The best car buying experience I ve had, super smooth and straightforward transaction. Brandon Carr was the salesman helping me and I highly recommend him, everything was completed over the phone with ease! I was given a fair value for my trade-in and my new car was delivered directly to me (I live 1 1/2 hours from the dealership). Thank you Glenn Polk Ford!

Great salesman. Was pre-approved thru Capital One Auto Finance. Was in and out in very short time. Bought 2024 Ford Maverick Hybird. The gas gauge has hardly moved. Handles great.

Frank was incredibly helpful with the purchase of my vehicle. My husband and I were able to test drive two cars, complete our trade-in, and drive off the lot in a timely manner. I really appreciate Frank working with us. He and Mike from finance worked together to help streamline the whole process. I ve been in the car business for the many years and I ve never felt so confident in buying a truck! Brandon the sales manager makes you feel great about the car buying experience. Mike in finace is a good as they come! My salesman Harry did a great job! The Polk name means something! This is my 5th car I've bought from them! Give them a CHANCE!!! The Polks are givers in the community, fair and honest. Love this place!

I bought a lime green race car and got pregnant immediately. I came up to Glenn Polk to see what my trade in options were so I could have something more suitable for a car seat. Would give them 10 ! Called Jason Rushing on Thursday re: a new Ford Edge. They didn't have what I wanted in stock so Jason called other dealerships & had one delivered, sent a driver for me and had sales documents ready - all in less than 24 hrs! Hands down, superior customer service. I've gone to Jason and Glenn Polk Ford for almost 30 years and they never disappoint me. They're nice people and stand by their commitments.

Best service I have ever had. Lorrie called everyday with updates on repairs made to car. I would highly recommend them for your car repairs. In my opinion Lorrie goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done and correct.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. My only issue is that it took so long. My truck was there at 7:30 Monday morning. It wasn t ready until Wednesday about 10am. Just to replace a battery and battery connectors.

Had a phenomenal experience with Brian Crisp! We called up, told him what trucks we wanted to see, he had them ready and parked up front when we arrived to the dealership, and he had us driving off the lot within 90 minutes. No hassle, no waiting around, just great customer service!

Justin and his service team always make you feel part of the Glenn Polk family and seem to understand what we now label as old school customer service.We have had work done on both the 2014 Ford F150 King Ranch and the 2020 Ford Explorer.It is a refreshing and trusting experience.

My family has been a Glen Polk customer since the early 2000's, the Polk's has always came through for my family a big shout out to the Polk family. I spoked to Bryan yesterday regarding a possible trade. Within a span of three hours I was out the door in my new truck on my way to a Basketball game. Bryan, Brandon, and Hunter along with the Ford crew went to work, and was able to get me in a 2023 F150 XLT. I am saying this, the Polk Family is such a blessing, with anything with life there are always something coming our way. About three years ago I experienced an almost life ending experience that about took me from this earth at 40 years old and would of left behind three beautiful girls and a supportive, loving wife. While one day talking with Shawn, he said he and has family had prayed for me. Prayers were answered, little did I know many families and local churches prayed for me, and thank the Lord I survived, My God Bless you in all you do,Jason HarrisonGainesville,TX

Brittany wad the best. She helped me deal with ford customer service. They were rude and had no knowledge of Ford policies and warranties. But Brittany, was the saving grace of the whole ordeal. I will drive the extra 45 min past my local service center to continue to use Glenn Polk. Thank you all for the wonderful service.

Great Service Department. Took my car in right away for a walk in oil and filter change. They did a great job. Was back on road within 35 minutes. I can highly recommend Glenn Polk Ford in Gainesville, TX. Service guy showed me some new Mustangs while I was waiting.

I needed to buy a vehicle, called, and was transferred to a great guy who asked what I wanted, he sent pics and gave me a great price about 30 minutes later over the phone! Negotiation took about 5 minutes. Came in and filled out paperwork in about 15 minutes and salesman aided in getting car app set up and the process was done! Would buy from these guys again in a heartbeat!!!

Harry our salesman was referred to us from a friend. We contacted him on a Sunday, and the next business day we were driving our new SUV, which he delivered to my work! He explained all the cars features, collected all necessary paperwork and left me with the keys. Couldn't be happier!

I called them on a Friday morning as I was coming through Gainesville because the rear passenger window on my F150 wouldn't roll up. They told me to come by and they would do what they could. I was immediately met by Brittany and about 30 minutes later they had me on the road. They weren't able to fix the problem as they didn't have the window motor but they were able to secure the glass so I didn't have to drive with the window down. I was very impressed with their service, friendliness and willing to help at a moments notice. Every staff member I encountered was very friendly, concerned about my experience and helpful!! We live in Northlake, TX but I'll definitely be doing more business with them even though we're 40 minutes South. Thank you!!
