I've been to other places, but if you're looking for accurate measurements and friendly services at the right price, this is your place. I've had a huge window replaced, a full sized sheet mirror installed, and a shower door custom made. Just won't go anywhere else. It like home here!

Yancey was always on time and show up when he said he was going to show up. He was polite and worked fast and efficiently. He replaced one broken window and four screens of ours from hail damage. He came and measured our windows and brought new ones back 2.5 weeks later. I would use their service again.

Put new one in, air leak. Pulled again , now head liner loose. They said they didn't do it. Well still have air leaking. Says my car old. No, their work.

Gainesville Glass Co installed custom made retractable screens for my back patio. Outstanding job from start to finish! After the install I was thrilled with what I thought was finished product but it wasn t good enough for Brian. He stayed extra to tweak a cosmetic function of the screen only the trained eye could see. I appreciate the thoroughness and extremely happy with the customer service. I would not hesitate to do business with Gainesville Glass Company again. Thanks you!

I went here on Saturday at 1030am to see about getting my window regulator put on.they quoted me a price of$75 but said he didn't have the time to fix it because they closed at noon, so I drove to Abel's and for $5 dollars more they put my new regulator on and I was out the door by noon.

I m glad I took my truck there to fix my windshield. The price was reasonable, he was nice, friendly, and played some cool music. I was in and out within 45 minutes or so. I d recommend him!

UPDATE: 3/3/21 One of the windows installed had finger prints inside the double pane, so this company ordered another one. I'm told that 2nd one arrived with prints in it as well and the company said they will reorder it once more. Here we are almost four months later and still nothing.So much for stating below "if you want the project done right!".We purchased 11 custom new windows for our 17 year old home. Kristine Lopez, kept us updated on their production and estimated installment date. Tony came to install them with his team and they were very professional and respectful in wearing a face mask, all the whileCleaning up as they proceeded installing a window at a time. All were installed the same day! I highly recommend this company and their associates if you want the project done right!Service: Installation

Very overpriced. I have used them twice. First time was for some plexiglass. Every piece was cut larger than I requested. When I called about it, they said they cut them larger to be on the safe side. The second time was for glass. Not only was it cut to the wrong size, it wasn't even square. One side was a half inch longer than the other side. How can that even happen? And they don't even bother to tape the edges. They just hand you the sharp, cut glass for you to carry bare handed. $37 for a 2' x 2' picture frame glass is crazy, even if it was cut right.

Made appt, they were ready and waiting. Install looks great BUT found some broken glass pieces on floor as soon as I opened back door at home. I m concerned.

Such good service from these folks, and really good pricing. They recently replaced the windshield in one of our vehicles. It was quick and easy. Highly recommend this company.

Went in and told the nice lady at the front desk I needed a windshield replacement, and the guy showed up to do the work with a attitude then drops the f*** bomb to another employee saying that my windshield was not a emergency and that it was a waste of his time. I ll take my business elsewhere, hopefully the guy gets fired because everyone else in the shop was very professional and nice.

Got a back window replaced. Called up, got it scheduled, got it done. Price was what they quoted and got it done on time. The place is not fancy, but the got the job done.
