On 3/22/2024 I needed to return to Kwik Kar to have my skid plate reattached from NO fault of Kwik Kar. While James was diligently working on reattaching the skid plate I decided it was time for an oil change. James provided me with a reasonable price and an immediate response of we can do it right now. I was out within a reasonable time to do an oil change. At my first volunteer delivery stop as I was existing the vehicle I could hear a very noticeable ticking sound coming from under the hood of my car as I processed to finish my route I checked the oil dip stick to which it was a little under the safe line on the dip stick. I returned to Kwik Kar about 35 minutes later. Upon entering the driveway I waved James to the car to see if he could hear it ticking too which he said yes. Vehicle was pulled back in, look like James needed to top off the oil after he looked at the oil dip stick. After a few turn the engine on and off checks it appeared to stop or pause. Wayne's final remake was you should be fine now but come back if you need to. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

First time customer!!! and was very happy with the service!!! Daniel was very nice and took his time and made sure I understood everything and that my vehicle was taken care of. Will be the only place I take my cars to from now on. The team here is so much better and friendlier than the other shops in town.

I have been to this location a few times now, and I will keep coming back. The staff is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Service times are quick, and they are very reasonably priced. They have a waiting area for all customers as well as coffee and water available. I would definitely recommend them.

Stopped in for an oil change this morning and they had me pulled into the bay in less than 5 minutes. The oil change only took about 15. James even went ahead and put windshield washer fluid in at no cost. Will definitely be returning and sending friends and family their way!

They had trouble getting the drain plug out but they did not damage anything. They took their time. Got it right. It took a lot longer than normal but I felt like they took care of the car and the customer service was good. We had to call in there more experience technician to remove the drain plug which he did and they put a new drain plug in. I'm glad they didn't damage anything. They gave me a $20 discount for the length of time it took to fix it

Jake, James, Daniel & Wayne Kwik kar.... All put hands & eyes on my vehicles alignment (it was so bad) They're time and efforts & such care. I felt like my vehicle was cared like was safe enough to drive they're new born infant home in. Amazing people skills and all 4 super knowledgeable good ol' fashioned wholesome service . I will refer them were ever they go to everyone. Compliments to the hiring manager ....great crew combo!

I'm giving the team at Kwik Kar Oil Change a huge five stars because they earned it! I do not understand some of these negative reviews whatsoever, because my experience was beyond exceptional. And the Kwik Kar Auto Team are so personable and they really care about their customers.I had to have my rear brakes fixed along with new rotors, and it could not have come at the worst possible time for me. But they worked with me and gave me an awesome quote within my budget even before working on my car! On top of that, Kara was able to apply a coupon giving me an additional $25.00 off the originally quoted price!When I first got behind the wheel after the job was done, I could tell that they put a lot of care and effort into fixing my brakes and it's a solid job well done, gentlemen!Thank you, Kwik Kar Auto Team...you have me as a future customer for all my car's maintainance needs!

Pulled right into a bay, the techs were kind and went right to work on my oil change - I didn't even have to get out of my vehicle. They even replaced a terminal connector thingy on my battery that I had purchased but couldn't get the bolts loose to replace myself. Excellent service! Will be back!

The Kwik Kar here in Gainesville, TX is the best! The men here are professional, always have me in and out in ~10-13 minutes and check tire pressure and top off windshield fluid. They ve never turned me down even close to closing (as long as there s 10-15 min. before close: no appointment needed) and there s never a long wait. I ve never had any issues after oil changes with them (unlike walmart and firestone) and can feel the better, smoother difference after their oil changes. They do my state inspections too for $7 (and caught and took care of two burnt out bulbs for reasonable price: about $13 a bulb). They gave me $25 off an oil change for getting inspection done here. They also have free French dark roast coffee and filtered water. This is my favorite place to get the oil change done, so definitely check them out! You won t regret it.

Phenomenal!!! Came in at 2:30 on a Saturday with what appeared to be a tire issue. Turned out to be a rotar problem. They offered to fix it same day even as late as it was. The lady at the desk was super helpful in insuring that the entire experience was easy. Thank you guys for a job well done!

Absolutely the worst place in town to get your oil changed or any other service! Stay away and go ANYWHERE else. Slow service (over 45Min for an oil change with no other cars there) and they think because your a female they can tell you different things that are wrong with your car so they can sell you into more services the 1st time I ever went there last month and they way over charge for an oil change go to Walmart they are better and faster!! Then today thought I d give them a second chance and get my inspection since they had 1 poor guy getting work on their car car and they guy working today with glasses and a beard is a total smart mouth. Not sure who he thinks he s talking to. I literally stopped for my inspection, I walked inside after a worker took my car and and the above guys walks right back in and says, in a smart tone you have to have four tires on your car to pass an inspection is that excuse me and he said your car needs to have tires to pass an inspection. I laughed because obviously that s one of the dumbest things I ve ever heard of to talk to somebody like that and I said my car does have tires and he said well they need to be replaced. I know for a fact my tires do not need to be replaced so I got up walked out went to a different place got my inspection no problems. I even asked and they told me my tires did not need to be replaced. But I think it s funny Since when I went for my oil change, they kept trying to upsell me a bunch of the things as well. Wouldn t trust these people with a plastic car to fix. Now you know why when you drive by the have one car or no cars. If I could rate 0 I would!

Very professional and friendly. I recommend this place. I didn t feel pressured to buy anything. They told me up front how much everything would be. I needed a new air filter. She showed me mine and I was like please replace. I wanted full synthetic oil. Yes it was more costly, but they use the high quality number one oil brand. She told me differences and costs all up front. I like knowing how much I m spending. I will come back here again. Very professional.

I've never had a place of service, maintenance my car so carefully! The team was amazing at ensuring that I knew what was going on, exactly what they were checking and maintaining, and covering the cost of specific items that needed attention. So very kind and willing to help you out with any questions or concerns you may need. I had asked a question about my wiper fluid hose, because it hadn't been ejecting for almost 2 years and they were checking and double checking so much on my car. They popped off the lining on my hood to get to my hose and fixed it completely! They also hand out coupons regularly, so keep an eye out for those!

I just had my oil changed and I m a little frustrated. Full service used to include vacuum front interior, clean glass, lube and so on.I got in, carpets dirty, oil on my driver floor mat, steering wheel and driver door. I drove home and just figured it was the way things are now. But the 14 mile drive home I kept fuming about paying 80$ for what I got.I got home, popped the hood because I started doubting what I got. My brake reservoir was low but marked as topped off. I looked under the suburban and my old oil filter is still on it.See the pictures. I m frustrated and don t trust taking it back but don t think I got what I paid for.Service: Oil change

Worst experience .brought my car for a flat fix about 40 min before closing ..after collecting unnecessary information the mechanic looked at my tire and told me he wouldn t fix the tire that I needed new tires which he could order for me. He refused to temp fix it so I could take it somewhere else who could fix it. Certainly the car most likely needs new tires, but, how am I supposed to get them with SERVICE this poor. Maybe I interrupted his nap?? Wasn t a fan and sure won t be back.

I drove in for an oil change, I sat in my car the whole time, friendly staff, paid out my window and drove off in under ten minutes. I couldn t be happier with my visit to this Gainesville store on California for an oil change.
