Place has always been awesome. Easy to get to. Fast in and out times. Speedy service. Always finds issue and fixes to completion..Highly recommend if you own a BMW, come here. Chuck is fantastic and has done better with my Audi than any other shop I ve taken it to. He s always honest with me and so helpful. I ll never take my car anywhere else.

Brought my Jetta in here for the first time a cpl of days ago and things didn't go as planned. I scheduled an appointment for some yearly maintenance and there was some confusion & the wrong maintenance got performed. But Amanda & David were very professional about it and didn't charge me and relayed to me that the other maintenance I thought I needed was not required for another 13 thousand miles.They were so kind and straightforward with me, something you hardly ever see in other mechanic shops. I will definitely will be taking my vehicle here for as long as I'm in the area, they are top notch

The entire team at German Auto are such a pleasure to work with. I live an hour away and drive my car to them for any/all service related I need done. No one except them will ever service my car. Very honest and reliable.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

German Auto Works is a great garage. They are always very friendly and professional. My Mercedes is always fixed right and not at the dealer prices. Love them.

Really wonderful family-owned business out in Gainesville. Can't stress enough how well they treated me during my visit. Went out of their way to make sure I knew what was going on, and gave me a fair price for the services.

my Mercedes was having some problems and Chuck the owner and the other got it assistant him took that time and went over and researched and told me what was wrong I really appreciate that service very from the family-owned business if you ever in Gainesville Texas and you have a problem look these guys up

German Auto Works is the only place I will bring my GTI. They are VW certified and they do great work at a much lower cost than the dealership.
