Amazing service! I had issues with my brakes and they were booked I explained that I can t be out driving with my babies if my brakes are bad if they could just look at it and make sure it s safe to drive. They did! Even had a few different workers drive it to give me a piece of mind.

On Mar 17, 2024, my wife s brand new GMC Denali broke down out of State. We were able to get her vehicle to Glenn Polk Chevrolet in Gainesville, TX. This was on a Sunday, so we would not be able to speak with the Dealer s Service Department until Monday morning. Monday morning before I could contact the Dealer, their Service Department Manger (Chris) contacted me by phone at 8 am. That was my first contact and experience with Glenn Polk Chevrolet. Chris was extremely polite, courteous and professional. He received my authorization to get stated on diagnosing the problem with my wife s vehicle. I was really impressed on how the Dealer made immediate contact with me, and immediately started diagnosing my vehicle, putting us first on their work orders for that day, which they did not have to do. Chris contacted me back that same afternoon and reported the issue found on the vehicle. He stated it required a specific part to fix the vehicle, which they researched Nation wide, to include with GMC Corporate, to try and find the part, so it could be shipped to them to install on our vehicle. He in formed me at that time, the part was currently unavailable, and even GMC did not know when it would be available. Chris informed me, he would personally contact me when they had received the much needed part. My wife and I then fortunately find a way back to our home in OK. During our waiting time for the part to be made available, Chris kept me informed of the status of the order. Chris later informed me, that the part would be made available on Apr 14 hopefully. On Apr 1, Chris contacted me and stated, they had finally received the part and our vehicle should be ready by the next day, it be later called me and informed me, his mechanics got right on installing the part, and they had our vehicle ready for pickup. Again, Glenn Polk Chevrolet got right on our issue and completed it in an extremely timely manner. We picked the vehicle up the next day. In closing, Glenn Polk Chevrolet went above and beyond my expectations in dealing with them! They were sincere in providing World Class Service to their customer! They showed true concern and compassion for our needs! Their Service Manger (Chris), was the best I ve ever had the privilege dealing with! Their total courtesy, kindness, compassion and professionalism more then exceeded our expectations! Chris needs to be commended and given a pay raise!

Highly recommend working with Cynthia. I told her exactly what wanted and she made it happen. I inquired, signed papers and drove off the lot within 2 hours. The quickest and best experience I ve ever had with a dealership.

I truly enjoy doing business with small town dealerships. Everyone there seems to care. A welcome switch to the runaround service you get at big city dealerships. Quotes at big city was a week to diagnose my check engine light and another to order parts and repair. But Glenn Polk diagnosed, repaired and a service in the same day. Yall keep being small town and I will give you all my business

Chris in service was excellent to work with! He was very informative and timely to set up my appointment and get the job done in the given time frame. Ricky was also great to provide a ride to and from the dealership. I will definitely recommend then and will be doing more business with Glenn Polk!

Our RV trip was lasting longer than I had planned and being over 1000 miles from home I called Glenn Polk Chevrolet for a much need tire rotation and fuel filter change. They scheduled me right away and I was in and out in no time! Staff was very professional and friendly! I am now on my way again! Thanks GP Chevrolet!

Orlando was great to work with. He listened to exactly what I was looking for and didn t try to push a particular type of vehicle on me. He showed me several to choose from and was very knowledgeable about each vehicle even in comparing them to each other. I love my Acadia!!

I was going through Gainesville with a load and my Pickup broke down after hours so I got a motel room, pulled in the next morning they got to it right away fixed the problem under warranty. Next time I m in the market for a vehicle I will give a shot because of their great service. I appreciate you guy.

We were on a family vacation and had truck problems on our way back home on Christmas day. Had to stay another day at hotel because everything was closed. Took in our vehicle the following day to Glenn Polk Chevrolet of Gainesville for a diagnostic check. Kudos to the service advisor (Shawn) for taking care of us that morning. He had our vehicle diagnosed and road ready in a couple of hours. Thank you so much for the awesome service! Would recommend their service department.

Pulled on the service drive, and couldn t get out of my vehicle due to having my baby with me. Waited a few minutes and no advisor came to greet me. Luckily I work at a dealership and know the drill, so I pulled around to the lube bay as I needed my air pressure checked, and Trent came out and asked me what I needed and got right to it. Thank you Trent for being attentive. Keeping my child and myself safe. You re amazing. ANNNNNDDDD edited to add, I drive a brand new Nissan. Not even a GM product, and he was still quick to help. Love it.

Our sales rep David Wilson was amazing! He did an incredible job of answering all of our questions and getting us into the perfect vehicle!Joe in finance finished it out with helping us get our purchase completed and warranty lined up! Would be remiss if we didn t include the detail team as they had the car cleaned up and ready to go when we completed the paperwork. By far the best experience we have ever had when making a vehicle purchase. We live an hour and a half away and the drive was worth it!! If you are in the market for a vehicle, this is absolutely the dealership to work with, and David is the sales rep to help you!!

Since we were from out of town, we did most correspondence through texts. By the time we arrived at the dealership, everything was ready to sign. We had pre-qualified with our bank, but Rickey suggested trying GM financing, which gave us a great deal. Rickey spent a great deal of time setting up "My Buick" on my phone, then explaining all the buttons in my new car. We greatly appreciated his attention toward us. He did an awesome job! It was a great experience and we love our new car!! Thank you Glenn Polk staff for making our experience seem effortless.

Dropped my car to be fixed. They called and said it was ready. I went to pick it up and it was still running the same way. I took my car back and Chris went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Since my rental car was up. He gave me one of their personal rentals to drive. Called me that afternoon and said he was throwing in an oil change and that my car would be fixed and ready the next day. I went to pick up the next day and my car is running like new again. I appreciate everything. They truly deserve this 5 star rating.

They diagnosed my truck that had a check engine light on and was in limp mode. They said it needed a nox sensor and new glow plugs. They replaced those items and truck has been running perfect. Great job and fast turnaround!

Everyone was so helpful & courteous. They brought me the car to test drive & when I went to the dealership, everything was ready to go. Shawn was great finding me a great deal. Tom went over all the features on the car. Hunter was very courteous & knowledgeable in finance. Joe helped reassure me I was making the right choice with my extended warranty. Great experience. Purchased a used Ram 2500 truck from here and I ll admit I was a little skeptically the internet salesman (Ben I believe) told me the price was higher than advertised, and wouldn t budge off the price at all. Then the next day informed me it was already sold. I called and spoke to someone else (I asked for a manager, not sure who I spoke to) directly and got a completely different treatment. Very easy to deal with. Drive 5hrs with a cashiers check to Gainesville to pick up the truck. Met with Johnny and he was extremely pleasant to deal with and allowed me and my wife to drive the vehicle by ourselves so we could discuss. The truck had a few things that I noticed, but David West one of the managers quickly offered to either fix them, or send me a refund back (since I had a cashiers check for the exact amount). I was hesitant because you hear horror stories. Went ti finance dept to finalize and that too was extremely easy. Left with my new/used truck, and a hat. Will be contacting these guys again when the time comes to purchase another. Thanks Johnny (salesman), David West (Manager) and F&I guy, best experience ever at a dealership!

I recently purchased a new vehicle at this dealership (GP Chevrolet, Gainesville) I was very satisfied with the entire process. Before this purchase, I had several vehicles serviced at the dealership on vehicles that were not purchased there ( because we just moved here) and we were always treated as though those vehicles were purchased from the dealership. I highly recommend Glen Polk for purchasing a vehicle or getting one serviced.
