I won t go into all the details, but Barthold Tire has earned our deepest respect. Steve could have said many things, but I only heard what was best for me. He acted with great integrity and respect. We would not have been treated the same at a national chain.You can tell when people have to do things because it s their job. And others seem to do things because it s their character, it s who they are. That is certainly the case with Steve, Tyler and the guys in the shop. The company is fortunate to have them on staff. The guys in the shop mounted our tires quickly and had them loaded on the trailer before we knew it. We have put Barthold Tire at the top of our list and recommend them highly. GREAT service, fair prices, integrity and respect. We found all of that at Barthold.

Easily a 5 star company. They've helped me in many ways, from loaning me a tire until I get my order. To just plane being honest.. These guys work HARD, they will easily put YOUR NEEDS before their own business. I couldn't recommend a shop more. So if you're looking fast, efficienct, and honest service. This is it. They're number one for a reason!

I can t express how much I appreciate the customer service and the mechanics here. My car has had a lot of issues since it s quite old and I have had very poor mechanics in the past but Bartholds is wonderful and reasonably priced. They re very patient with all my car questions and my car finally is feeling like it ll last after having it serviced here. For any future issues, I will be bringing it here, thank you for your help with my car!

I had a great experience here when I went to have my car checked over before a long road trip. They assured me my car was ready to go and only had one recommendation of new brake pads on the rear. (Around $100 fix.) I fully expected it might need a full brake job on the rear axle and was prepared for that. However, they were very upfront about what they really believed my car needed. It did make the 2000 mile journey with zero issues. They treated me just like all of the other customers without talking down because I'm a woman. They had quick and quality service, which also left all the other customers reasonably happy, too! 100% recommend and would return for further service.

Very good, mechanic did great job he was able to diagnose my steering problem and fix it with a tire alignment. Employees were all polite and price was fair.

These guys were great. They checked the air in my tires, because my light was on, and it was right before closing, and they didn t give me any grief because of it! I m very grateful for their help!!!

Got four tires and two Interstate batteries, plus an alignment. Three days after I picked my truck up I got a call informing me they had accidentally overcharged me by about $50.00...incredible! I never would have known the difference without their integrity. Great service and friendly people. I don't see enough of that any more.

While driving up the interstate we had a trailer tire blow out on our semi truck. I called them and they had a tire in stock and got it on the truck within the hour and at an amazing price! You will not get that service from a Loves or TA! If in the area will definitely return and recommend to all our trucking friends! Thank you all so very much! And they also accept T Check!

Don't think cheap makes everything good.. went cheap on 2 cars came here to get them fixed and done the right way and they ended up being the same price. Won't go anywhere else

One of the BEST PEOPLE AND PLACES TO GET tires and customers service. Shelly and Steve is amazing people. Tyler is great as well. I would highly recommend them too anyone.

I happened to be traveling down Broadway on my way to work when I noticed my car didn't feel right. I pulled over to take a look, and my tire was completely flat! I noticed I was right across the street from this tire company, and they got me in and checked it quickly! They put the spare on and I was able to get on my way. Thank you for such wonderful customer service!!

Lady at the counter was very nasty and rude to one whom was helping. She cursed and swore at a young man, tore Gods name through the mud. Lord I pray for their soles.. rest assure. Global Life could save you and your employees. Tonight I pray for each of you.

I had just put new tires in my Charger up near Amarillo Tx. They didn t get them balanced right at all. Stopped in at Barthold and they got me right in and on my way with perfectly balance tires. Thanks a lot

We were traveling thru and happened to get a flat tire just a half mile from this shop. We limped it over, but they didn't have the correct size for us. They called around and found another shop just five minutes away that had the correct size. We used our friend's vehicle that we were with and went and got the tire at the other shop. Barthold's charged a minimal fee to mount and balance the tire, and we were in our way relatively quickly.

I came out to my truck Friday mid morning to find a flat tire on my driver side rear. I had an urgent appointment and took my other car but came back home around 2:30 that day. I was able to fill it up with air and quickly called around to see if I could just get it replaced with new tires for the rear (both have had issues from day 1). Barthold told me he didn't have the ones in stock to match the fronts but could get them in by Monday. He told me to come in and he would fix the flat and order the tires. I drove up and with in a short time it was fixed. Very fast.On Monday morning I called and the tires were in as promised. My wife drove the truck up and again with in a short time tires were on and she was ready to go. It was so fast she called my to tell me how efficient and on the ball they were. She was so thrilled with the service. You have won a customer and we will be bringing all our other work to you. Thanks.

This company saved our vacation! We own a nice SUV and our tires were fairly new, but while traveling to our destination, we had a blow out! What a start to a week long vacation. Sigh. We had to get a tow truck to the tire shop but the tow truck could only hold 2 people. 3 of my family members had to stay behind on the road to wait. When I got to the shop, the owners graciously offered to go pick up my family without any hesitation! Good people are still out there! They have been in business for 35 years and now I understand why! Customer service and treating people like people matters!!! I highly recommend these folks! J&C from Kansas!

Had some tires ordered but the tech that installed them really scratched up and damaged my powder coated rims. They never tried to offer a discount or anything. There was just no effort to rectify the issue. But they got the tires on and they work so ehh

In traveling from Kansas to Austin TX area, we needed to replace a tire on our trailer. After calling several places that a) couldn't be bothered to answer the phone or b) couldn't hardly speak English, we found Barthold Tires. They had what we needed in stock and were quick efficient, and pleasant to deal with and our final bill was very reasonable and we were in and out in less than 30 minutes with 3 new Tires. I would recommend Barthold Tires any day.

Very honest place. I will return here from now on. I was told by another tire shop to have my brakes changed at 80,000 miles. Took my car here to have my tires changed and asked them to look at my brakes ( I was actually at 90,000 miles) and they said I still have at least 50,000 miles before they need changed. I appreciated the honesty!

I was in town for business, and on my way out, ran over the biggest screw I've ever seen, so I stopped at the closest shop, Barthold Tire Company. I told Steve (I heard another customer refer to him) my situation, and that I had a 6 hour drive home that night, and he immediately took my keys and pulled my car into his shop. His crew fixed it within 20 minutes, and I was very relieved about the more than fair price. I couldn't be more grateful for the quick, quality work and the consideration of my timely situation. I took a card on my way out just to have the info for this review. Thank you!!!

This place is awesome!!! While traveling from OK to Austin to spend Thanksgiving with my kids my youngest son and I hit a patch on the interstate where someone had lost a LOT of construction debris. Immediately had a chipped windshield and flat tire. Rather a mutilated tire. Once AAA had my tire changed I couldn't travel on a donut and Berthold Tire happened to be the closest. I pulled in and the owner Immediately took care of me. They had a new tire on and had me back on the road within 30 minutes. Definitely suggest you use them. Super nice folks, very personable and didn't feel I was being taken advantage of.

While driving home to Dallas from OKC yesterday, our SUV was about to blow a tire. My family of four and three dogs stopped here. They invited us, AND our dogs inside to wait. :) In less than an hour we were back on the road with a new tire. We highly recommend! Thank you for your hospitality and wonderful service!!

Service was exceptional and reasonably priced. Our tire popped we called several tire shops and they were charging us $65- $100 just to put on our spare. We called Barthold tire and they only charged us $30 and got to us in 20 min. After waiting for about two hours they not only helped us fast but we're also very friendly. We definitely recommend them.

Very customer-oriented, stellar service, good pricing and they always stand by their work. If they dont have your specific tire in stock, they will search for the best pricing possible and have it there normally within 24 hours. Great tire warranties, as well, and have never failed to honor it. We drive 40 minutes for all our tire needs to use Barthold's, when other tire centers are much closer, due to such great service, pricing and turn-around time. They even get your bent rims repaired much less expensive than other shops we have quoted. A+!!!

Best shop in town!!! Honest and reliable. I just moved to the area, took a shot and couldn't be happier, they have been wonderful to work with on any car repair. Can't find one better if you need something fixed from tires to engines, they got you!!
