It seems like when the vehicles need work done to em, it all happens at once. Which can be stressful. I came across CBJ by word of mouth and they did not disappoint. Replaced my front struts on Betty White (Tacoma) with an alignment. Mount and balance with a much needed alignment on my wife s BMW. Thank you CBJ. I appreciate y all.

These guys are very nice to work with they go out of their way to make sure that you get exactly what you want it usually takes less than an hour to get new tires installed

Very fast, as soon as I arrived the appointment that was scheduled was not there yet so they put me and it didn't take them before they had both alignments done and not a bad price. We will continue to use them.

Was referred to this place by my local mechanic Jimmy Castillo and I can let you know he was right. They are the best in town. I came in for an alignment and they took me in right away. We didn t have to wait long and the customer service was excellent. The price was reasonable also. Love this place. I highly recommend them for alignment service.

Took my car there to have a front brake job. Picked up the car and the brakes were squealing loudly. Called them and they said to give it time for the new brakes to "wear in". Happened to take my car to the mechanic for another problem. During their multipoint inspection, they noticed the brakes squealing and inspected them. They found that the brake pads had been replaced but that the rotors were badly grooved and had not been turned or replaced during the last brake job. Results of inspection along with photos of the rotor and brake pads attached in photo.

Had the tow truck drop me off from a blow out, they had two new tires on my truck within an a hour!! Truck actually handles better than it ever has now!

Had new tires put on my car today and my car drives perfect now. No more vibrations at all. The price is awesome and the owner is very nice and the guys who work there are friendly an very nice. All of my tire business has been there an will continue from now on. Thanks guys, y'all are awesome.

I may have found a new mechanic. He fixed a problem with my truck for inspection. It only took him about 30-45 minutes.. which he thought would take longer. And the cost was very reasonable! Thank you very much..Shaun!

We were traveling and needed tires for our cargo trailer. They took us right in and had us back on the road in 30 minutes. Very knowledgeable about the tires and great customer service. I highly recommend this shop. Seem like very trustworthy people. Family ran. Great people.

Outstanding service! Had a blowout on I-35 and limped into the store. They took me right in, put on a new tire and had me back on the road in 30 minutes! They went above and beyond!!

This place is awesome. Found a nail in my tire and got to them 40 minutes before they closed. They fit me in after about 15 minutes and had me on my way before they closed. Owner/Manager (not sure) was super nice, salt of the earth type of guy. I live in Dallas, but I think I will drive up to Gainesville the next time I need to replace all 4 tires based on the way I was treated.

They'll get you in quick I had a big problem they fixed it for me no-questions-asked went to have my alignment checked and that charge for a full alignment said there was nothing wrong with it watch them turning wrenches on it paid for the second alignment no problems now only thing give a printout of specs per your alignment rack before and after I asked what the specs were and I got told it was good we straighten your steering wheel I'm still going to charge you for an alignment though

The best customer service I ve had in years!My husband I were traveling through Gainesville with 3 horses in the trailer and our 5 week old son when we got a flat tire. I called and told them the situation, without hesitation they said they would take care of us right away. Once we made it to the shop, two employees came out right away and started working on the tire. We were in and out in less then an hour. I couldn t be more grateful to them. I can t recommend this company enough!!

Sent wife in to get tires. Not only did they over charge her for low budget tires but they lost our locking lug nuts and sent her home with only 4 lug nuts on each tire instead of 5. Called them regarding missing lug nuts and all they said was to come back and they would address the issue when the other two tires came in. Went back when other tires came in and not only did they charge her even more for the same tire as before but there were missing lug nuts again and the ones they did manage to get on were not even torqued to correct specs. Called back again to advise of problem and was told that mistakes happen and what did I want them to do about it ! Would not recommend this shop to anyone ! Buyer beware

This guys are very efficient and affordable. For the same service at the Ford dealer, the price CBJ charged was more than half the cost of Fords. They also had the work done in 30 minutes. Ford wanted me to leave the truck and couldn't commit to a repair time (or day). A special thanks to Shawn.. Excellent quality work. Ron-

I scheduled an appointment and they were on time and I didn't have to wait for service. Overall they were very busy so parking was my only hassle. They got me in and out of there in under 20 minutes! They are very professional and have good quality work

These people are always so delightful and reasonable priced. As a woman it is always refreshing to be treated with respect when dealing with automotive issue. I've been here for alignments, tires and inspections and it's always easy!!

Popped a tire in the right place, because the owner (I assume) of the shop noticed me changing it in a parking lot near by and offered to help. They patched it in less than 20 mins to get me back on my way and it only cost me $15. Genuine people and fast work
