Would have given 10 if possible, and since anything is possible you can find the additional 5 's below. Driving a Land Rover I can not go anywhere to get my oil change, because most places do not have parts needed to service Land Rover on hand. These folks did!! Angela and the guys here got us taken care lickety split!! The gentleman that did the oil change recognized a potential issue with our vehicle coming up. They notified us and we're able to get us taken care of with that too!! Way to go guys!! We will be back!! Thank you! See ya soon! The Bonsalls

My daughter's car slung the serpentine belt on the interstate. The car was taken here by our warranty company for the work. They wanted to charge me $290 for a belt. After taking the car to another shop, we found out the tensioner went bad, which is what threw the belt off. I paid $0 out of pocket and my warranty company took care of everything. I wouldn't get my oil changed here.

I seriously can't say enough good things about this place! I've taken cars to nearly every other place in town in the last decade, and for the best repair and maintenance experience, Castrol is definitely it! They are always honest, affordable, fast, and reliable whenever I need a repair.Big thanks especially to Ryan, Dalton, and Kara, who have provided countless words of wisdom and endless guidance when it comes to my old car. Great place to get something more than an oil change. They also do provide oil change for about the same pace as the drive in oil changes

While driving through the area my car broke down. This shop worked hard to help me and get me back on the road as quick as they could. The employees were incredibly kind and straightforward and honest about what they thought about what my car needed. No one talked down to me and the service was exceptional. If I lived in town, this is where I would do all of my repairs. I recommend it to anyone in the area. I could tell the employees care about their community and the cars they were working on. Someone please explain how these people charged me $7 for a bulb needed to pass inspection (that I never confirmed that I wanted btw) and then charged $19 in labor to put that bulb in. I definitely won t be making that mistake again. I highly recommend hogans for oil change though

Now THIS place knows how to treat customers. The technicians I interacted with were friendly, personable, and professional. The technician who was directly helping me, Thomas, was great! He was kind, knowledgeable, and informative and I wanted to give him his due credit. I actually ended up at this establishment after another local shop treated me poorly. Needless to say, Castro Premium Lube Express is my new go-to! Thank you, guys! A true testament that customer service does actually still exist in some businesses!

Unfortunately, this business did not honor it's price match guarantee.I presented a quote for a transfer case replacement from a competitor. Understand, I only needed the service of transfer case removal and replacement, (I purchased the part through an aftermarket company).After speaking with the attendant over the phone, I was told she would speak the mechanic and the service manager to schedule when I could bring the car in the requested service.I waited two days and called back only be informed it was decided the owner and the mechanic assigned to the project that because I purchased the part, they couldn't make enough of a profit to honor the price match guarantee and would not repair my car.No other alternative was offered, so I have no other choice but to give them an unsatisfactory review.I expected more from a nationally recognized company such as Castro, but I guess I was wrong to think they would honor their guarantee.I would like to add, I followed-up with Mr. Green concerning their policy and appreciate the time he took explaining the price-matching policy works for his business. Though there were times his thoughts on the matter were conceived as accusational, I understand, he has a business to run.He must also understand that I have a family to feed as well and my intention was not to take money from his overall profits, but to lessen the amount of money I have to spend for the repair needed for my car.The quote you received from me was the quote rendered from the other repair center. Any other explanation would be false, as explained in our conversation.I was willing to listen and work with Mr. Green on coming up with a quote that would have been suitable for both parties, but as he mentioned to me repeatedly; too much had happened between both parties and he feared it would not have a good outcome.I learned alot through what transpired and I understand I must continue to research what is needed, specify exactly what service(s) I want performed, and demand transparent cost of service(s).I'm sorry this didn't work out Ryan. I honestly believe your repair shop provides good service.

Ryan..... Top notch service.Had to leave my truck at this shop overnight, since I had no where else to tow it to, being that I am from out of town. Thank you for working with my auto warranty company and getting the repairs to my truck done. Appreciate the service and the friendliness I received as soon as I stepped out of my vehicle. Work was done quick and professionally. My vehicle was ready to get back on the road the same day. Keep up the good work and keep being weird my friend.Service: Engine repair

Been taking my cars here for a long time. Always great service and friendly in the past.Went in for an oil change. Car was running poorly. Checked and both bolts holding my mass air flow sensor were missing and the MAF was just bouncing around in my intake. Don't take you car here.

The guys stayed late to change my oil and every one was very friendly, 3 years later and still 5 start for filling up my fluid during an inspection and always getting the job done quickly

I started using this place after getting feed up with Walmarts lack luster service. Walmart takes forever to service your vehicle. And that is pretty consistent to. I've been there several times. Anyway, Castrol is way faster and have very knowledgeable staff with ASE certified staff and mechanics on duty. Very friendly to. I am now a repeat customer.

I sat in the parking lot and waited for more than 10 minutes and then had to go find someone to get help when I first arrived, when I showed up the next day to get my vehicle I couldn't find anybody and they had not entered any of my vehicle information into the computer nor had they given me an oil change sticker. Took more than 20 minutes to find someone and complete being able to pick my vehicle up they had from early the previous day to get everything done Their service quality has definitely gone downhill

Ryan and his staff always take great care of me and my family. Many times they have given me a ride when I had to leave my car, and I always know that they are being honest and doing all they can to help me. As a person who doesn't know a whole lot about cars, it's great to have a company that I know will do right.

I was there with my daughter's car on 6/25 to get it inspected as she was home from college. I also got an oil change and the cooling system recharged. The guy that waited on me was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Will use them again today for my car. I never write reviews, but this place deserves a good one.

I had a fuel leak out of a fuel filter. I drive a Ford F 250 diesel. Not everybody works on especially on a Saturday. I'm so impressed with the whole experience. They got me in quick and took great care of my truck. Thank you gentlemen for all you accomplished!

In and out quickly. I had my kids and dogs in the truck, they didnt mind at all. Oil change went quick but price was a little more than Walmart but then again I didnt have to deal with walmart so it's very worth it! Bringing my wife's car here here to get hers done as well. Very soon. They even offered to help me find a leak that I have in my power steering system. Above and beyond customer service. Very nice and courteous.
