I went to this establishment please guys don t go here,I had the most horrific experience this people will take your good tires and replaced them with one of theirs, I had almost had an accident in the tollway because of them ,I purchased front 2 tires and then,I saw them taking all my tires apart which, I thought it was unusual and then put two different tires on the back please check your tires before you leave make sure those are your tires this people don t care if your life is in danger.

These guys are great! They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied! My purchase was all labor and although it took longer than anticipated they stayed to the quote. Will be returning with other vehicles.

Coming from out of town Our truck had a flat on 35 we call them and told us they would come replace the tire and be here in 30 minutes, the guy came way less than that ! He got all his tools out replace the rim and new tire , it was on in 15 minutes! I ve never had experience a flat but I sure had a wonderful professional experience with this guys I am so grateful !

My husband and I were driving home from Oklahoma and we got a flat tire on the side of I-35. It was a huge ordeal with our warranty, and the team at Casey's Tire and Brake was amazing. They went above and beyond to help us out and stayed after they closed to take care of us. I didn't get the manager's name, but he was a young guy, and he was truly the nicest guy. Thank you team! We appreciate all that you did for us.

They took their time out of their schedule and they were busy to help me look for some used tires I picked up a used tire for $35 that includes mounting and balancing I believe. It had some decent tread left on it and will get me by for what I need to always go to Gainesville and look for used tire places they just seem to have a lot of excess tread left and they don't charge too much for the tire. I also noticed in a short time I was there they was getting cars in and out. You deserve 6 stars

They sold us a patched up tire! We didn't know, but we do now. We are mad. They ripped us off. This happened September 21st. I don't recommend them.

I stopped in a few weeks ago to get a flat plugged. They were so friendly and took my car right back. In and out for $10 when another shop on the same street quoted me $30.

I just wanna give a shout out to a local business that went above and beyond in quality of service! From the front, to the back shop, the employees were helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you for taking care of my maintenance needs in a timely fashion! Will definitely be back!!

This place was fabulous! I had a tire light come on while traveling with my kids, and I was concerned about having a flat or blow out on the highway. They were close, answered their phone, got me in quickly, checked thoroughly, and really gave me peace of mind. They were efficient, professional, and kind. My visit was quick, maybe twenty minutes, but they wouldn't let me pay, since they hadn't "fixed" anything, but I hope they know how their kindness and time, did fix my concern.

Our tire was losing air and we stumbled upon Casey s while getting air at the gas station across the street.We pulled in and they had our tire patched within minutes! You can t find customer service like that in Houston. 10/10 recommend! Thank you for saving the day Casey s Tire & Brakes!

If there was a negative I'd take stars away. Unprofessional . Over charged parts were missing offy ranger . Parts weren't replaced but yet the billdidnt get cheaper. I wouldn't go there unless you want it stuck to you. Terrible

Do not recommend! My daughter went in to get her tires rotated and balanced. We have went to Casey s since 2014 and never been charged for rotation and balance they charged her $40. She was shown a broken lug nut stud and told she had 3 more cracked! Casey s tire is the only place to ever touch these tires and they wanted to charge her $160 to fix what they broke! Not to mention putting her in danger and letting her drive away!

casey tire shop was attempting to charge me $20 probably per tire for a simple tire rotation on a family vehicle with stock 265/75/18 tire size that i purchased from them nothing oversized whatsoever so i will pay someone else to rotate my tires at my discretion and not here where they force a fee on any day they feel the need to i will not spend another dime here we have plenty other choices in town than this place it is not what it used to be management should put the customer first and not their ego if you want respect and integrity go somewhere else you won t find it here.

My truck was showing different crazy PSI on my tires, stopped in and in 5 minutes, I was out the door, flying down the highway! The're on top of it! Fast, friendly service and didn't even charge me a dime! Even though I would have gladly paid them!

I have been getting tires from Casey for years, even before he opened his own shop. He's an honest man who does great work and gives you great deals on great tires. His staff are friendly and always do quality work. I would highly recommend Casey's Tire to anyone looking for new tires, an alignment, brake work, or pretty much anything else you need done on your vehicle.

Our trip from South Texas to Oklahoma was interrupted by a nail in one of our tires today, September 30, 2021. Not knowing the Gainesville area, we drove to Casey s Tire late in the afternoon and asked for our tire to be repaired. Their service was immediate and excellent. The technician removed our tire and installed a Patch on the inside of the tire and we were on our way in less than an hour. Thank you.

My daughter called me on her road trip asking what to do because her TPMS light came on. I searched for tire shops and found that Casey's was the closest to her location so I directed her to them. She told me they were great!!! They checked out the tires and adjusted the pressure as needed and ensured her that she was safe to continue on her journey. Thank you gentlemen for your help, this father greatly appreciates it.

Needed some a/c work done on older model pickup. Called Casey's and they scheduled it right away. Dropped vehicle off and after a few hours received a phone call explaining what they proposed to do andestimated time frame. Received a call at the end of the day that it was ready! Very pleased with the service,communications, and cost.

You can get a fair deal on tires, and they ll install them quickly. I went in one day on my way to work with a low tire. I had about 30 minutes. They had me in and out in less time than that. Great service and nice people!!!

Very professional and helpful. Didn't over charge or try to get me to do repairs that weren't needed. Explained the issue and pointed out what else was wrong. I think he gave me a discount, not really sure. He also found several other issues and showed me the problem. He repaired what needed to be done and nothing more. Even pointed out a discount program. I will definitely use them in the future.

Don t go anywhere else, this is a class act. They have always been honest with my husband, but today I worried about being taken advantage of: I am a woman who knows nothing of trucks. Thankfully they dealt with my husband over the phone. He expected to pay $800 to $1,000 but they fixed it for $100. Very pleased.
