A rock fell off the tow truck and hit my new car. We told the owner he said Not my problem He was absolutely rude about it.

On November 15, Flex Services picked up my Ram dually from Thackerville, OK, & delivered it to Plano. The rear wheel studs broke off, so there were no back wheels on the passenger side. The drivers (my son clarified it was not Logan) did a great job of getting the truck onto & off the tow truck without causing any more damage. However, the price I was quoted for the work, which was $100/hr, was not honored. A job that should have taken less than two hours was stretched to four hours. The driver said he needed to go back to the 'yard' for something, & he didn't arrive at my home until 4 hrs later. My son was at the pickup & made it home in less than two hours, so the driver should have, as well. I also noticed he didn't write in the price he charged me, which was $400, so I had to request he do so. I have no complaints about the quality of work, but I don't appreciate the way business was done & that the price I was quoted was not honored.REPLY: I was fine with a quote of $100/hr, as I stated above, but I was NOT fine with your driver returning to the yard for whatever reason he did, which delayed his arrival to my home. There was no adjustment made for that time. My son even asked for clarification & if the driver would stop the time while he went back to the office. I reached out to him by phone twice before he left coming to my home, well over 30 mins later. Yes, I agreed to a max of $400, but if I'm quoted by the hour, the expectation is just that the driver would bring the truck directly to my home, not stretch the time to meet the $400 max.

This company is awful! The tow truck driver said he would pull the truck over once the truck was over he said he had possession of it and made the family pay 175 dollars for 100 yards when they family denied being towed!! Don t trust the drivers!

Nathan and all the folks at Flex Services were absolutely the best people I could've found for helping me, I had a wheel bearing go on a fifth wheel RV and they helped me immensely over two days ordering a couple of bearings cuz we checked another wheel and it was going as well and they sorted it out told me the best places to eat and they are the friendliest crew out there.

Mr. Toby was incredibly nice and professional. We were pleased to work with him on the purchase of our New Delco trailer today! If your looking for an Honest dealer this is your place. We just moved to the area and they made us customers for life. Kelsey covered all of our paperwork very quickly! And Chet made us feel very valued. This was a great experience and great team to work with.

Had a breakdown passing through, they performed a pretty major repair on my trailer and made me the priority to get me back on the road. Super friendly, fair, and shuffled work around to get me going. Would recommend stopping for any trailer repair or purchase.

Well DONE! They didn't even charge me to tell me what needed fixed, and were HONEST with the options & suggestions. We decided to do something different, so I offered to pay for their 'shop time' but Nathan nor Angie either one wouldn't have it. Rare find for such service / care.We know where we're going ANYTIME my family / network needs any trailer / truck / towing assistance. For SURE!!

We had axle issues with our camper trailer. Our front axle went out on our camper in Northern Oklahoma. We called Chet and he explained to us what to do in order to get it home. We got it back home to find out our trailer weight was more than what the axles on our camper was rated for. Chet advised us to upgrade our axles to 7K and put bigger tires and wheels on it to try to help from having this issue again. We did just that and couldn t be more pleased with our decision.Kelsey worked with insurance on trying to make it an easy process and did a great job. They had our camper out in a timely manner and the quality of work was top notch. We will most definitely use them for every repair needed in the future.

This is an awesome case of under promise, OVER deliver! Walked in when I saw their new sign on the 82 and was met by the big booming smile of Chet, the Operations Manager. Even though they were in the midst of their grand opening he welcomed me cheerfully and agreed to take on my trailer issues. After just a few days I had my trailer back, fixed up and operating perfectly, at a price that was UNDER what he quoted me at checkin. Who does that?! Great place, great people, do yourself a favor and trust your next trailer repair to these folks, you won t be disappointed!

Came into this shop with a leaking axle seal. He charged me 4700 for all this. Ended up having the trailer brakes, seals and bearing redone. When I call the shop owner up a week later for warranty problems because the brand new bearing he installed on my trailer shredded causing a lot of damage to the spindle and axle. He blames me for his poor work and refused to cover the whole 3200 dollar repair bill I have from his poor work and says he will only cover a very very small portion of the damage he caused. Stay away from this shop unless you want to have it done twice. The owner I cant remember his name seems like a nice honest guy when you met him but he is a wolf in sheep's clothing.

Rv broken down on the freeway. They helped get it back to their shop, replace bearings and got us back on the road very quickly. Best bunchof people we have meet in a very long time. Thank you for being so kind, friendly and caring. You guys are the best. Very highly recommended .

I needed a trailer brake controller installed on my 2019 Ford Ranger. No one in the area would do it and some who specialize in trailer services wouldn't even return my calls. These guys said no problem and did the job in half an hour.Very professional install. I am a very happy customer and highly recommend them.

If you need heavy truck towing call Flex Services FIRST! I made the mistake of calling some other companies in the area.. super unprofessional. Flex was amazing to work with and helped me out.
