle in a haystack. Do many times people looks at the negative and not enough of us look at people like Jennifer as a blessing.Thank you so much for being an advocate for me. I truly appreciate all that you did.God Bless you !Gerry

I am at the end of my contract with Matt's motors and my vehicle decided to have a major issue. At first we took one solution and had small issue there which they took care of immediately with no hassles. I was back in my vehicle quick as can be. My son is already looking at another one of their trucks. They are all so nice and helpful.

Buying a first car can be very intimidating, especially for a single parent with little/bad credit. But the best decision I made was choosing Matt s Motors. I found my dream vehicle on their lot and Mark was so patient and thorough in answering all my questions and concerns. The loan approval process was quick and easy and I drove it home within minutes.I have had my 2013 Denali for exactly a year now and just brought it back in for repairs. Again, Mark was just as helpful and the mechanic was very polite and actually took the time to explain to me what was wrong and how he had fixed it. The billing dept was friendly and courteous and helped me set up a billing plan to make payments.Hands down, All around, The best customer service and car buying experience, I could have imagined.

I have bought 4 vehicles from Matt s and every time they have taken care of me. Process is quick, staff is friendly, and if you ever need anything all you have to do is just call them and they will work with you. They thrive in communication and are always willing to help you out anyway. Any issues I had, they were quick and easy to get the problem resolved. Typically, you here used car dealership and you already know you re going to get screwed. Not at Matt s. I will definitely be purchasing more vehicles from them. A big shoutout to Debra, Eddie, Jennifer and Brooke. (Guys I dealt with most.) If you re in the car market and needing help and someone to genuinely want to help you out, go to Matt s and tell them Tyler sent ya!

If you are looking for a genuine, hometown, friendly, honest, car dealership, look no further. Mark, helped me get the car I needed at the time helped fit my budget, and when I had a problem with my car they helped me get ot fixed. I love them so much when I was ready for a newer more gas efficient car I went back. The process of trading in the car was so easy. I am a loyal customer thanks to the team at Matt's motors. Thank you for helping me with my car and my credit.

Can't say enough good things about Matt's. Have bought several vehicles from them and my family has as well. Jennifer, Brooke, Mark, Debra,Eddie, and Matt have been so great to work with. Last week I picked up he title to my most recent vehicle. Over the last 3 years I've had more than my share of the bad, but I always communicated with the folks there, and they were more than happy to work with me throughout it all. Very pleased with the service and atmosphere when I go in to just talk.Will be returning to Matt's for my next vehicle purchase in a few months.Thank you to everyone at Matt's for being family!

Bought a 2014 Equinox LTZ here 8 months ago, had to pay $2000 for a catolyc converter and now I got an engine that is making a loud knocking noises, needs a whole new engine and I don t want to pay for something I can t use. Either an exchange or just take the car back and refund

Matt's is great place to get a used car. Mark was great, even when the first car we looked at did not suit us. He worked with us to get a good payment. When we need another car, we will go to Matt's Motors.

Just made another trade at Matt's Motors this will be the 4th car I have purchased from them. I live in Burkurnett,Tx (2 1/2) hours away and wouldn't go anywhere else. I always have a excellent experience with Mark and he knows exactly what Iike. I have bought 2 cars online without even driving them. I know they only sell the best used cars with a great warranty. Thank you for always making it so easy and fast to purchase a car! Matt's is the only place I trust !

Cars look nice from what I can see driving byUpdating:I have got a SUV from them now .... staff is awesome. Not a problem from the car its been about a year and a half. Paperwork fast,low down payment. Way better than they was years and years ago. I would definitely recommend

I have poor credit but was able to get a very good used vehicle from Matt's. The down payment was not killer and the entire process of buying the vehicle was easy and fast through their no scam buy here pay here option. Their vehicles come with a responsible warranty. Payments are reasonable as well. They helped me and my wife get back on the road as we now have two vehicles through them. Will definitely be doing business with them in the future.

I could not say more great things about Matt's Motors. They were quick to do financing and easy to deal with. They have been wonderful through the whole process. They covered a couple of repairs that came up right after purchase and have worked with on any repairs after. Their repair costs are the lowest you will find and they clearly want people in a good running vehicle so they will be happy to make your payments.They put me into a vehicle that I love and I will certainly buy my next vehicle from them again. Great people, service and vehicles. They are not your normal buy here pay here place by a long shot.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!! We had a death in our family called to let them know we would be in but would be late on our payments due to that they came and picked car up over night I talked to the owner JENNIFER! I Was VERY upset because I had called prior she told me she didn t like my tone so I could not pay and get my car back! These ppl do not care they care only about there selfNice to you when you buying from them but after that they don t carePlease do not buy from here if. You are late just one time they will come out and get it they don t care!!!! They finance them there self so they can do what they want they take your money then that s it can t wait to come get it how these ppl have any good reviewsIt just says more about them they don t care about you or if your going threw a family member passing awayJennifer says she s the owner then who s Matt would love to talk to him since it is Matt s motors!

Great place to buy a vehicle from. I have bought five vehicles from here. I have sent family and friends here to buy too. Matt and Mark are great guys to buy from. The ladies in the office are sweet and Brian and the guys in the shop always help out when repairs need to be done. I love my Cadi!
