Does not seem normal to keep a traveling band from Alabama bus for a month leaving them stranded and not work on it for weeks and does not offer reasonable communication except when you are called only to repeatedly say working on it when clearly it has not been when they ve been back to check on in person. You are full of excuses! There is ZERO sense of urgency for them. If you don t know what you re doing and can t fix it- say so! They can actually get it somewhere else to get back on the road to play their gigs. You are messing with an entire band s livelihood! Do better!

I had excellent customer service when my car needed to be towed and repaired! Driver got there in a timely manner and the repair was done a couple days after parts were received. Thank you Reece, Bobby, and Stan!!

I pre paid $2,000.00 to have a large truck towed to Stillwater okla. Over a year ago. The owner said it was too wet to pick the truck up at that time it was. After it dried up I called him back and a Female employee his big trailer he needed to use wold be back that week. I agree to the next week. "10 months ago but they no showed. Every time you call me, she tells me she will leave him in the message and she is even getting rude to me. Because I keep calling and I'm putting them on the spot because it is time to have that done or give me back my money. They do not keep their words. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!

My clutch went out on my truck,,2 weeks later finallygot my truck,,then 2weeks after that my transmission separated from the bellhousing,,head mechanic Stan,told me to get it to a shop,and they will not standbehind their work,,tramission had 2 bolts holding it

We were out of town when we had a blow out on the highway in construction and had to drive a mile on it, called Gilbert s and they were quick! JC was amazing! So kind and considerate, my mother in law is disabled and he helped her get into and out of the wrecker when we were towed to the only open tire shop on a Sunday! His wife was also so sweet! We couldn t have been helped by a couple more nice than these two. If you need service in the Gainesville area don t hesitate to call them, definitely worth the 5 startsService: Car towing

As far as heavy towing, these guys are top notch. My fuel tank fell off goin up 35, the brought a wrecker out within 45 minutes, towed me to there shop and had me back goin within 2 hrs. The guys were all courteous, helpful, and diligent. Their prices were super fair, they didn t gouge me any. Will definitely keep them in mind if I ever need anything around Gainesville

They picked up my truck due to an accident when they picked it up it was missing some things that they took away when I tried to talk and solve the problem the owner of the place behaved very rudely hung up the call I tried to talk again and the AII workers were very rude I asked to talk with the owner and they had a very rude attitude

This company was fast. JC himself was awesome. He was friendly and informative. Not only did he handle our tire change to a spare with a quickness but also pointed us in the right direction to get a new tire even though it was night time so we could get home safely. He came ready with the proper tools to remove a stripped lug nut and showed genuine concern that we would be driving nearly a 100 miles additional from where we broke down. I was rear-ended and had Gilbert's tow my vehicle to their shop. JC was the nicest person to me during the whole ordeal and took extra time to make sure I was taken care of! Later when I went to the tow yard to retrieve my belongings JC is the one who helped me again and I just can't begin to tell him how thankful I was for his service! In short: Kind, fast response, long hauling, and professionalSaved our night! My family and I were stranded in Gainesville at the middle of the night and this company helped tow my car to my final destination, which is +100 miles away. Otherwise I thought that I d have to settle for a near by mechanic and leave my car there until the mechanic opens. My insurance is the one that connected me to this company. I m so blessed that this this happened as I m sure that there aren t many tow truck companies that would be willing to drive +100 miles in the middle of a night. The driver was also very caring and made me feel better about the situation I was in.We got lucky getting a tow truck driver that was caring and willing to take on a long ride to our final destination.

They're always very friendly and helpful people. Everytime I have locked myself out of my vehicle, they have sent the same man. He is always friendly, helpful and courteous. All I have to say is: tell him it's Sharon Rose again and he knows exactly where to go and what to expect. No judgements, just good service.Thank you for always being there for me when I need help.

Let me start by saying the employee I dealt with was respectful, professional and courteous the entire time. Having said that, this place is about as close to legalized robbery as it gets. I paid almost $300 to get my car back from them.

Losing a wheel on a trailer while traveling I35 is not a pleasant experience. J.C. of Gilbert Wrecker very politely gathered necessary details, appeared in a very surprisingly timely manner, loaded our trailer with care, took us to a reputable nearby repair place. What a pleasant experience, for being in this situation!

We got a flat and the company my insurance tried to send would have taken 2 hours called these guys and they showed up in about 30 mins. The driver was very nice and my husband enjoyed talking motors with him. Hopefully I won t need y all again, but if I m ever passing through Gainesville and need help I know who I ll call!

We had a blowout with a super heavy load on our gooseneck. They sent us out a super friendly driver and he got us fixed up, stayed for our safety checks and led us back on the road safely. Semi truck driver here. I blew a turbo @ I-35 exit 5 in Oklahoma and called on Gilbert towing to get me back to Dallas. Their tow truck got to me in about an hr. The hook up to my truck and loaded trailer (42k in trailer) went smooth. They got me back to Dallas no problems and at A REALLY GOOD PRICE! Service was top notch and professional. I highly recommend this wrecker.Service: Long distance hauling

As a female truck driver, there us still some "old boy" mentality. The driver for Gilbert was professional. Even though he tried everything I had tried, I understood. Never hurts to be sure. He was gentle with my truck. Pulled her out of the mud in just a few minutes. He even waited to make sure I could complete a turn around and not get stuck again. I live in the country on a narrow dirt road.

I first requested road side assistance for a flat tire, my tire couldn t hold air and I didn t have a spare, I was out in the middle of no where and Stan came and waited with me for the other tow truck to show up. There is nothing else to describe these people other than crooks. I had a bad wreck with my truck and horse trailer. I was not asked what towing company I'd like to use, this one was picked for me. My vehicle and trailer were both totaled but my trailer did not have insurance. They gave me three options, tow it to someone to fix it, sell it to someone to part it out, or give them the title and they'd call it even. I first thought, well give them the title is the easiest, but I decided I wanted to see if it was fixable. After speaking with a repair guy he said he would pay the fees and give me a little more than what I probably owed in fees. I called up to Gilbert's and asked how much I owed and what they needed to release it. They told me I owed 311.55 and it was 21.65 dollars in fees per day to keep in there. I met the repair person up there to get the trailer that same day an hour later and a guy got up to make a phone call came, back and all of a sudden there was an extra "ticket" they claimed they hadn't seen and then the bill went up to 860 bucks. These people are as crooked as the letter C. I will be doing my research to make sure that they know they cannot screw just anyone over. To be able to look in the mirror at yourself for taking advantage of people in unfortunate situations disgusts me. What goes around comes around.

We were coming down I35 when a semi jackknifed across the entire roadway in an ice storm this morning. That wrecker operator was so fast and efficient! We were amazed how he got the semi straightened around and pulled off the Interstate in record time! I think it was about five minutes with the semi occasionally sliding cross ways across the ice while he pulled it off the road to the ramp. Great expertise!

If you have a choice, DO NOT choose Gilbert! Literally any other towing company will be better! Gilbert has the most ridicously rude, arrogant staff you could imagine. Their ability to price gouge is at level 1,000! For a simple tow bill in town, $280! Very next week, Bob Lemons towed the very same car approximately thr same distance. $175! Now that makes you wonder, what kind of additional service were provided for this extra $105 charge? Did they detail clean it? No, actually dirtied it up considerably more. Did they fix my low tire, or even attempt to tell me it was low? Exactly the opposite, they acted offended when i asked if they could lend me a hand in changing it. It is mind blowing that people would ever choose this place...
