The service & price for 2 new tires was great. Khris was very good to work with. Th only downfall was it took 1 1/2 hours to put on 2 tires. Other than that it was a great experience!! I'll definitely go back again.

Tanner was great to work with and was very attentive. Liz was awesome and went the extra mile to get us a rate we were happy with. Delivery of the truck was not only smooth but also appreciated.The only thing I am currently dissatisfied with is the state of these tires. I did not know that they were as bald as they are and I will probably have to replace them sooner than anticipated.

I got a major problem with the air suspension system on my truck that only dodge could fix it and the Glenn Polk ServiceTeam did an outstanding job!!! Not only fixing it, but with the whole process, all the talking with insurance, all the paper work, all the photos. And a really special thanks goes to Randy Williams who got in the middle doing all that needed to be done to make it possible.Thanks Glenn Polk Service Team, you guys were awesome!!!

Great dealership to do business with. I purchased a new 2023 Chrysler 300S from them. My sales person, Joel, is great. Ask for him.I just now had my first oil change service done, and is was a great experience. My service advisor, Chris, is great. I was just told I have a coolant leak but the automotive location that found the leak is unable to fix the leak, the location they told me to go to is not convenient to my home so I called my local dodge dealer service dept thinking they could be of some help. When I asked if they were open on Saturday's I was told they were open but not for repairs. When I asked what to do/ how long I had to get it to a repair shop the gentleman on the phone got extremely rude like it wasn't his problem. I had a problem that is new to me and nerve racking. I was asking for help, the rudeness was not warranted. Way to treat a potential returning customer. PS. I bought my Dodge at your dealership, I will not buy my next Dodge here.

I want to say that Glen Polk on I-35 have great staff the first person I met was Jacob in service department I drop my car off on November 7 just picked it up on March 13 he holded my vehicle there until I was able to pick it up he didn't harass me to come pick it up or nothing after I founded out my car was no good then I left the service department met Brad Horton he definitely help me the whole way with pursuing my vehicle he so sweet and nice he definitely did a extra mile for me he walked me through the whole process he found me a great deal on a vehicle he took my old car for a trade in even though it was not working I was able to walk out with a car no down payment and cash back he even got a guy who helped me with getting insurance and to top it off he pick me up because I didn't have a way to come pick my car up he definitely who yall need to speak with when getting a vehicle he not your average car saleman he actually care about the customer and their situation and the last person I met was Elizabeth in finance at that point I was in tears at her desk because I was so happy and shocked with the customer service I have gotten she explained every piece of paperwork I had to sign she had so much patience with me but Glenn Polk on I-35 I highly recommend them they just not doing the motion of their job they actually care and are really genuine nice people... dont forget go see Brad Horton for car or questions he definitely your guy!!! He has been one of my biggest blessing this month.

From my call to end of process was tremendous, online app speaking with receptionist an salesman Tanner Kuhn to our finance lady with all paperwork quick prompt an completely detailed. The state of the art screen in paperwork process was extremely over the top. Mr. Frank is the BEST car sales man I ve ever spoken to and done a car deal with. I have been through a lot of dealerships and a lot of auto loans. I have 2 open auto loans and was opening a 3rd and Frank was able to work with me and get me a car for my girlfriend! I drove 2 hours for this guy! So if that tells you anything, make the trip!

I took my work truck in for service. It was overheating and ended up needing a replacement of the radiator and head gasket. The service department was already closed, but the general sales manager took care of everything on a late Saturday afternoon and even set up a loaner truck for me to use while mine was being serviced They ended up having to order some parts and asked me to bring the loaner truck back and swap it for a different loaner, which was even nicer than the first loaner! When it comes time to purchase my next truck, I will be going to Glenn Polk for sure!

I drive 40 minutes to get my two Rams serviced Glenn Polk, and my town has a Ram dealership. Since my first routine oil change with them, their service department showed me they care, from answering my questions on the phone, the check in process, friendliness of the staff down to getting the work done in a reasonable amount of time. Any future service work will be completed by them. When the time comes for a new Ram, they ll be my first stop as well.

I could not be happier with my experience at Glen Polk. After finding a Jeep Wrangler on the website I reached out to Joel with questions. He was very prompt and answered every question I had. Because my wife and I live an hour and a half away Joel was extremely flexible and managed to do most of the process over the phone before we even got to the dealership. It was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and willing to help. I would highly recommend Glen Polk and working with Joel Gomez to anyone looking to buy a vehicle painlessly without any games.

Wow, I was blown away by the sales team at Glenn Polk RAM!! Joel went above and beyond to find the exact vehicle I needed, and he had it ready to test drive when I arrived. They honored the pricing on the website and I even qualified for additional rebates that was bonus money off!! After we agreed on price the truck was sent off to be cleaned up and I went into the finance office. As most of you know the finance office is PAINFUL -- I never buy warranty programs, and I want a fair finance rate % they honored the quoted finance rate which I had agreed to and they only asked if I wanted a warranty 1 time. That was it!! I couldn't believe I only spent 1.5 hrs here purchasing this truck. I purchase about 5 vehicles each year for my business -- after this experience these folks have earned my first call every time going forward!!

I pulled up to check out one of their Dodge Chargers. Went inside and asked if I could look at it and Frank hopped right to it. He was very professional, and the conversations flowed great. Frank was very helpful and did an excellent job, answered all my questions and make it all a quick and easy deal. He s also bilingual.

I call the dealer this morning to speak to the parts department and Gracie and Emma take turns transferring me and then disconnect. Then when I call back she/they don t say hello or anything just transfers me and elevator music starts playing. This happened 6 times. So I call over to the Chevy side and speak to a manager who says he will call over and talk to a manager and get us squared away. Then someone calls me and let s it ring once and hangs up. These days everyone needs business so I will take mine somewhere else.

Just wanted to share my recent experience and overall experiences. My family has been a customer at GPOLK for around 18 years. With having purchased a Dodge Dakota, Ford Fusion, Ford Taurus, Ford Escape, Ford F150, Chevy 1500, Ford Edge, and a Dodge 2500. My very first experience with the Ford service was top notch around 2002 or so. I had purchased a F150 at a Ford Dealer South of here, went to start it and the slave cylinder had went out on the truck, yes it was a manual transmission :) LOL. Within a hour they sent a wrecker to tow it to their Dealership, replaced the slave cylinder and I was back in business. Bryan and has been our sales person for the last four vehicles, he is very accommodating and will do what it takes to help a customer out. It says something about the whole dealership as a whole when the sales staff has little turn over. Over the years of course folks come and go, but Bryan as stayed the course and it shows. I have seen him juggle several customers at one time and always has a smile, and a handshake. We also have worked with Shawn and Trent on numerous purchases and they always shake your hand like a hand should be shook, and take their time to meet the customers needs, and of course many questions :) Working from home it is always nice to use their customer desk at the Ford Service waiting area, while awaiting service. and the internet access there is fast and easy to use. Many of the employees will say hi or stop by and chat. Attached is my daughters new Ford Edge, it is her first car and she had a HUGE smile on her face. Makes a Mom and Dad Proud. Lastly but certainly not least. a couple of years ago I went through a major medical illness that almost ended my life here on earth. I have attended church with both Trent and Shawn, and MR. Polk. After I got better I learned that they prayed for my family, THAT Meant so much to me.
