King's was fantastic while working on my car! They were able to identify and fix the issue with clarity and transparency I haven't seen at other shops. Labor cost is quite reasonable, especially when you consider the level of service I received for that price. I'm very confident in their work and would not hesitate to use them again.They were able to do a smoke test on my emissions system, which is something the other shops I'd called couldn't do. They also double-checked the part I was ordering myself so that we could be confident it would be the right one. I was treated with all the respect and consideration you'd want in a shop rather than talked down to for simply being a woman. 100% recommend.

Amazing guys and amazing mechanics!! Super honest!! Will not rip you off!!We have been bringing our trucks and cars here for a long time and they always fix our vehicles. We will always bring our vehicles here, and will always recommend them to everyone.

My son went to Oklahoma from Spring, Texas yesterday and then on his way back his Toyota started overheating. He was in Gainesville, so we looked up the nearest repair facility to him. Kings popped up along with Cam's. I called Cam's and he said he was way to backed up and to call Kings. Great thing I did as they understood he was a bit stranded. They explained everything in detail and Jordan and the crew took great care of him. He was back on the road home in no time with a minimal bill. I am so appreciative of the whole crew at Kings. I wish we could put 20 stars instead of 5. Thanks again.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Really disappointed in this business! Needed some work done on my GMC Denali Read Reviews and decided to try them Went in gave them our name & phone # Receptionist was SUPPOSED to call Us back & make an appointment ..Almost 2 Weeks NO Call back , Mike called to check with them , Receptionist Was Like Yea I saw the Note I ll Call You Back 3 WEEKS Later still no call back You Got to be Kidding Me .. !it s So Nice to Know Your Over Whelmed with Business, that Your Unable to take on on a New Customer!Being Self-Employed Ourselves , We know how things can get Hectic , Pick Up the Phone .. it s Called a Courtesy Call !Receptionist Should Be Shown the Exit Door ..

Complete Auto gave us such piece of mind! On our cross country road trip from MN to Texas our check engine light came on and we started to have an issues with how our vehicle started after fueling up. Driving through the night put us in Gainesville in the morning so without knowing any local shops we took to the internet to find somewhere to take the car for an evacuation and if we were lucky enough, a repair. Given we were passing through we didn t have high expectations that we d get a same day repair though so already began talking about plans to stay in the area if it meant we could be fortunate enough to get a next day repair. We walked into the office and were greeted without any judgment or irritation for just showing up and asking for help. The receptionist got our details and within 15 minutes their mechanic was scanning and evaluating the car. Once the problem was identified the mechanic explained our issue to us including details on the availability of the part that he d already checked on. Within the hour they had us evaluated, repaired, and back on the road. The mechanic was honest in the repair he did and repaired just what was needed and didn t take advantage of our situation as people who were in a tough spot on a road trip. Their kind, honest, and quality service was such a blessing in our little hiccup in our trip. I d absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs service!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Truck broke down on the way to Dallas from OK, had it towed to their place. Went by first thing in the morning, Jordan drove me back to my hotel and looked at it within 30 minutes and had my fuel pump replaced within 5 hours. Considering it was a Monday and I was stranded, I really appreciate the honest and diligent service provided so I could get back home as soon as possible!

I had a wonderful experience with this place. I had something going on with my car that I was unsure of. They were able to check it out and get it fixed in the same day, even though it was last minute. They were very nice and made sure I got where I needed to go without my car. Highly recommend coming here for your auto needs and I will definitely use their services again.

Needed a quick brake light and gear check. Came early when they opened and they took a look right then. The mechanic was able to quickly diagnose my car s problem, get the part ordered within a few minutes, and get my car fixed the same day. The longest part of the wait was waiting on the part. They are reasonable in their pricing and they provided quick service to get me on my way. I will definitely be coming to them for my future auto needs. The staff is very friendly and you can tell they take pride in their work. Highly recommend!

This is a very professional business. Jordan was the mechanic that worked on our daughter's car thatlost power Sunday driving from OK to visit with us. I am so glad we found Complete Auto Service. Jordan worked tirelessly replacing the alternator and computer on her car. I recommend this business to allmy friends needing car repairs in the Sherman area.I would give more than five stars if allowed.Thank you for the excellent service Jordan. We are from out of town and unfamiliar with the area, our car overheated thankfully we found this great repair shop that took care of us. We were out in less than two hours, friendly atmosphere and attentive to the whole family. Chris was very helpful and explained everything great. I will definitely recommend them and use them in the future, reasonable prices and very professional!

Traveling through Gainsville when check engine, emission issue, and transmission warning lights came on. Checked repair shop ratings and locations, I was 1/2 a mile away from Kings. They worked my car in for a text drive and diagnostics with in a hour of me walking in the door. Gave me several options and had replacement censer on the way. Censer was delayed from original estimated time but once it arrived job was completed quickly. Family owned/operated business and it shows. If I lived close they would get all my mechanic work.

As I was driving from KS to TX, my car decided to overheat so no AC in the 110+ degree temps w/4 kids in the car. I called Kings Auto after a random Google search, Chris answered and was super friendly and willing to take a look. Mind you, I called at 445 pm knowing they closed in 45 mins on a Friday and I was still probably 20 mins or so away. I finally got there and was welcomed like they knew me. Chris stayed late and helped get us back on the road safely. Then Monday morning, I get a call from a 940 area code and wonder "who is that?" Kings Auto asking if we made it home ok. That right there is going above and beyond. Definitely great service here!

My family and I have taken several of our vehicles (both foreign & domestic) to King's Garage many times over the last 7 or 8 years and have always had excellent service at a great price. These people are very knowledgeable and have always explained in great detail when making a repair. They give great advice on avoiding future problems as well to help save money down the road. I would highly recommend this garage for your next repair!

Professional and competent. I have a couple older vehicles that have been in for various repairs. I have been extremely impressed with the work and care they take of my vehicles. Driving in ice cold a/c 2 months after they fixed it still makes me happy with the job they did. This is the best the system has worked in years. Thank you!

As a full-time employed Diesel Mechanic mechanic, I would recommend King's Garage a family owned and operated business. When I was two hours away from home and my toolbox, I decided to stop by King's Garage to price my issue. The mechanic who helped me was honest, friendly, and most importantly the price I received was unreal!! I love working on my own cars but would definitely take my car here again and again!

We were headed south on I-35 on our way to start our vacation and our AC belt broke. We Googled King's and were impressed with the reviews. We managed to get the car there and they were able to repair our vehicle quickly and at a more than reasonable rate. Chris and David are awesome! I highly recommend King's Garage!

No words can express the gratitude we have for Sandy and Chris. Not only did they stay late when we broke down, Chris drove us to a hotel so we didn t have to walk. This company knows Texan hospitality. We would recommend a hundred times over.

Can t say enough good things about this shop. I m from out of town and broke down while traveling. I was able to get towed to them and they took care of the problem. While we had to wait until the next day for a part, they went above and beyond and drove me to a local hotel and also picked me back up the next day. Fair pricing, honest work and Great Customer Service, who could ask for more!!

Nice experience working with Chris. He helped me clear the codes from the engine light, checked under the hood to check other components. Also him checking out the battery; helped me save a least 100.00 for a new battery and the best thing of all is that he didn't charge me anything but a handshake. 100% recommend them.

We had major auto problems while traveling northbound on I-35 and had to be towed to the nearest auto repair shop in Gainsville, TX. We were blessed to be "lead" to Kings Garage where we met the most wonderful, Christian people.Chris was the mechanic that worked on my car, a very knowledgeable and respectful young man that we were very impressed with. David was equally kind and knowledgeable.They did some repairs on my car and went above and beyond what most places would do.Chris is our hero for all he did to help us... Our experience with Complete Auto Care provided us with an incredible experience. We felt they went out of their way to help us fix our vehicle and treated us with a genuine care for our safety and respect. We had an emergency and our tow didn't drop us off til closing time. Still, Chris stayed after hours and helped with our situation. They went above and beyond.

I can't say enough here now for all the Help I received at Kings Complete Auto Service . They did a complete install of my Air Conditioner System . Chris and Jordan are 2 of the Best you could have working on your vehicle . If I could give more stars I would! I found out about kings after my truck caught on fire and nobody else in Gainesville or Sherman wanted to takel the project. Chris was so knowledgeable about confident in himself that I felt very comfortable giving him the job. Insurance allowed up to $23,000 to fix my truck... Chris got it done for around $15,000! I've taken my truck and wife's car there ever since. I highly recommend kings Automotive for any project.

They were really great picked my car up at my home took it in and repaired damage by rodent chewing on the wiring. They ordered a device that attaches to the motor and stops them from damaging the wiring. A year later we have not had any problems. I would highly recommend them for any service needed.

We were staying at Winstar and I knew I had a major coolant system leak. Took my truck to King's and they tested it immediately, and found it needed a new radiator. It was Friday around 1pm, and after I told them I had to check out and hit the road the next day, they assured me they could get it done (although I could tell they were busy). So I went to the casino to forget my auto troubles, and it wasn't even 2 hours later and they were all done! I can't tell you how much I appreciate these guys! I would definitely recommend them...very honest and a pleasure to give them my business.

They are a very good family owned company ... which means that they will stay in business forever. They can fix every thing for you and if they can't they will refer you to somebody they trust. I have a very long list of repairs and other projects for so far two automobiles. But they are very patient and understanding. I have to schedule appointments in advance. That is no problem, but the main inconvenience is that they have limited hours open.

Highly recommend this garage. My radiator went out and I had to have it replaced. I called in ahead of time and they had the radiator ready and waiting to be installed. The mechanics here are very knowledgeable and friendly......the price wasn't too bad either. This is where I will be bringing my car from now on.
